The rays of sun slips through the window,
Kate hasn’t waken up yet, she must have been so exhausted.
She turned to face the window and the sun shone into her eyes making her to flinch to the reflection as she shot her eye open slowly.
How long have been sleeping, she murmured.
She groaned as she tries to sit up
Helding her hand to her head
She rubbed her eyes to see clearly
She noticed the sheet on the bed isn’t a familiar one.
She looked up still trying to figure out where she is and then the scent of a … hits my nostril.
This isn’t my room,
Her eyes wide open as she realizes whose room she is.
Dimitri’s room,
She opened the blanket, she was in a pyjamas.
Who owns the pyjamas am I wearing,
This is definitely not his, and hope it’s not for that b*tch, she murmured to herself.
Did he took off and changed my clothes,
Then the memories of last night came rushing back.
She remembered she had fainted after successfully transformed into her wolf form.
Then he must have brought me in naked, she gasped
Oh Moon Goddess why have you done this to me, she said as she
held the blanket to her chest as she came to the realization that Dimitri had seen her nakedness.

Lyka grumbled.

We might as well move in here,
I want to get to sleep here everyday just beside my Mate, she added as she dances round in my head.
I rolled my eyes

She went further to pace into the room,

He owns all this and he can’t set up mine to like this as well.
But Louis sent some beautiful and elegant dresses, Lyka said defensively.
Really is that what you would say, can you just be on my side for once, I retorted.
The last time I checked, I wasn’t mated to Louis, I added.
Then just at a corner beside the closet is a sword on a sword holder.
She moved closer to it and stares at it.

then this must be so precious to him, she said as she continues to stare at the sword and using her hand to feel the art inscribed on its handle.
The Alpha doesn’t like his stuffs being touched,
a voice jolted her up, then she turned to see whose voice it is,
then just at the side of the bed is a lady wearing a servant dress standing.
Lyka growled, who does this servant she thinks she is
Kate had not noticed someone came in as she was so engrossed in what she was starting at.

But that doesn’t apply to me his Mate, she added with a smirk
then turned back to the sword.
Then suddenly the lady sprang to her side dragging her away from the sword and held on to her arm,
You are no mate of his, The Alpha will not have a weak half breed like you who was nothing but a servant at her father’s pack as his Mate.
Kate’s eye turned red,
she was shocked to hear a maid call her a half breed, and disrespect her like that,
She must not allow this to go just like that, or else she will not be able to earn the respect of the pack members, if this goes out.
She sprang into action, then held the servant by her throat against the wall,
You dare not talk to me in such manner, you mere servant, she growled.
And never in your life touch me, held me or raise your head while speaking to me, she added.
She tighten her fist and gaze into the servant eye.
Then the door opened,
Dimitri and Louis stepped in, chatting and laughing
but paused at the sight of Kate’s helding the servant against the wall,
Their faces filled with surprise,
What is going on here, Dimitri demanded.
Kate turned to face him,
Anger written all over her face,
she released her fist from the servant’s throat, and the maid dropped to the floor gasping for air.
You could ask your servant for an explanation
Perhaps she has problem with me being in your room, she said and strode pass him and Louis, head out in anger and slammed the door behind her.
Dimitri and Louis stood there in silence with their eyes wide open in amazement to what they just witnessed.
What happened, Dimitri demanded again.
I walked in on her touching the sword, and informed her shame wasn’t meant to touch it,
But then she got angry, she said with a trembling voice.
Are you sure that is all that had happened, Dimitri asked.
Yes My Alpha, she lied.
Well you are not in the right position to tell her what she can touch and what she can’t, Dimitri said
I’m sorry my Alpha, the servant said.
You can go but then you will apologize to her, Dimitri said.

She said and rushed out of the room.
Louis was impressed with Dimitri’s response to the maid so as Drey.

Back in Kate’s room,
She was pacing around in anger.
Who the hell she she thinks she is,
And how the hell does she know I was being treated like a servant in my father’s pack,
How many of the pack members know this as well,
She wondered, as she pace to and fro.
The door opened and Dimitri stepped in,
Are you okay, he asked.
I’m fine, she retorted and sat down on her bed.
You have to learn how to manage your anger, you can’t have yourself drained out, you need all the energy you can get to transform successfully.
I have told her to come apologize to you, he added
And you can’t go about snapping at every pack members at every point of provocation, he concluded.
Not when that pack member dragged me, called me weak and a mere servant, Kate retorted.
She wh-what, Dimitri growled.
I will have her dealt with, he added.
How are you feeling, you fainted last night,
That means we need to work more on your strength.
So that would be our focus before the next Full Moon, so that by Full Moon you can transform and take a run, he said.
I’m fine, she replied.
