Kate’s POV
I gasped and I open my eyes, scared as I felt Pain all over my body, I looked round, I was in my small room at the pack house.
I heart pounding hard.
I heard a loud thud on my door, wake up Omega.
That was Miss Alice, the head servant of the pack.
I became confused, my head spinning as I am trying to register what has just happened.
I was dead just now, I touched my chest to see if there is any hole in it.
I gasped, I had been given another chance. I had never heard of such chances in the Werewolf history.
To be given another chance to live after dying twice.
I sat down still wondering, what could be happening.
Why am I getting this chances, why wasn’t my mother given this chances too.
Was it because, she already gave birth to me in one life.
Has this ever happen to anyone in the past or am I just lucky.
I rushed up and get dressed as I don’t want anymore visit from Miss Alice.
I rushed to the kitchen, where I met Talia one other park servant who we are on duty to clean the kitchen that day.
Hello, I greeted her and she answered.
When is the mating ceremony going to happen, I asked.
In two days time, she answered looking at with a confused expression.
Okay thanks, I said ignoring the look on her face.
I continued what I was doing, so as to finish up quickly as I need to find out more information that can help me in making my decisions about this Mate Bonding.

After about two hours of cleaning the pack’s kitchen, I was done already and the Pack Cooks are already getting prepared to start cooking breakfast.
I went back to my room, changed my cloth to a new neat short gown.
And head to the Pack Library.
As I entered the Library building, everywhere is silent, the Scent of books filled the air.
I walked in and at the right corner close to the entrance is huge painting of a beautiful fierce looking woman on her is a blue fur robe that covers all her body down to her feet.
Written on the painting is a word “La Mujer Hermosa y Fuerte, Valiente y Sabia” I read it out loud but I don’t know what it means as I am not one that reads.
At the bottom left corner of the painting is a name “Luna Amora”
I got attracted and wish to know more about her, who is she, why is a huge painting of her in our pack’s Library, I thought.
But that would be another time,
Right now I need to focus on having more information and knowing about how to live a Second Chance life, so that one won’t suffer the same fate just like the part life,

How do I become a stronger wolf?
These are the questions I want the find answers to even though I know I might not find everything today.
I entered deep into the library, looking for where to see books on second chances.
Luckily for me the Library is arranged in section, even though it looks ancient.
After about three turns around the shelves where books are neatly stacked.
I found the section where books on second chance were arranged.
I moved close to the shelf and I saw books on the second chances written in different languages I don’t seem to understand.
Luckily I was able to find the one written in English and I also found dictionary to other languages at the last shelf.
I picked one of those written in English, flip it open and went further in my search
This time, I am looking for a book on “how to become a stronger wolf”
I moved around the library room, then I came across a section where a bold write up “Becoming more fierce” is attached to,
“I should see what I am looking for here, I thought to myself.”
I check across the shelves, and I came across a book titled ” The Fiercy Luna”
I picked it up and at the front page is the drawing of the same woman on the painting I saw at the Entrance earlier but now in a Brown Fur robe.
As I flipped it open, I saw the statement on the painting written in a language I don’t understand,
This time around Spanish was written beside it, the I got to know the language is Spanish.
And then under it is the English translation which says “The Beautiful and Strong Woman, Bold and Wise”
I became more interested and believed I could find an information that can help me in this book.
Luckily for me, the book was written in both English and Spanish.
I picked it up
I am keeping this, as there are more than one of each book on the shelf, so keeping one to myself shouldn’t be a problem.
As I don’t think I would be able to get the information I need just in one day.
Book reading was never a thing for me.
I went back to the section of where Second chances are as I need to know if anyone has ever been given a Third Chance like I was given.
I walk up and down ransacking the shelf multiple times.
After several search, I saw some books arranged at the inner side of the shelf,
I picked one up and then boom,
Inscribed on it is a book is the title of the Book “The Third Chance Luna”
The Book was covered in dust.
I could see the book was written years ago.
I flipped it open,
It looks like it’s a journal that was reprinted into a book.
I checked the shelf to see if there are more than one of the same Book and I saw two more of the same Book.
I strode off and move to the area where there are tables and chairs.
I walked to the far end corner, so that no one will spot me easily.
I sat down, placed the three books on the table.
I picked the “Third Chance Luna” book as I need information that could help me in making my decision in two days time.
As I have realised any decision I make on that day will be the one to shape my life and fate just like my past two lifes.
Nobody in the pack knows what is happening to me, I have no one I can confide in.
As I opened the first page, I saw a statement that got me attracted as well as shocked.
The statement “The Third Chance Life, a great opportunity given by the Moon goddess only to the lucky and pitied ones” was boldly engraved in the first page.
I opened further and read on,
Just like I had thought earlier,
the book is a reprinted journal belonging to Luna Amora.
My eyes wide open, the woman I had seen on the painting earlier was given a third chance.
Wow! I exclaimed.
I started reading.

After several hours of reading,
I was so engrossed in the book that I didn’t even feel hungry
And then I heard a sudden thud on the table.
Standing in front of me is an old lady with a gray hair.
I got scared
I was so engrossed that I didn’t know when she entered.
What are you doing here Omega, she asked
I stood up shaking.
Trying to hide the book I was reading.
What are you doing here she asked again.
I couldn’t say a word as my voice had suddenly left me due to the sudden thud that had brought me back.
And I wasn’t expecting anyone to see me at the corner I chose to sit.
I stood there just looking.
