“The heck? He’s just a celebrity, who does he think he is?” One of the Zevs complained, angry because she had not gotten a signature.
Hearing that, another Zev was upset. “I won’t allow you to talk about Yan Xu like that! Yan Xu is already so busy, he even had to specifically take leave from his set just to attend the charity gala! He’s so busy, of course he wouldn’t have time to take photos with us or sign things for us.”
After hearing this, the complaining Zev became speechless instantly. Actually, she had only said that on impulse because she was enraged.
“Okay, Yan Xu’s gone now, let’s go back too.”
A few of the Zevs left together. At this moment, a man holding a camera walked out from a dark corner. He was smiling eerily. “Seems like tomorrow’s headline will be mine.”

After a long night, Rosiley slept until almost noon.
When she woke up, she saw that Sachin was already gone. She knew that it was the day of the charity gala, so she thought that he had gone to the office bright and early in the morning.
She could not help feeling emotional. They had both had a long night, but why did he never seem tired and could always wake up so early?
After washing up and changing into her home clothes, she walked downstairs slowly.
She called out, “Auntie Wu… ”
Hearing her voice, Auntie Wu ran out of the kitchen and came to her. She smiled brightly and said, “Young Madam, you’re awake.”
“Hmm.” Rosiley scratched her messy hair. “Auntie Wu, is there anything to eat? I’m so hungry.”
“Yes there is, I’ll go get it for you right now.’
Seeing Auntie Wu walk towards the kitchen, Rosiley walked towards the living room. Suddenly, she stopped in her tracks.
She glared at the man sitting on the sofa with her eyes open wide. She exclaimed in shock, “Why are you not in the office?”
That’s right. The person who she thought had gone to the office was now sitting on the sofa reading the newspaper leisurely.
Sachin turned around and glanced at her. The corners of his lips seemingly curled. “Today’s Saturday.”
Obviously she knew that it was Saturday, but…
“Aren’t you in charge of tonight’s gala?”
Rosiley walked to where he was and sat down beside him. She leaned in to see what he was reading and then frowned. It was the finance segment, stuff that she did not understand at all.
“There’s Lane,” Sachin answered faintly. His gaze was fixed on the newspaper and he seemed absent-minded.
“But you’re the boss.” It seemed pretty irresponsible for a boss to not be leading his team.
“I’ll go at night.” Sachin turned his head and looked at her. He saw the slight look of disapproval on her face and could not help chuckling. “I don’t like to appear in public.”
“No one dares to put your face in the news anyway, this is not considered appearing in public.” Rosiley leaned back against the sofa and settled into a comfortable position.
Sachin grinned and stopped continuing the topic. Instead, he switched to asking, “What time are you leaving today?”
“Probably four or five.” This was the time she had discussed with the reporters in her team yesterday.
“I’ll take you there.” Sachin closed the newspaper and put it on the tea table.
Rosiley nodded. “Okay, we can go together.”
Sachin turned his head to look at her pretty face and his eyes rippled with gentleness. He suddenly said, “My Lady, do you want to go public?”
Rosiley froze. “You want to go public now?”
“Whatever you want.” Sachin would still let her make the decision.
“I’m fine with anything!”
Actually, it did not matter if they made it public or not. After all, they were the ones who were going to spend the rest of their lives together, so it did not matter if others knew.
