Nick stood in with his back turned, and when he froze after seeing this situation in the courtyard, he realized that he seemed to have come to the wrong place, and was a little embarrassed, “Sister Paige, I … called Beau’s housekeeper, and knew that you guys would be here tonight, and I didn’t know this …”
The whole house is glowing, at a glance, it is not an occasion for outsiders to intrude.
“Do you realize that it’s all been broken into.” Enrico gave him a grim look, his tone cold.
“Who are you carrying?” The red scarf was familiar to Paige, and her face sank for a moment.
“It’s a young girl, I was just going over to the Temple in Heaven building to see how the work was progressing when I found her collapsed on the side of the construction site.”
Nick snapped back, putting the girl on his back down as he spoke, “I was going to take her to the hospital, but she just wouldn’t do it, she kept saying Sister Paige on her lips, so I thought she might be looking for you, see if you recognize her?”
Nick half crouched, half knelt on the floor and lowered the girl into his arms.
Paige immediately leaned over, the girl was crooked in the crook of Nick’s arm, her long hair was strewn about blocking a face as pale as paper, the blood was the deepest at her waist, and the hem of her dress had been ruffled and moved upwards, revealing traces of a casual bandage with some sort of clothing, which should have been the source of the blood, and about some sort of serious injury.
Paige crouched down and ruffled a handful of the girl’s long laying hair, her black pupils vibrating, “Kelsey?”
The eighteen year old girl from the Folsom family would be nineteen now.
Kelsey was a girl who had been protected by the elders of the THE Folsom family with great kindness and innocence, and now she had become like this, the life was draining out of her body in a hurry.
Nick shook the girl, “I thought you wanted to see Sister Paige, she’s right here.”
Enrico wrinkled his nose and looked over.
Kelsey slowly opened her eyes as she was shaken and froze when she saw Paige’s face, then there was a bright light struggling out of her dead eyes, “Sister, Sister Paige …”
Just out of breath, tears fell.
“Good girl, I’ll take you to the hospital right away.” Paige raised her hand to caress her face, wiping away the tears.
Hearing this, Kelsey’s tears flowed even harder, and she kept shaking her head, using all her strength to lift her hand and carry it to Paige, guilt in her teary eyes.
Paige lowered her eyes, her eyes falling on the blood-stained red silk scarf in her hand.
“Kelsey, I can promise you a wish, whatever you come to me for in the future, I’ll get it for you.”
Those were Paige’s own words.
The silk scarf was the token.
“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have come to push you.” Kelsey looked at her painfully, her voice trembling and feeble, “But it’s my only wish … Please … save THE Folsom family.”

Paige crouched there looking at her in silence.

Enrico stood aside, one hand inserted in his pants pocket, his angular face was a little dark and obscure at the moment, and his eyes were extremely heavy, unable to see any joy or anger.

The doctor came out from the inside and walked to Paige and Enrico at the first opportunity.

“Abuse?” Paige looked at him incredulously.
“Yes. Initially, it appears that the patient has been abused over a short period of time with needles, burns, and spankings, and there is some burns to her throat, she may have been doused with pepper spray or something like that.” The doctor sighed straight out as he said this.

Paige couldn’t believe what she was hearing for a bit, and she was stunned for a couple seconds before she asked, “When can I speak to her?”
“Tomorrow morning if you must.” The doctor said.
“Okay, thanks.” Paige nodded at him as the surgical pushchair was wheeled out of the emergency room and Kelsey lay still on it with her eyes closed, only the slightest rise and fall to prove she was alive.
Kelsey was admitted to the ICU.
Paige watched all the way, her hand at her side slowly clenching, her voice extremely cold, “It’s Rachel, she’s bereft.”
Kelsey is the Folsom family’s young lady, grew up with thousands of favorites, that is, Blanca’s cold-hearted person, went back and still knew to buy her a gift, and how could anyone else bully her to such a point.

Upon hearing this, Enrico lightly hummed, “The moment this one called Kelsey opens her mouth is to save the Folsom family, it can be seen that this the Folsom family has already been spoiled by a woman to the point that she needs outsiders to come to their rescue, in this way, her status in the Folsom family is not ordinary. ”

The overhead light fell on the two of them.
“This Rachel person had to be dealt with, once upon a time I just thought letting her go to Wind Island to live her life alone was enough for her, she didn’t manage to count me out and I didn’t have to have to kill her, and now it seems that I was wrong.”
She trailed off, her blood felt like it was on fire when she heard the doctor say those words.
She and Rachel had been ‘found’ by the Folsom family at almost the same time, Kelsey was a little more attached to her, she knew without asking that what happened to Kelsey was on her behalf.
