“…”
It’s not to make the child feel that the adults don’t keep their words, but the problem is that it’s not his words either!
Enrico was speechless.
“Go on.” Paige urged him with a frown.
“Now?” Enrico’s pupils shook.
“Yes, now.” Paige pointed at him, “I want to see the will right away, the kind that’s legally valid.”
Gabriel stood in Paige’s arms, two big eyes looking up at Enrico in confusion.
Paige’s eyes are insistent.
“…”
Enrico got up from the floor and compromised, “Okay, I promise, I’ll go make your will right now.”
Whatever makes her happy.
At 1:00 midnight, Enrico’s personal counsel of lawyers arrive at the estate and begin drafting the will at the large table in the conference room, each looking confused.
Paige, dressed in Enrico’s jacket, hugged Gabriel and sat down on one of the single sofas, her head nodding uncontrollably downward, sleepy.
And Gabriel had fallen asleep in her arms.
Paige still has things on her mind, she refuses to go to sleep, forcibly breaks open her upper and lower eyelids, glances at the lawyers, sees them working hard, and is only a little relieved.
This assured, her head fell down again.
A big palm came over in time.
Enrico stood with his palm resting on her slumped face, the dark strands of her hair sliding through his fingers.
Paige fell asleep against his palm.
“Young Master.” The Beau butler on the sidelines immediately carried over a chair.
Enrico held Paige in one hand and sat down in the chair, a face cold, eyes glaring at those lawyers, “So slow to draft a will?”
“Mr. Gustin, you have too many assets, both domestic and foreign, I’m afraid a whole day won’t be enough for this to be completely organized.” The lawyer in the lead stood up and said.
Upon hearing this, Paige sat up straight as if a switch had been flicked, opened her eyes to look ahead, and muttered, “Immediately, stand, no delays.”
“Okay, stand, now.” Enrico coaxed her.
“Uh-huh.” Hearing these words, Paige reassuringly falls back with her head, comfortably pressing into his hand to continue sleeping.
Enrico looked at the lawyers coldly, “Then draft a general first, as for the breakdown wait until tomorrow to organize it.”
“Yes.” The lawyers nodded.
Enrico sits in his chair and takes a look at Gabriel, who is sleeping in Paige’s arms, and reaches out to pull Paige’s large coat over some to cover the little one.
As he sits, Enrico gets sleepy.
He pressed his brow and looked up to see a few heads in the doorway of the conference room.
“Get in here, all of you.” Enrico said angrily.
As the words fell, Nick, Carrie, Cynthia, and a few others from their Peak Club walked in with embarrassed faces.
They stayed because they were worried about Paige’s injuries, but it turned out that before they even waited for the checkup report, they first saw a group of lawyers come in force, saying that they were making some kind of will, so naturally they were even more afraid to leave if they didn’t understand the situation clearly.
After several people walked in, a tall figure with a noble posture followed, followed by an old butler who looked very sleepy.
As soon as Rafael enters, he takes a seat on the sofa next to him.
Enrico looked coldly at a few people from Peak Club, and then back to him, and said mockingly, “You’re doing a very involved job as Peak Club’s son-in-law.”
This would not even go back and still be with the Peak Club people.
“I’m still worried about you?” Rafael looked at him with a stern face and took off the gold rimmed glasses on the bridge of his nose and asked, “What’s going on, what’s the point of making a will if you didn’t promise to take your medication, something wrong with it?”
“…”
He also wanted to know what he was doing with a will when he had taken his medication.
Enrico’s face darkened at the question and he said, “I’m happy to, I’m saving for a rainy day for my son.”
“That’s it?” Rafael was confused.
“What, disappointed?” Enrico grunted, and then his eyes flicked from Rafael, to the Peak Club six, “As it happens, you’re all here, and as for your offer, I’ve considered it, and I don’t have to recognize you as godfathers, but you’ll all have to work your asses off for the rest of your lives to watch over my son … can. ”
His attitude is taken for granted, as if it is a gift.
Peak Club several people looked at each other, Nick looked serious, “Yes, we Peak Club will definitely guard Gabriel and shelter him from the storm.”
“Just saying it doesn’t count, make a pledge, it just so happens that the lawyers are there.” Enrico said, but switched to his left hand to hold Paige’s face, freeing his right hand to ease the soreness.
The drug thing was over, he could now come and fix the people who were grabbing at the chance to be his son’s godfather.
“Huh?” The Peak Club six were stunned as they looked over to see Paige nestled on the couch with Gabriel in her arms, sleeping just fine.
Looking at Paige, none of them had any objections, “Good.”
With that said, the six of them headed towards the conference table without thinking and began to draft the pledge.
Enrico looked toward Jaden who stood to the side and Rafael who sat motionless on the couch, and coldly said, “You two still not moving?”
Jaden didn’t say anything, Rafael was shocked, “I’m writing it too?”
“More than that.” Enrico teetered on one leg, his posture arrogant, “You blackmailed money from me to make an itemization, double it for my son.”
Didn’t Paige want to make it up to her son, not just from him, but together.
“…”
“If you don’t want to, I’ll personally go to your presidential palace to move something of value.”
“…”
Rafael was dumbfounded.
You call this saving for a rainy day? This was the landlord’s family coming for food.
“You, go and draft the relevant content with the lawyers.” Enrico glanced at the old butler behind Rafael, commanding with a straight face; this old butler knew all about the money account.
The old butler glances at his master, only to see Rafael sitting there bereft and holding his forehead, and silently walks over to the lawyers.
“…”
Rafael traced his regret.
He shouldn’t have gotten so worked up and emotional when he found out about Enrico’s death, and now, well, the person isn’t dead, and it’s causing him to have to return the money that was in his hands.
Enrico raised his eyes and looked at Jaden again.
Jaden busy standing straight, “boos, I immediately buy four houses for Gabriel.”
Luckily, luckily, he didn’t make much from this middleman difference.
“Your little money, I still can’t see it, no need to pay it back.” Enrico said in a cool tone.
Jaden could not be happy enough to hear Enrico drop another sentence, “But in the future, don’t let me see you driving a car with four wheels again.”
“… Yes.” Jaden silently bowed his head.
Enrico swept a circle in the conference room, seeing that the people who should be repaired were almost all repaired, the depression that had been suppressed for many days was suddenly swept away and refreshed.
He hooked his thin lips, and suddenly saw Dr. Clinton, who was standing in the corner with his hangover tea, trying to reduce his presence, and said, “You, also go write a guarantee.”
Dr. Clinton simply wanted to cry out in vain, “Mr. Gustin, I didn’t mention anything about the proposal.”
No mention of a godfather, no mention of a spell.
He was just a doctor, and it wasn’t enough to sell out for Enrico, but to the next generation?
“Go.”
“Yes, Mr. Gustin, okay, Mr. Gustin.”
