TRISTAN’S POV
That was a mind-blowing moment, and seeing how she was so naive in her sexual life, made me like her extensively. She’s my mate but my past is stopping me from going further, and I’m scared to open my heart again… I stared so deeply at her while getting intimate and I realized how close she wanted us to be…
I could read her feelings through her eyes, she likes me. Coming inside her room to get intimate with her was not part of my plans but I did otherwise when I came in. I couldn’t resist her physical appearance, her body wasn’t what I could glance at once and take my eyes off her just like that!
I reached climax and pulled out, I collapsed on her bed, which was mind-blowing for a beginner, with heavy fast breathing, I turned sideways, trying to steal a moment at her face again.
“Ooh!” I breathed out, lying on the bed.
“Where are you going?” I asked and she ceased instantly.
“I want to clean myself,” She responded without turning around. I chuckled and stood up.
“Shy?” I asked, standing in front of her. She had her face looking sideways.
“Kind of,” She responded, and I chuckled.
“Get prepared, you will do more of this often,” I responded and carried her back to the bathroom.
“Your maids will come in and get you dressed, there is a party tonight and you need to be there,” I informed and she nodded… I moved closer and planted a kiss on her forehead. That being done, I got dressed and stepped out of her room. Signal her maids to get in and they bow while I leave.
“You got it on track.” Grey sounds so excited.
“Got what’s on track?” I asked, heading to my room.
“You made out with our mate, and it looks mind-blowing!” He squeaked and I chuckled.
“She’s nice, not as bad a beginner,” I responded and he wagged his tail.
“Grey!” I called but got no response… I gritted my teeth and pushed my door open.
“Candace!” I called, sounding a little bit surprised.
“Someone sounds so surprised to see me in his room. That’s new!?” She muttered, staring at me.
“Surprised?!” I scoffed and she hummed. Why will I be? I was not expecting to see you this evening by the way.
“Are you finally accepting her as your mate despite the past?!” She raised a question… That took me a while to process.
“Accepting? Mate?” I chortled, taking off my robe…
“Yes, Tristan-Alpha Tristan!” I corrected
“I’m sorry Alpha Tristan, my emotions took over. ”
“You should do better than this and why are you questioning my decisions? You are in no position to question my decisions- You are getting it all wrong!” She interrupted getting steps closer to me.
“I’m just worried, what if you give your all to her and she leaves you like your first mate, I’m concerned about your heart getting shattered over and over again.” She locked her eyes on mine… She cupped my cheeks, running her fingers on my chest.
“Memories of how you almost lost it, because your first mate is still living rent-free in my head and I don’t want the same thing to happen again. You made out with her?” She asked and I nodded.
“Her moans were all over the halls and corners of the building,” Candace murmured.
“Candace give me privacy. I have an evening party, and I want to get prepared for it.”
She stared at me and tried to give me a peck but I swerved it
“I will call you when I need you, Candace, don’t get too high,” I warned and she arched her brows.
“Was that a threat or I should take that as a warning not to overstep my limitations around you or something else…” She stuttered looking so surprised…
“Just a friendly reminder that you are just a pack member with no title, more so, Davina is still your Luna, accept it and stop embarrassing yourself in front of her,” I uttered, not a spare glance from me to her.
“Tristan! You-being-mean!” Her voice shuttered as she managed to put her words.
“Candace! When I need you, I will let you know… for now, kindly use the exit. I have an event I have to attend.” I uttered and I shut the bathroom door behind me.
Her receding steps gradually faded into the thin air and I sighed deeply.
“Finally you are putting your fuck mistress in her place.” Grey came up.
“Her name is Candace, Grey!” I yelled, and he snarled at me.
“My head is messed up and I would love it if you could get out of my head for a while,” I mumbled, struggling to stand properly.
“What the fuck is wrong with me?!” I gasped for breath, trying to reach the emergency alarm but my hand couldn’t reach it.
I slump on the ground, my hand clutched on my chest as I groan in pain! Grey tried to force his way in and I kept snapping him out.
My silent groans got so loud. “What the fuck is wrong with me?!” Questions were raised in my head left with no one to answer them. In a swift second, the sudden reality of a cold warmth of darkness welcomes my hopeless self. I stare blurry at the bathroom door, hoping someone can come in.
“Lexie!” I mumbled before my eyes finally shut it’s way out.
