“What do you want Jayden that you had to beat up my boyfriend the way you did, do you perhaps wanted to kill him out of jealousy?” I raged glaring at him but keeping my distance to avoid him grabbing me.
Who knows if he would also beat me up since he’s obviously under hard drugs.
“Aren’t you ashamed of yourself Rhoda? Your so-called boyfriend couldn’t even defend you without being beaten to pulp and you are still following him around” he mocked.
“I do not see that as what you should be concerned about do just mention what you want and let me go” I muttered looking into his green orbs which now had a pinch of bloody red making him look kinda scary.
“What if I tell you to leave him and come to me or even spend a night on my bed while I bang you would you agree to that?” He asked smirking.
“What!!!! No, why would you ask me to do that and why would you think I would such nonsense when you already beat him up” I yelled holding myself from slapping him.
I wouldn’t want to land myself into trouble because the last time I slapt him got me into a mess that I hate to remember.
Because you told me to ask you anything and you would do that, so what makes you think I can’t ask that when that is what I want from you” he said and folded his hands still fixing his gaze on me.
“I can’t do that Jayden, ask of another thing or forget about it, you can’t be possibly telling me to give myself to you when you know I’m still a virgin and even my boyfriend of 9 good years hasn’t asked of that” I stated getting ready to leave his presence.
“He hasn’t asked of that because he is a coward and only cowards cower back and not act manly, who knows what he’s doing with other girls behind your back and pretending to you and I can’t believe you have been believing the trash that comes out of his mouth” he snickered making me roll my eyes.
That shouldn’t be your concern and to make matters clear to you, Luca loves me, he knows no other later except me and not every guy is or would be like you and if you don’t have any other things to ask then I’ll take my leave” I said and turned to walk out but his next word stopped me.
“You dare not step out of here Rhoda, you made a promise and you would fulfill it and if you say you won’t, I would not hesitate to kill that stupid guy who had the guts to lunge at me” he roared.
“Please Jayden, I don’t want any trouble so please just ask of another thing, I can’t do your first request” I said pleadingly.
I’m already tired of the talks and would need to take Luca to the hospital as soon as possible to get his bruises treated before it gets infected.
Well I denounce my first choice but this time around, you must do what I want and failure to do so, you would no longer see your so-called boyfriend” he said and turned around walking to his car.
“But what do you want?” I called after him and he stopped and turned, stare briefly at me and responded ” it would be made known to you tomorrow in school” he said, entered his car and drove off.
Really? It would be made known to me tomorrow so what’s the reason for blocking our way if he knew he had nothing to say to me and then he had to beat up Luca.
I don’t know what he feels and act like, just because he is powerful or an alpha in line of the powerful make shouldn’t make him be monstrous.
My heart burned in anger as I walked back to Luca’s car, got in and glance at him as he laid back on the seat staring back at me.
“What does he want?” he asked weakly trying to get up to I stopped him so he wouldn’t injure his bruised arm the more.
“He said it would be made known to me tomorrow so don’t worry about it and relax let me take you to the hospital” I said and drove out of the school heading to the nearest hospital where his wound would be treated.
I drove into the hospital and quickly parked at a corner, got down from the car and rush into the hospital to call the nurses.
Luca lost consciousness on our way to the hospital, I guess the beating affecting him well. Damn that Jayden!!!
“Nurse please save my boyfriend” I yelled immediately I got to the reception of the hospital.
“Calm down young lady and explain what happened to your boyfriend” one nurse said looking at me disdainfully while chewing gum in an unconcerned manner.
“Don’t mind her, Lisa behave yourself and let’s go get the boy” another nurse said and I looked at the first nurse who was now glaring at me.
No wonder her name is Lisa, bitchy set of people just like Jayden’s girlfriend, they all act the same and am not even surprised.
I thanked the other nurse and led them to the car where they brought out the unconscious Luca, they placed him on the stretcher and took him inside.
They told me to sit in the waiting room while they attend to him. I nodded, found myself a seat and sat down waiting and praying nothing would go wrong, I have heard series of case where people have internal bleeding and die due to serious beating and I pray Luca’s own would be stress and nothing serious.
After waiting for close to an hour, the doctor came out and said they have transferred him to a ward and he needs a few hours rest before he would be able to return home.
I thanked him and rushed into his ward after been directed by a nurse. Since I would be staying here for few hours, I should call my mom and inform her of the situation so she wouldn’t have to start worrying about me or even start calling my father to report me missing.
I got to the ward and opened the door, on seeing the condition Jayden kept Luca in, I broke down in tears.
