THE NEXT MORNING…
I stirred and rolled on the bed which felt softer than mine. I squinted my eyes and saw a brown curtain instead of my blue one.
Still wondering if my eyes was playing a game on me, I felt a hot breathe fanning my neck.
My heart skipped a bit as my eyes flew open landing on the figure laying beside me.
I sprang up pulling up the bed cover to check on my clothes. I heaved a sigh when I saw it was still intact.
I waved my hands on his face to make sure he was still sleeping and after confirming, I gently got down from the bed and tiptoed out of the room into the sitting-room where I noticed I was in a penthouse.
Jayden’s penthouse obviously. It was big and beautiful but I do not have the time to check it out now because I needed to leave this place as soon as possible.
I ran to the door but it was locked much to my disappointment.
I turned only to hit a hard figure making me fall flat on my butt.
“I can’t believe you are trying to escape without thanking me for last night” he muttered his eyes roaming all over me.
“You are so ungrateful” he mumbled and walked back to his room.
I sat down on the floor as the memory of last night came flooding in. Lisa had given Luca a blow job and I had ran out of the party drowning myself in alcohol then he helped me and brought me to his pent house.
And now, I’m trying to run out without thanking him atleast. Aarghhh!!!!!! Rhoda what the hell is your problem.
I sadly went back to his room but he wasn’t there. I turned to leave when the bathroom door opened and he stepped out dripping wet.
Water ran down from his jet black hair dripping to his muscles chest and down to his wrapped waist.
“Are you now checking me out Rhoda, Do you find me attractive me now?” he said and chuckled at my eye roll.
“Go shower and come down to the sitting room for breakfast. I would take you back to your home after that” he said and walked to his closet.
I sighed and stepped into the bathroom, closing the door behind me, I filled the bathtub with water, peeled my clothes and stepped into the tub relaxing my nerves.
I stepped out of the bathroom, wrapped in a towel and saw a nylon laying on the bed. I opened it and found female clothes and undies inside.
They were still with labels, he must have ordered it while I was in the bathroom. I cleaned my body and wore the undies which were perfectly my size.
I shrugged, he might have snapped me and showed them my picture for them to know my perfect size.
Putting on the light yellow flare dress, I picked up the brush and straightened my hair. Applied his lotion on my bare skin softly as the heavenly smell of the lotion filled my nostrils.
I Packaged my wine stained dress which I wore to the party into the nylon and walked out of the room towards the dinning area where Jayden was already seated obviously waiting for me to appear.
“Thanks” I mumbled gazing at him. He nodded and poured tea into a cup, Placed loaves of bread on a plate and passed them to me.
I thanked him and started eating, munching on the bread slowly while feeling his gaze on my face.
I finished and thanked him, taking the plates to the kitchen which he tried stopping me but I insisted.
I rinsed them, place them on the plate rack and returned back to the sitting room where he was already waiting for me.
We walked out of the elevator, he opened his car door, I mumbled a thanks and got in.
I gave him the direction of my house and soon, we arrived. I thanked him and got out of the car, hurrying into house without glancing back.
I don’t understand why I was so nervous, maybe because everytime I was with him, he always talked about having me and all that but when he didn’t say something like that today and acting all kind, It felt kinda wierd to me.
“What happened baby” my mother rushed to me, worry written all over her face. “Rose came here to know if you came back, She explained what happened to me. Baby are you okay?” She asked concerned.
“Mom you don’t have to worry much about me for I am fine. A friend found me drunk outside and took me to his house since he doesn’t know mine and I was too drunk to direct him here” I replied weakly.
“Okay dear, I’m happy you are safe, I was so worried about you that I literally had to call your father and told him you were missing” she said looking down trying to avoid my gaze.
“Mom you did what? Do you have to do something like that mother” I groaned.
“I had no choice baby, you were out there alone and I was so scared you got into the wrong hands”
“Mummy you could have at least waited till morning before calling dad, now how do I explain to Dad that I went to a party, got drunk and slept in a friend’s house” I grunted frustratedly going up the stairs.
“I’m sorry for acting too fast baby I was really scared” she muttered at my back making me roll my eyes backward.
My phone rang and I retrieved it from my purse, checked the caller and it was Rose. I frowned picking the call, ready to lash out at her for dragging me to that stupid party.
“Are you okay Rhoda? I’ve been calling your number since last night but it wasn’t connecting. where did you spend the night because I had been to your house this morning and your mom said you didn’t come home” she rambled.
