CHAPTER 36 : NOT JUST ANOTHER DAY

Book:The Omega's Cursed Alpha Twin Mates Published:2024-10-27

Over the past few weeks, everything had fallen into place. Kira, Aiden, and Bryan had become inseparable, sharing moments of laughter, love, and warmth.
They had even renovated Bryan’s room, the largest in the mansion, just as they had planned and agreed on, transforming it into a space for all three of them to share.
A new bed, large enough for all three of them, set and held the scent of them. Aiden had even placed a large armchair near the window, perfect for cozying up with a book. One could say that would be Kira’s favorite spot in the room.
Today, however, was not just another day. Tonight would be Kira’s official introduction to the pack as their Luna. Rumors already had it that the Alpha twins had found their mate, now it was time to introduce her.
The event was scheduled for nine at noon, and the evening was already creeping in.
Kira was seated in front of the large mirror in her room, her heart racing with a mixture of nerves and excitement. She had been looking forward to this day, but still felt very nervous, especially as she had been having doubts about being suitable for the position.
Mother stood behind her, gently working on her hair. “Almost done, sweetheart,” Elara whispered to Kira, her hands moving with ease.
She twisted Kira’s hair into an elegant updo, securing it with delicate pins that were adorned with small gold moons. It was a gift to Kira from her.
The hairstyle was perfect for the traditional ceremony, simple yet stunning.
“All done now,” Elara patted Kira’s shoulder softly, with a proud smile. “Time to get dressed.”
“Thanks Mom,” Kira said, smiling back as she got up to get dressed.
Her gown was laid draped across the bed. It was a deep sapphire blue gown that cascaded like water around her.
After putting it on with Elara’s help, next were her gold heels that matched her dress perfectly. Then Elara handed her a pair of earrings, long gold drops that sparkled.
Kira carefully placed them in her ears and there came the final touch. A spritz of perfume.
When she was done, she took a deep breath as she looked at herself in the mirror. She loved the look she gave, the powerful, regal look. She indeed looked like a Luna, but she still did not feel suitable.
“You’re ready,” Elara said softly, giving her a peck on her cheek. She placed a comforting hand on Kira’s shoulder, also looking at Kira through the mirror. “You look beautiful. They are going to adore you.”
Kira smiled and placed her hand on Elara’s hand where it rested on her shoulder. She needed the support, her confidence was shaky.
After some minutes, she nodded, “Alright, I’m ready.”
Having said that, they left the room, going downstairs to where Bryan and Aiden waited for her.
Kira’s breath hitched as she started her descent down the grand staircase. She glanced down at Elara beside her, grateful for her guidance, but her eyes were drawn down to the two figures who were waiting for her below.
Bryan, on seeing his mate, looked at her, his lips parting slightly in awe as his eyes darkened. She looked so radiant. His white hair was styled back, tied in a sleek low knot, reminiscent of a warrior prince. Although he would be classified as a warrior King.
He exuded raw power, but at this moment, all that strength was focused on Kira. “Goddess, She’s… breathtaking,” he murmured, almost as if he could not believe his words.
Aiden, who stood beside his brother, had his black hair pulled back into a wolf-cut style, only the center tied while the rest flowed freely over his shoulders. His eyes never left Kira, taking in the way the dress hugged her curves.
“We are the luckiest men alive,” he said softly, a smirk pulling at his lips.
Kira, on the other hand, felt her cheeks warm as both Bryan’s and Aiden’s eyes roved over her. She could see how they looked at her, and it made her heart pound harder with every step she took.
She bit her lips, trying to hide the smile that tugged at her mouth, but it was impossible. They looked at her like they were ready to devour her, so lost and captivated.
Her gaze flickered over them both, also admiring how devastatingly handsome they looked in their perfectly tailored black suit.
They had her pulse racing. They were hers, and the thought made her knees weak.
“You look… like a goddess,” Bryan said, his voice husky and his eyes never leaving hers. He couldn’t bear to look away. “Just look at this goddess, walking down to us.”
Aiden nodded in agreement, his small smirk still playing on his lips. His eyes were filled with admiration. “We are never going to let you out of our sight tonight,” he added playfully, though there was a hint of truth in his words.
Kira smiled cheekily as she felt her blush deepen when she reached the bottom step. “I feel like I should be the one saying that,” she teased softly.
Her gaze moved between her Alpha Twin Mates, her voice wavering slightly, betraying how deeply she was affected by them. “You both look… incredible.”
“Thank you, love,” they both said at the same time and outstretched their hands, making her giggle softly.
“I know I should be used to you both saying things at the same time, but most times it’s just funny,” she said, still giggling as she took their hands.
“Reminds me of when I met your father,” Elara, out of nowhere, said.
“Mother, please,” the three of them groaned.
“This is our moment and yes, we definitely don’t want to hear about you and dad.” Aiden uttered, making everyone laugh.
“Hmph,” Elara looked away, acting playfully hurt, “You kids would not know anything.”
They simply chuckled and ignored her, “Now, shall we?” they asked Kira, who had already taken their hands but not moved yet.
Kira nodded, “But before we do, I have a confession to make.”
