“Jaxon,” Kim whispered softly. If Jaxon hadn’t been in a sorry state, he knew he would have strangled her. Something was very, very wrong, he could feel it.
And seeing Kim dressed in an even more scandalous nightwear than last time, he was positively sure she had something to do with it.
“I’m here if you want to, you know…” She told him, then trailed off. Jaxon couldn’t believe his ears.
How could one be so shameless to stoop to a level this low? From the way he was sweating, and not to talk about how hot and bothered he was, he knew she must have slipped an aphrodisiac in his meal.
A powerful one at that, because he was in dire need of a woman and he was seriously fighting the urge to drag the nearest woman upstairs and have his wicked way with her.
That said woman being Kim somehow deterred him and reeled in his senses.
“Come now Jaxon, I know you want to. Look at the way you’re so sweaty, and let’s not talk about what’s going on …” Kim boldly put her hands on his chest then traced them until they got to the waistband of his pants, “here.” She whispered to him then glanced down.
He didn’t need to look down to know that he was as hard as steel, and it had begun to hurt.
Jaxon pushed Kim away with all the force he could muster. He got up and glared down at her fiercely before he said,
“Don’t touch me, or else you won’t like where this will lead to.” He warned. Kim seemed to misinterpret what he meant and a slow smile graced her lips.
“Ah, but I want to know where this will lead,” she told him seductively, and Jaxon shook his head. He needed to get out of this place before he did something he would regret.
Ruby hadn’t made an appearance at all and he wondered if Kim had done something to her as well.
Worry etched into his features as he thought about it. It wouldn’t be far-fetched for Kim to do something like that since she was hell-bent on sleeping with him. And she’d done something crazy before.
Kim was unrelenting and tried to make more advances at him, and that pissed him off. He dodged her easily and rushed up the stairs to find Ruby.
“Just so you know, I’m the only one who can help you,” Kim yelled as he climbed up the stairs.
He ignored her and went to his and Ruby’s bedroom where he found her fast asleep. She hadn’t moved when he opened the door or when he proceeded to slam it afterward.
He frowned at that since Ruby was the type who woke up when there was a loud noise.
By some miracle, he had managed to fight off the effects of the aphrodisiac for the time being and hadn’t just jumped on Ruby as soon as he saw her.
He came to her side of the bed and shook her to wake her up, but she didn’t wake up. He tried again; this time, he shook her much harder, and it was the same result.
Something wasn’t right and he knew Kim was behind it as well.
He had hoped that Kim hadn’t been able to get her hands on Ruby, but he was mistaken and he sighed in frustration. Ruby wasn’t just asleep, she was passed out because no matter how hard he tried to wake her, she hadn’t shown the slightest of signs that she felt anything.
The only conclusion that came to his feverish mind was that Kim had somehow put sleeping pills into her food.
Or perhaps some other drug that rendered one unconscious. The drug in his system had clouded his mind and he fought hard to hold on to his rational thoughts.
One thing was clear in his mind though, and that was that he was going to teach Kim a lesson. For what she did to him and his Gem.
The effect of the drug had gradually gone from bad to worse, and Jaxon found himself wanting to reach down, tear Ruby’s clothes away, and have his way with her.
One head was saying he should go ahead and that he needed the relief it would bring, while the other head told him that if he did, Ruby would not forgive him for taking advantage of her when she couldn’t do anything about it because of the state she was in.
He agreed with the second head because his rational thoughts still found a way to stay intact.
But what scared him was that the first head had started to sway him more and more, and he knew if he didn’t leave the room, he would definitely take advantage of his unconscious Gem.
He rushed out of the room and back down the stairs in search of Kim. He found her where he left her, and when she saw him, her lips stretched into a wide smile.
“I told you I was the only one who could help.” She muttered and he hated the way his body reacted to her voice.
His length throbbed painfully and felt like weights between his legs. He hadn’t thought the sight of her would cause such a visceral reaction in his body.
Kim seemed to notice it, too, as her eyes gleamed with pride. She walked up to him, but before she could do anything, he reached his hand out and wrapped it around her small wrist in an effort to be the one in control.
He dragged her up the stairs and Kim didn’t protest. She probably thought that her plan was going the way she wanted.
They got to her room and he shoved her on the bed unceremoniously. She didn’t complain about that, too, and sat patiently with an eager smile.
“Don’t move,” Jaxon ordered and she adhered. He brought out his handkerchief from his pocket and tied it around her eyes to make a blindfold.
“Kinky.” She voiced.
“Lie down.” He told her, and she did just that. Jaxon left the room as quietly as he could, got his phone, and dialed Ruslan’s number. He picked up on the first ring.
“Get the driver here.”
