Selena’s face turned pale as she read the medical report. Her hands trembled, and tears streamed down her cheeks, each drop feeling like a shard of glass against her skin. Cancer. He had cancer and never told her? What kind of person was he to hide something so significant?
The room spun around her, and she carefully sank to the floor, her heart shattering with each breath. He had cancer. The words echoed in her mind, bringing a fresh wave of tears. How could he not tell her? How could he face this alone?
She clutched the paper tightly, her knuckles turning white. Anger surged through her veins, mingling with fear and sadness. How could he keep this from her? They were supposed to share everything, be each other’s rock.
Selena buried her face in her hands, sobbing uncontrollably. She prayed silently, desperately hoping it was still in the early stages, that there was still time. But the uncertainty gnawed at her, the fear of losing him becoming all too real.
Finally, she looked up, wiping her tears with the back of her hand. She had to confront him. She needed answers. But most of all, she needed to be there for him, to face this battle together.

Cyrus walked into his house, exhausted but relieved to be home. Seeing Selena in his bed brought an immediate smile to his face. He loved these unexpected moments with her, where everything seemed perfect and right.
But as soon as she saw him, her face twisted into a mix of pain and anger that wiped the smile off his face. She jumped off the bed, her eyes blazing with a fury he’d never seen before. Without a word, she marched up to him and slapped him hard across the face.
The sound echoed through the room, leaving Cyrus stunned and reeling. “What’s going on, Selena?” he asked, holding his stinging cheek.
She didn’t answer immediately. Instead, she threw the crumpled paper at him, her eyes blazing with hurt and fury. “You lied to me, Cyrus!” she shouted, her voice trembling. “You’ve been hiding this from me? Cancer, Cyrus? How could you keep this a secret?”
Cyrus’s eyes widened as he recognized the paper. He felt a heavy weight settle in his chest, the reality of his secret crashing down around him. “Selena, I-” he started, but she cut him off.
“No excuses, Cyrus!” she cried, tears streaming down her face. “Do you have any idea what it feels like to find out like this? How could you shut me out?”
Cyrus reached for her, but she pulled away, her body shaking with sobs. “I thought we were in this together. How could you do this to me? To us?”
He felt his heart break at the sight of her pain. “I didn’t want to worry you,” he said softly, his own voice breaking. “I thought I could handle it on my own.”
“Handle it on your own?” she repeated, incredulous. “We’re supposed to share everything, Cyrus. How could you think facing this alone was the right thing to do?”
“I was scared,” he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper. “I didn’t want to burden you. I didn’t know how to tell you.”
Selena shook her head, her tears falling freely. “You don’t get it, do you? This isn’t just about you, Cyrus. This affects both of us. I love you, and I deserve to know what’s going on in your life. You can’t shut me out like this.”
Cyrus felt a lump in his throat, his eyes filling with tears. “I’m sorry, Selena. I’m so sorry. I was wrong. I should have told you. I thought you wouldn’t want me anymore, wanting me alone would be a risk, I just… I didn’t want to lose you.”
She stepped closer, her voice softening but still laced with hurt. “You’re not going to lose me, Cyrus. But you need to trust me. Let me in. We can face this together.”
Cyrus nodded, tears streaming down his face. He pulled her into a tight embrace, feeling her sob against his chest. “When did you find out?” she asked, her voice soft and trembling.
Cyrus hesitated for a moment before replying, “Two months ago.”
“What the…?” she exclaimed, looking at him with a mix of shock and anger.
“I know, I know. I was stupid. I should have told you sooner,” he said, his voice full of regret.
“That’s too long, Cyrus. Is that why you were sick the other day?” she asked, and he nodded.
“And you didn’t tell me anything?” she exclaimed, moving away from him.
“Lena,” he called, stepping closer to her, desperation in his eyes. “I… I just need to go for surgery, and I’ll be okay… okay for us.”
“You’re saying it like it’s not risky at all. I’m afraid… afraid of losing you. I mean, I just got you,” she said, tears streaming down her face.
“You won’t lose me,” he whispered, holding her face gently in his hands.
He leaned in and kissed her, tasting the salt of her tears. The kiss was deep, filled with a mixture of desperation, fear, and overwhelming love. His tongue brushed against hers, slow and deliberate, trying to convey the depth of his feelings. She responded, her hands tangling in his hair, pulling him closer as if she could fuse their bodies together and protect him from all harm.
Cyrus’s hands roamed down her back, pulling her against him, their bodies pressed tightly together. The kiss grew more urgent, more passionate, as if they were trying to pour all their emotions into that single moment. He could feel her trembling against him, and he held her tighter, deepening the kiss even more, trying to reassure her with every touch and every breath.
Selena’s fingers trailed down his chest, feeling the warmth of his skin through his shirt. The sensation sent shivers down his spine, making him want her even more. He moved his lips to her neck, kissing and nibbling softly, eliciting a soft moan from her. She arched her back, pressing herself closer to him, wanting to forget the pain and fear in the safety of his arms.
Their breathing grew heavy, and the room seemed to fade away, leaving just the two of them wrapped in each other’s embrace. For a moment, nothing else mattered-no cancer, no fear, just their love and the intensity of their connection.
Cyrus pulled back slightly, his forehead resting against hers, both of them breathing hard. “I love you, Selena,” he whispered, his voice raw with emotion. “I promise, we’ll get through this together.”
She nodded, tears still glistening in her eyes but a small smile playing on her lips. “I love you too, Cyrus.”
Cyrus looked deep into Selena’s eyes, seeing the mix of fear and desire reflected back at him. He gently brushed a tear from her cheek with his thumb, then leaned in to kiss her again, slow and tender at first. The kiss quickly intensified, becoming a heated exchange of passion and need.
Their hands moved with urgency, fingers fumbling with buttons and zippers. Selena’s shirt was the first to go, revealing her smooth, pale skin. Cyrus’s hands roamed over her body, memorizing every curve and contour. His touch was both gentle and demanding, causing Selena to shiver with anticipation.
She tugged at his shirt, pulling it over his head and tossing it aside. Her hands explored the muscles of his chest and abdomen, feeling the heat radiating from his skin. Cyrus let out a soft groan, the sensation of her touch sending waves of desire coursing through him.
He kissed her again, his lips trailing down her neck and across her collarbone. Selena gasped, her fingers tangling in his hair as he continued his path downward. His hands found the clasp of her bra, and with practiced ease, he unhooked it, letting it fall away. He took a moment to admire her, his eyes dark with lust, before capturing one of her nipples in his mouth, sucking and teasing with his tongue.
Selena moaned, her body arching into him. She could feel the growing heat between her legs, the ache of wanting him so desperately. She reached down, her fingers working to unfasten his belt and jeans. Cyrus stepped back just long enough to kick off his shoes and remove his pants, leaving him standing before her in just his boxers.
Selena bit her lip, her eyes raking over his body with hunger. She reached for him, pulling him back into her embrace. Cyrus’s hands slid down to her hips, lifting her slightly so she could wrap her legs around his waist. He carried her to the bed, laying her down gently before joining her.
Their bodies pressed together, skin on skin, the heat between them almost unbearable. Cyrus kissed her deeply, his hands exploring every inch of her body. Selena’s hands were equally busy, touching, caressing, driving him wild with need.
He slid his hand between her thighs, finding her already wet and ready for him. Selena gasped at the touch, her hips bucking instinctively. Cyrus teased her, his fingers moving in slow, deliberate circles, bringing her to the brink of ecstasy.
“Please,” she whispered, her voice trembling with desire. “I need you.”
Cyrus didn’t need any further encouragement. He removed his boxers, freeing his aching erection. He positioned himself at her entrance, pausing for just a moment to look into her eyes. “I love you,” he said, his voice thick with emotion.
“I love you too,” Selena replied, her eyes filled with trust and longing.
With that, Cyrus entered her in one smooth motion, both of them crying out at the intense sensation. He began to move, slowly at first, savoring every second. Their bodies moved in perfect sync, each thrust sending waves of pleasure through them both.
Selena’s nails raked down his back, her moans growing louder with each movement. Cyrus kissed her deeply, their tongues dancing together as their bodies rocked in unison. The world around them disappeared, leaving only the raw, primal connection they shared.
Cyrus’s hands roamed over Selena’s body, feeling every inch of her soft skin. Their breathing quickened as the tension between them built. He pulled her closer, his lips capturing hers in a searing kiss. Selena responded eagerly, her hands sliding down his back, drawing him closer.
With a swift movement, Cyrus lifted her, turning her so that she straddled his lap. He looked up at her, his eyes dark with desire. Selena smiled, a mix of love and lust in her gaze, before lowering herself onto him. They both gasped as he filled her, the sensation overwhelming.
Selena began to move, setting a slow, deliberate pace. Cyrus’s hands gripped her hips, guiding her movements as she rode him. The feeling of her warmth surrounding him, her body moving in rhythm with his, drove him wild. He leaned forward, his lips finding her breast, sucking gently on her nipple.
“Cyrus,” Selena moaned, her hands tangling in his hair as she moved faster, the need between them growing more urgent.
Cyrus responded by thrusting up into her, matching her rhythm. Their bodies moved together, a perfect, sensual dance. Selena’s moans grew louder, her body trembling with the intensity of her pleasure. Cyrus’s grip on her hips tightened, his own need reaching a fever pitch.
He rolled them over, pinning her beneath him. Selena wrapped her legs around his waist, drawing him deeper. Cyrus moved with purpose, his thrusts powerful and controlled. Each movement brought them closer to the edge, their bodies slick with sweat, their breath coming in ragged gasps.
“Cyrus, I’m so close,” Selena whispered, her voice trembling.
“Me too, baby,” he replied, his voice hoarse with desire.
With a final, powerful thrust, they both cried out, their bodies convulsing with the force of their shared climax. The pleasure washed over them in waves, leaving them breathless and trembling. Cyrus collapsed beside her, pulling her into his arms as they both struggled to catch their breath.
“That was amazing,” Cyrus said, still breathing heavily. He turned to look at Selena, but she had already turned her gaze to the other side.
“Lena,” he called softly, but she didn’t respond.
“Fuck,” he cursed under his breath before sighing deeply. “I’ll book an appointment with the doctor immediately.”
Selena remained silent, her expression unreadable.
“This is the last thing I’ll ever keep from you, I promise,” Cyrus said, kissing her shoulder gently.
Selena finally spoke, her voice trembling. “I just want you to be okay, I hate this.”
Cyrus turned her face gently towards him. “I am going to be okay. I promise.” He smiled, pressing a soft kiss to her cheek.
” Let’s sleep” he said kissing her cheeks again.
