I sighed inwardly for what felt like the tenth time, my discomfort evident from sitting in the chair for two hours straight. My butt was beginning to ache badly.
“What other part don’t you understand?” Cyrus asked, his eyes still on the book in front of him.
“I understand it all,” I murmured quietly. He nodded, closing the textbook and placing it gently on the table.
“Thank you,” I managed to say, trying to keep my frustration in check.
“So… I’ll drop you home,” Cyrus said suddenly, catching me off guard.
“Home?” I asked, my confusion evident as I looked up at him.
“Yeah,” he replied softly, rising from his seat. I stood up reflexively, taken aback by his unexpected offer.
“But… why are we here then?” I blurted out, feeling a mix of disappointment and annoyance.
“For study,” he answered simply, his tone betraying no emotion. My frustration grew exponentially. Did he really think I couldn’t learn Chemistry on my own, maybe even online?
“That’s it? We’re here just for that?” I asked incredulously, my frown deepening as I gathered my books and stuffed them back into my bag.
“Yes,” he confirmed calmly, which only aggravated me further. .
“Thank you,” I said, though my displeasure was evident. “And I can go home myself,” I added firmly, walking past him in frustration. Seriously!
I strode out of the study room and headed for the exit. As I reached the door, I tried to open it, only to find it locked. Panic surged through me when I realized the key wasn’t in sight. Had I stormed out so impulsively that I now needed to go back and ask Cyrus for the key?
Turning around, I found Cyrus standing there, his gaze fixed on me with an intensity that made me squirm slightly under his scrutiny.
“Uh… the keys,” I managed to stammer, feeling a mix of embarrassment and annoyance at my own hasty actions.
“You want the keys?” he asked calmly, his voice cutting through the awkward silence as I nodded in response.
“Hmm,” he hummed thoughtfully, stepping closer until he was directly in front of me.
“Always use words, baby girl,” he said softly, his thumbs brushing against my cheeks. Heat spread across my face at his touch, betraying my reaction to him.
“Yes, I do,” I replied, meeting his intense gaze, captivated by his striking green eyes.
“Are you sure you want to leave?” he asked, his hands moving to my waist, pulling me gently closer to him.
I felt speechless, overwhelmed by his proximity and the sudden rush of emotions swirling inside me.
“Um…” I struggled to form words, his presence leaving me flustered and unable to articulate my thoughts.
“Didn’t hear you,” he teased lightly, his lips now brushing against my neck, sending a shiver down my spine.
“No, I don’t,” I finally managed to say, the words escaping in a breathless whisper. I heard him chuckle softly before placing a gentle kiss on my neck, causing my heart to race even faster.
“I’ll drop you,” he said casually, stepping away from me and breaking the spell he had cast.
What just happened?! My mind raced with confusion and a hint of exhilaration as Cyrus walked away, leaving me standing there.
~~
I wasn’t particularly happy when I got home. My mom bombarded me with questions about Cyrus, and her shocked reaction when I casually mentioned that we had just studied. Walking into my room, I flopped onto my bed, replaying in my mind what had happened at Cyrus’s house. It had been unexpected, and I couldn’t stop wondering about his intentions.
Ughhh. Grabbing my phone, I remembered I had promised Eva that I would text her, but I hadn’t yet. I unblocked her chat and sent a simple “HI” before setting my phone aside. I needed to shift my focus away from Cyrus; it was consuming my thoughts, and I needed a break.
I decided to meet up with Eva today to talk about everything that had happened.
Heading downstairs, I found Ezra in the living room with Anya seated beside him.
“Hi, princess,” I greeted Anya, earning an eye roll from her.
“Hi, servant,” she replied with a teasing grin, which made me chuckle.
“I’m going out,” I informed Ezra, whose gaze immediately turned to me.
“Where?” he asked, his expression curious.
“Meeting with Eva,” I answered. He studied me for a moment before nodding.
“Don’t stay out too late,” he cautioned, and I nodded before grabbing my car keys.

As I caught sight of Eva across the room, private restaurant, a rush of warmth and familiarity washed over me. I couldn’t help but smile as I approached her table.
“Hey,” I greeted, my smile genuine and bright.
“Hi,” she responded warmly, her eyes lighting up as she handed me a cup.
“Thanks,” I said gratefully, accepting it. With practiced ease, she uncorked a bottle of champagne and poured it into my cup, the bubbles fizzing gently.
“Alcohol?” I teased, raising an eyebrow playfully, to which she nodded with a mischievous grin.
“Let’s just hope my brothers don’t show up,” I joked, and we both shared a knowing laugh.
Taking a sip of the drink, I savored the moment before turning to gaze at Eva.
“How’s life been treating you?” I asked softly, genuinely curious about how she’d been since we last saw each other.
“Well… it’s been kind of boring without you,” she admitted with a playful glint in her eyes. I chuckled, knowing my absence had left a void in her routine.
“Same here,” I confessed, smiling back at her. Meeting Eva again felt like slipping into a comfortable pair of shoes after a long day.
“So… about i and Ezra,” she began, her tone turning more serious, yet tinged with a hint of nervousness.
“Oh, that,” I replied, suddenly finding the pattern of condensation on my glass quite intriguing.
“I’ve actually had feelings for Ezra for a while now,” she confessed quietly, her gaze flickering briefly before meeting mine again. “But I was scared to tell you because I thought it might change things between us.”
“I started feeling like maybe Ezra was beginning to sense my feelings too,” she continued, her voice gaining confidence. “He began talking to me more, and eventually, he admitted that he liked me.”
“Well, Ezra is a devil. He doesn’t like anybody,” I said.
“I was so stupid and naive. I actually started dating him, thinking he actually liked me. We did a lot of things, had sex…” she trailed off.
“I don’t need to hear the details,” I interjected quickly, chuckling nervously.
“Okay, sorry,” she said, laughing softly in embarrassment.
“Sometimes I saw him with other girls, but I just let it slide because I actually liked him. But the mistake I made was not telling you at all. I should have,” she confessed, her voice tinged with regret.
“Do you still like him?” I asked gently, searching her eyes for an answer. She fell silent, contemplating her feelings.
“Well, I understand your perspective,” I offered empathetically. “Having a crush on someone for a long time is a big deal. You can’t just decide to stop liking them, even when you want to.”
“It’s okay though,” I reassured her, though my own situation with Cyrus weighed heavily on my mind. Its not like mine is better. Cyrus even told me straight to my face that we’re just having fun and nothing else.
“Come here,” I said softly, stretching out my arms to Eva. A warm smile spread across her face as she stepped into my embrace, her arms wrapping around me tightly.
“I would never keep anything from you again, I swear it,” she whispered earnestly, her voice catching slightly as tears welled up in her eyes.
“Don’t cry,” I murmured, gently rubbing her back to comfort her. “Everything’s fine now,” I reassured her, feeling a rush of relief that we were finally able to talk openly.
She nodded against my shoulder, her tears dampening my shirt as she held onto me. The weight of our shared emotions lingered in the air, but in that moment, the bond between us felt stronger than ever.
Whew.
~~
I hadn’t spoken to Cyrus in the past two weeks, and he hadn’t bothered to reach out either. It wasn’t entirely unexpected, but it still weighed heavily on my mind.
After finishing a conversation with Eva after school, I made my way towards my car. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed Cyrus, his gaze locking onto mine briefly before I turned away and continued walking.
Opening the car door, I was startled when it swung closed again, Cyrus standing there having closed it.
“Lord, I really think I need to grow some balls,” I muttered inwardly, feeling a mix of frustration and uncertainty. Despite my feelings for him, I knew I needed clarity. Were we just having fun?
“You’ve been acting distant lately,” he remarked, breaking the silence as he leaned casually against the car.
Me? You haven’t exactly been making an effort to talk to me either
“I didn’t know that,” I added, meeting his gaze squarely. The tension between us was palpable.
Cyrus smirked at my response, clearly enjoying the fact that he had caught me off guard. Without warning, he grabbed me by the waist and spun me around, pressing my back up against the car door. I could feel his hot breath on my neck as he whispered in my ear –
“You’ve been a naughty girl” he growled, his voice low and husky. “And I think you need to be punished for it” I swallowed hard as he leaned in closer, pressing his body up against mine.
His hands slid up the sides of my waist and pulled me even closer as I felt myself getting wetter by the second.
“we’re outside”, I protested weakly, trying to resist him but failing miserably. Cyrus just chuckled darkly at my words, clearly enjoying the thrill of being caught in public.
“I don’t care” he whispered in my ear before nipping gently at the lobe with his teeth. In fact, I think it makes it more exciting. Before I could respond, Cyrus had already slipped his hand beneath my skirt and was teasing at the hem of my panties.
My breath caught in my throat as he brushed his fingers against my wet pussy, sending shockwaves of pleasure through my body. I let out a soft moan as he rubbed expertly at my clit, increasing the pressure until I was writhing against him in ecstasy.
As much as I tried to resist him, Cyrus had a way of making me lose all sense of reason when it came to touching. My whole body felt like it was on fire as he continued to tease and touch me in all the right ways.
I could feel myself getting closer and closer to orgasm with every passing second. Just then, Cyrus pulled away from me with a smirk – leaving me feeling more turned on than ever before.
“You’ll have to wait until later for the real punishment” he said cryptically before turning and walking away.
What the hell…. seriously!!!! He didn’t just do that.
I stood there panting and trying to catch my breath for several seconds before finally composing myself enough to get into my car and drive home.
Since he wants to play this game.
Then no problem at all!!
