You are mine, wolf

Nicolas plopped down on the couch in his room totally exhausted and left open the shirt of the simple clothes he had put on after arriving. It had been a long trip back and he hadn’t even notified Hades that he was on his way back. He just wanted to sleep by closing his eyes. He was so groggy that he didn’t feel the presence that stood behind him and hugged the back of his neck. An unreal lily smell filled his nostrils.
-Aren’t you going to say hello to your sister?
Nicholas’ eyes widened and he turned his face, noticing the beautiful she-wolf standing there smiling at him.
-Hello Nico.
The wolf was speechless and only managed to grab the she-wolf’s wrist and pull her over the back of the furniture and she fell awkwardly onto the cushions. A hand was placed on her cheek.
-Pris? Are you my sister Pris? her voice was hesitant.
-Who besides your pretty sister has your father’s eyes,- she raised an eyebrow.
-Priscilla was a cute little puppy who could carry, what did you do to her,- she narrowed her eyes but there was a hint of mockery in the background.
-She answered him copying his tone even though she didn’t feel the joke of it all but she didn’t want to cool down the atmosphere.
Nicolas could not contain himself any longer and with his strong arms he took her to his lap and hugged her giving her so many kisses on her cheek that she was able to put a hand in the middle to let him leave her for a moment. On the wolf’s face was a huge smile.
-How come you’re here,- he asked intrigued.
-I have unfinished business, so I had to go out,- he brushed his hair back. She had already changed into one of her mother’s long dresses so she was more comfortable.
-Just that?- he kissed her cheek again, taking advantage of the fact that she had lowered her hand.
-And hunt Layan. I told him I would marry him when I got out,- she said confidently.
Her brother didn’t reply, he was the only one who had never reproached her for her feeling for the other alpha, he was no one to meddle in anyone’s love life.
-Does that mean you’ll be leaving soon,- he leaned his chin on her shoulder.
-Most likely, Pa already sent a messenger, so tomorrow he’ll be here for sure.
-Can’t you spend a little more time with us? Nicolas looked a little sad at his sister’s plans.
Next time it will be, besides I won’t be far away and I’ll come to see you- this time she was the one who kissed his cheek- for now you can feel privileged, I escaped from Noa, Alan and Rodrigo and I could hide here so I could sleep with you- -I can imagine they almost turned you into a real messenger.
-I imagine they almost drove you crazy,- Nicolas laughed softly.
Priscila had to admit that he was right. At dinner time the three brothers had entered the dining room after finishing their workouts and had thrown themselves on Priscila leaving her on the floor like a sack. They had shaken her, kissed her, hugged her so much that she had to ask for help from her father and hide behind her back while her mother could tidy up.
She had also been the center of attention during the whole evening. Everyone was looking at her but she was nowhere near her. She had pulled up several of the conversations in her head and listened to her thoughts. What she had imagined. Even though the pack was smiling at her, she was afraid of him. The reason. He didn’t know what she really was and what you don’t know you have in front of you you are afraid of. Luckily she couldn’t feel anything so she didn’t care.
She felt Nicolas yawning next to her.
-Let’s go to sleep, I also came back a little while ago and I’m tired,- she urged him and the wolf nodded without problems.
Once they were lying down Nico closed his eyes and fell asleep next to her, on the other hand Priscila did not close her eyes, her mind was full of things to think about and she knew that if she let her guard down her mind could be invaded again. She had to be someone strong to be able to penetrate his barriers, if she had feeling she could say it made her anxious but no, it was just annoying to have the someone wanting to control your thoughts.
She didn’t know when she was awake but she felt the door open slightly and two people walked in, bent over. Priscilla just waited until they were close enough to speak to her, both of them.
-Wasn’t it easier to ask?
Noa and Alan peeked over the edge of the bed with guilty faces toward Priscilla and then focusing on their older brother who was slumped over. Priscilla lay back down.
-Don’t make too much noise when you go upstairs or Nico will wake up and he’s exhausted.
Her two brothers climbed in and lay down leaving Noa in the middle. Luckily the bed was huge and accommodated the four wolves without any problems. And Priscilla felt warm again after so long wrapped in the cold.
Layan entered the door of the Silver Pack mansion with a frown on his face. He walked with heavy steps, his boots echoing on the ceramic floor. The wolves there squirmed and barely looked at him, he didn’t seem to have happy fleas and an annoying alpha was not a good thing.
He went up the stairs in search of Hades. He searched for his scent and defined that he was in his room and still sleeping as it was early morning. After the dream he had had and the news that he had to go urgently he was not at his best.
Walking down the corridor he saw the profile of a dark-haired she-wolf by the window. The dress she wore he recognized, he had seen it before. He approached in better spirits, seeing Nebraska refreshed his entire conscience. He put his arm over her shoulder and smiled.
-Hello beautiful,- he said showing his fangs.
What was unfamiliar to him was the body beneath him, even her lily scent that then came to him. His eyes widened further as this one turned, a pair of silver orbs surrounded by thick dark lashes were upon him.
-Hello Layan-
And he didn’t know how but he almost vanished right there. He quickly separated from the she-wolf and stepped back in shock. He didn’t need anyone to tell him who she was to know.
-Priscilla,- he said, pulling himself together. His voice came out low.
-It’s been a while Layan, but at least you recognized me at first,- she flashed her fake smile.
The alpha studied her from top to bottom. Priscilla as a girl he could tell she was going to be beautiful, but having her in front of him now was a completely different story. Even her body had changed with the necessary curves, a very pronounced waist, long legs, beautiful face and an imposing presence. Someone who could bring any wolf to his knees to be his mate but that meant falling into a black hole, a hole he avoided at all costs. Even if it had been difficult over the last 10 years.
How the hell did he control himself now that he had in front of him what had taken away his sleep so many times and with that tantalizing image?
She couldn’t.
But he had to be strong and resist. He would be the victor in this battle. He had marked Priscilla just to help her, and he would break the bond as soon as he could. Only that moment he didn’t know when it would be. He unconsciously avoided it in his thoughts even though it was a priority.
But despite everything something came to his mind. It had only been ten years. She still had to be under ice, at least 5 more years. And besides, she looked so changed and it wasn’t because of the physique. Layan sensed that something wasn’t like before and thought it was what he imagined, and narrowed his eyes.
-Your emotions?
She tilted her head. The bangs her brothers had insisted on doing to her earlier, after bathing and fixing her long hair were swept aside.
-I thought I hid it so well, my family barely noticed that I don’t feel anything. But it was to be expected.
She approached him with slow steps. Layan stepped back accordingly, her scent was beginning to surround him possessively. The alpha genes within him inherited from everyone’s blood were stronger than they seemed and everything indicated that his control over them had become more stable.
The wall soon stopped Layan’s movements behind him and he was cornered as Priscilla stopped just millimeters away from him. As he lowered his head he could hear her breathing and her warmth melded with the heat of his skin.
-After all- she tiptoed on her toes to be at his ear level, he couldn’t separate her, he couldn’t resist her, the main reason, the teeth mark on the back of her neck not only trapped her in submission to her but himself as well- You are my wolf- he shivered at this.
The door a few feet away from them suddenly opened and Hades made his presence known. Priscilla turned her head leaving a still alpha beside her.
-Hello pa, Layan has arrived.
Hades raised his eyebrow.
-I noticed,- he growled.
