Final Chapter- 1 Month later.
It a brand-new day early in the morning with the melodious sound of the birds coming from outside. Spread across the sitting room while David and his mother were sitting. sitting down inside Edward’s and Maria’s house as Arianna is looking at her husband with a puzzled look on her face, confused about what brought David and his mother after they decided to chase her out of their house.
With the cheeks flushing. Mrs. Johnson looks at her daughter-in-law with an embarrassed look on her face, not knowing what to say since Arianna and her father are sitting on the opposite side of the coach with the agitated feeling burning inside their hearts. Looking at Mrs. Johnson and David with grimaces on their faces.
The baby starts to cry in Arianna’s arms.
Mrs. Johnson extends her hands, offering the help to Arianna. “Arianna. Let me help you with the kid.”
“What are you two doing here inside our home?” Arianna asks Mrs. Johnson with a scrunchy look on her face. Waggling her son up and down as the baby cries in her arms.
Edward interjects and adds. “Yes, after all this time that has passed by. Why did you two suddenly showed in our house.”
As the heavy questions fall upon David and Mrs. Johnson’s shoulders. David looks at his mother with remorse feeling burning inside his heart while Edward and Arianna are looking at both of them, waiting for their responses to come out of their mouth.
“Are you all deaf?! Didn’t you all hear what Arianna has asked you?”
David shifts his focus to Edward. “Uuh!… We have come here ”
David’s words refuse to come out of his mouth with ease as he trembles all over his body. Not what to answer to Mrs. Edward and Arianna as they all look at him with anguish burning inside their hearts.
As the words refuse to come out of Edward’s mouth. David averts his gaze from Arianna and Mr. David. Gazing down on the ground with flushed cheeks while his mother is rubbing her hands over his arm. Trying to comfort him a little.
“Let me handle this son.” Mrs. Johnon whispers to his son’s ear and then shifts her focus back to Arianna and Edward sitting on the opposite chair inside the sitting room.
“We are deeply sorry for what we have done to your family and your daughter Mr. David. We have come here to make an apology to you and your daughter for all of the things that we have done to Arianna.” Mrs. Johnson says.
“Your apology won’t do anything here inside our house. You better leave now and get out of our house right now.” Edward says.
Maria looks at Edward and scrunches her face. “Edward, don’t do that to the guests.”
“What are you talking about now Darling, did you forget the things they did to my daughter and all the troubles that they have put her through,” Edward says. Hurting from inside while Mrs. Johnson is looking at Edward, not aware of what to do next.
“I’m so sorry for everything that I have done to you Arianna. I have come here to ask for your apology in front of your family. I hope you can forgive me.”
“What suddenly changed your mind, David. What has gotten into your mind right now?” Arianna asks with a puzzled look on her face. Lost in David’s behavior while David tries his best to avoid Arianna’s eye contact.
Mrs. Johnson intervenes. “Arianna! We are deeply sorry for what we have done to you and your family. We have come here to here to apologize to you.”
“What made you both suddenly change your minds?” Arianna asks again.
“Because we have found out that Jane and her friends were the ones who were behind all of the mess inside our family.” Mrs. Johnson replies.
Arianna’s facial features harden. “Jane and her friends, how so?”
“We found out that she was the one who was initiating all of the chaos inside the house,” David says.
“Oh, that is rude of her!” Maria says.
In a brief moment. Maria moves across Arianna’s seat with her baby in her arms. Sitting beside her, and then whispers through her ears.
” Darling, just forgive your husband, forget about everything, and move on.” Maria says. Advising her daughter to release her gauge towards David.
Arianna pauses for a moment and then looks at David. “Okay, I have forgiven you all of you. But do not ever do anything stupid again because the second I will never ever forgive you for anything.”
Mrs. Johnson and David’s face lightens up with broad smiles on their faces. Happy after Arianna forgives them for their mistakes.
“Arianna. I have a great news for you.” David says.
Arianna’s eyes widen, “What is it?”
“We managed to get our son Brian and right now he is in our hands.”
Arianna’s smile widens. “Really?”
Mrs. Johnson nods. “Yeah, the kid is back at us. He told us that he wishes to see you soon because he has missed you so much.”
“Don’t worry about that. I will go and see him immediately after that.”
In life, every story has an end with all of the struggles that Arianna has gone through but they have managed to fight and come through it as they are united and live happily together after so many struggles that they have passed through.
