Two hours later, they arrived at the cave entrance. The scene was similar to the area near the palace, with signs of battle everywhere.
The cave entrance had collapsed, and large boulders blocked the way. It took Billy and his team half an hour to clear a path.
Inside the cave, the passage was equally chaotic. The two stone walls from before were damaged, clearly indicating that the array had been broken.
Soon, they reached the underground palace. Everywhere they looked, there were ruins, including the wall they had previously studied, which had also collapsed.
“Spread out and search. See if The Scholar and Elder Annalise are here!” Billy instructed as he walked forward. Casey and the others dispersed.
As expected, the underground palace was empty.
“Who could have done this?” Judge asked with a frown after they regrouped.
“There are two possibilities: people from Enchant Realm or someone from Silent Ruins Sky Realm,” Azure Dragon replied.
“Elder Tommy said the Enchantress couldn’t break the array in that passage,” Soul Chaser added.
“That was then. The Enchantress’s cultivation is likely far superior now. Breaking the array by force isn’t impossible,” Azure Dragon responded.
“Alright,” Soul Chaser said, turning to Billy. “Boss, should we go to Enchant Realm?”
“The problem is we don’t even know where Enchant Realm is,” White Tiger replied.
“Let’s leave here first,” Billy decided after a brief thought.
They headed out of the cave.
“Boss, where to next?” Azure Dragon asked Billy once they reached the cliff.
“First, let’s find someone who knows the location of Enchant Realm, then…” Billy’s sentence trailed off as he turned to the left, frowning. “Who’s there?”
He raised his hand, ready to strike.
“Mr. Billy, it’s me!” a woman’s voice called out. It was Emmalee, accompanied by an elderly woman named Katelynn.
“Emmalee, what are you doing here?” White Tiger asked.
“I came specifically to find you,” Emmalee smiled at Billy. “Mr. Billy, I know where the people you’re looking for are.”
“Enchant Realm?” Billy asked.
“Yes,” Emmalee nodded. “The Enchantress personally captured them.”
“For Skystone?” Billy continued.
“And the Nine Dragons Cauldron,” Emmalee nodded again.
“Both of those items are with my boss. What use is capturing Elder Tommy and the others?” Judge questioned.
“She knows you’ll come to rescue them,” Emmalee explained. “And she knows you’ll easily guess it was her because, besides people from Silent Ruins Sky Realm, only she has the power to capture Elder Tommy.”
“You know about Silent Ruins Sky Realm?” Stout asked.
“It’s no longer a secret,” Emmalee smiled faintly.
“Alright,” Stout shrugged and continued, “Do you know how to get to Enchant Realm?”
“Yes,” Emmalee nodded and looked at Billy. “Mr. Billy, the Enchantress is now at False Supreme Ancestry Realm. If you go like this, I’m afraid…”
“No worries,” Billy interrupted her. “Just tell us the location.”
“Are you planning to go to Enchant Realm now?” Emmalee asked.
“Yes,” Billy nodded.
“Then I’ll take you there,” Emmalee offered.
“Emmalee, you’re from Abyssal Realm, right?” Amber asked. “Aren’t you worried about a conflict between Abyssal Realm and Enchant Realm?”
“To be honest, I am from Abyssal Realm,” Emmalee smiled faintly. “But we’re friends, aren’t we?”
“Then please lead the way,” Billy said after a pause.
“Alright,” Emmalee nodded.
Under her guidance, they flew through the air.
After about three or four hours, they landed on a misty mountainside.
Looking down, they saw an empty plain with nothing but trees and rocks.
“Emmalee, where is Enchant Realm?” Judge asked.
“Right below us,” Emmalee pointed to the plain.
“What do you mean?” Judge looked at the empty plain and asked, “An underground city?”
“There is an underground area, but the main city is above ground,” Emmalee explained. “Their main city is protected by an array; without breaking it, you can’t see it.”
“Really?” Soul Chaser frowned slightly and looked at Billy. “Boss, can you sense any formation lines?”
“No,” Billy shook his head.
After landing on the mountainside earlier, he had guessed that Enchant Realm City was hidden by an array. He tried sensing the formation lines but got no response.
“You can’t sense it?” Stout turned to Emmalee. “Do you know how to break the array?”
“No,” Emmalee shook her head. “This array was set up by a master; no one has broken it in nearly a thousand years.”
“Alright,” Stout clicked his tongue. “So why are we here? To enjoy the view?”
“You don’t necessarily need to break the array to enter the city,” Emmalee smiled faintly.
“What do you mean?” Stout pressed.
“Stout, can’t you figure it out?” Night Orchid replied. “The Enchantress captured Elder Tommy to lure Boss here. Now that he’s here, do you think they’ll ignore us?”
Not only had she thought of this, but so had Billy and Harleen.
“Oh!” Stout looked enlightened.
“Emmalee, thank you. You don’t need to get involved in what’s next; otherwise…” Billy began.
“Enchant Realm City is complicated!” Emmalee interrupted him. “You might not just face the Enchantress. If only you go in, you might not come out.”
“What do you mean?” Stout asked again.
“I’m not sure yet; it’s just a hunch,” Emmalee said before looking at Billy. “Mr. Billy, wait a moment while I call some people.”
She took out a sound transmission stone and sent a message with her spiritual power.
About two hours later, four figures flew in-three men and one woman-appearing to be in their sixties or seventies.
Judging by their aura, they were all in the later stages of the Holy Ancestry Realm.
The strongest was an old man with white hair, at half-step Supreme Ancestry Realm like Sky Realm Lord. Another old man in blue robes was the ninth-rank Holy Ancestry Realm; the remaining two were the eighth-rank Holy Ancestry Realm.
The strength of the Abyssal Realm was evident from these individuals!
“Greetings, Miss!” The four bowed to Emmalee upon arrival.
“Elder Spencer, let me introduce you.” Emmalee gestured toward Billy. “This is Mr. Billy.”
“I’ve long heard of Mr. Billy’s name; it’s an honor to meet you!” Elder Spencer bowed to Billy.
“No need for formalities,” Billy smiled faintly before turning to Emmalee. “Emmalee, can we go now?”
“Mr. Billy, Lady Harleen, and others should stay here; inside Enchant Realm City…” Emmalee began again.
“No worries,” Billy replied.
Everyone had Green Array Talismans; he wasn’t worried about their safety.
“Alright then,” Emmalee didn’t insist further.
They flew through the air once more.
