Chapter 478 Notify everyone and go into the mountains

“This is impossible.”
Jasper finally spoke, frowning.
From what he knew of Paige, she would never take the risk of informing Enrico of her whereabouts without the letter of renunciation in her possession, as she attached such importance to it.
If she had made the call after obtaining the letter, Enrico would not have been able to arrive so quickly.
“But we will know if we go find him,”
Blanca said, her eyes cold. She lifted her leg and walked out, giving the order, “Guards, take your weapons and follow me.”
“I’ll go with you,” Beinice said hastily.
The brother and sister walked side by side. Halfway there, they were stopped by a bodyguard. The two of them were startled, and the bodyguard gestured for them to look behind them at the old man.
The two of them turned around, and Jasper was standing in front of the gate, his thin body standing straight with a deep expression in his eyes. “If it really is Enrico, you two can’t handle it.”
Not only had the head of the leading financial group from Country A arrived, but also a madman who only had a month to live.
Beinice and Blanca glanced at each other and frowned.

A huge convoy of cars drove out of the manor.
At an intersection, several cars stopped, and a group of bodyguards stood in a straight line, arms akimbo, in the snow and wind.
Three hundred meters away, the Folsom family set up long guns and barriers, quickly forming a confrontation.
The snow kept falling, and the cold swept over everything.
In the luxury car at the intersection, Enrico sat with his legs crossed in the back seat, his narrow eyes staring coldly at the snow outside.
One of his subordinates walked towards him and stood outside the car door, respectfully saying, “The Folsom family is no doubt related to an arms dealer, they even used a rocket launcher.”
You have to understand that this is the territory of the Folsom family, no matter how many people they bring, they are limited. They actually deployed a rocket launcher, that’s really showing respect.
“Who is coming?”
Enrico’s thin lips moved, his voice cold.
“Jasper, there are quite a few people, I guess they’ve all come out.” Even more respect.
They’ve all come out.
Interesting.
Enrico’s eyes darkened as he pushed open the car door and stepped down with long strides.
From a distance, a group of people led by Jasper walked out of the temporary barrier of the Folsom family and came towards this side, menacing.
Enrico lifted his foot and walked forward.
A few bodyguards followed, but he raised his hand to stop them and walked alone, his coat flapping in the wind, his tattooed tiger mouth arrogant and domineering.
The two parties met.
Jasper was wearing heavy clothes and was supported by Beatrice.
Seeing Enrico, Jasper smiled politely, “Mr. Gustin, we meet again.”
Enrico stood there, curling his thin lips into a smile, “The old man really gives me face, coming out in person on such a cold day.”
“Mr. Gustin is rarely in Germany, so it is a favor to me. Why don’t we go to your home and have a chat?” Jasper said with a smile.
“The old man is polite, and I have no intention of disturbing the Folsom family, but there is no choice. My woman is playful and ran away, so I have to take her back.”
Enrico looked at Jasper with dark eyes and a sinister voice, “If you bring him back, there will be no problems between me and the Folsom family. But if you can’t…”
“If I can’t, what will you do?” Eduardo blurted out behind his elders, and was pinched by his parents, which hurt so much that he screamed.
“If I can’t?”
Enrico snorted, his gaze never leaving Jasper’s. “You old man, you’re not thinking of trying to see what a dying man can do, are you?”
Jasper’s face fell.
“What are you so arrogant about? Do you think this is Country A?”
“Exactly. You don’t think the Folsom family is afraid of you, do you?”
Someone from the Folsom family shouted, not happy with this.
In the Folsom family’s place, they could wipe them all out.
“Just you people?”
Blanca stood to Jasper’s left and looked up at the bodyguards behind him.
Even if each one was a martial arts expert, there were too few of them.
It would be difficult to accomplish anything.
Enrico looked back at Blanca and surveyed her dark eyes. “Blanca?”
Blanca frowned, “When did Paige get in touch with you?”
She had no idea at all.
“…”
Enrico didn’t answer, just staring at her, seeing only indifference in her eyes calculating the disparity between friend and foe. He couldn’t help but sneer, withdrawing his gaze and taking a step back, “I’m not a patient person, old man, so while I can still talk to you nicely, hand over Paige.”
“Mr. Gustin, everything can be discussed, I don’t want to be enemies with you, why don’t we go back to the house and talk?”
Jasper insisted that he come back.
Enrico didn’t like this lukewarm way of talking, his eyes darkened, and he glanced at the Folsom family.
He saw that the Folsom family were all looking at him with the same hostility, either angry or on guard.
Except for a girl standing in the back, who was standing there with her hand raised, wiping away tears, her eyes red, with a red ribbon tied around her wrist.
In the midst of the white snow, this splash of red was especially vivid.
Enrico’s voice suddenly turned harsh, “Why are you crying?”
“…”
Kelsey stood behind him, shocked, and looked up blankly, her face full of fear.
Enrico was about to go over, when the bodyguard behind him hurriedly ran up and stopped beside him, “Mr. Gustin, the helicopter spotted a large number of people from the Folsom family walking in the mountains, as if something had happened.”
“…”
The faces of the Folsom family members changed.
Enrico stood there listening, and then stared at the ribbon on the girl’s wrist. He knew he could never steal it, unless Paige gave it to someone willingly, and the person she gave it to willingly was crying.
As he thought about this, Enrico’s face completely changed, and he exuded hostility. He gritted his teeth and said, “Tell everyone to go into the mountains!”
After saying this, Enrico didn’t waste any more time with the Folsom family, and turned and left.
“Enrico, this is the Folsom family’s place, don’t be so presumptuous!”
Blanca had never seen such an arrogant person before, and immediately drew her pistol and aimed it at Enrico.
Enrico looked back, murderous intent in his eyes, “You better pray that Paige is okay, otherwise, every one of you Folsom family members, one by one, will have to die with her!”
“Enrico!” Blanca was displeased and was about to pull the trigger on the gun.
“Blanca!” Jasper called out, a little anxiously, coughing violently.
Blanca turned around, and Enrico left quickly, while his men drove over in their cars.
The Folsom family’s men were a little confused. Without orders, they didn’t stop, and watched as The Gustin family’s villa’s cars drove past.
“Why is this happening again?” Blanca looked at Jasper. It was fine to make an exception for Paige, but an exception for Enrico?
“Father, we can’t let Enrico go,” said Beatrice.
Jasper looked disappointed as he listened to his children. Blanca had been traveling in other countries for years, so it was fine if she didn’t know, but Beatrice didn’t understand either.
“Don’t you understand now? The reason Paige is under our control is because we hold Enrico’s life in our hands. What is the condition for Enrico not being under our control?”
