Chapter 582: Braiden Tricked Me!

It had only been fifteen minutes since Flynn and Molly had raced to Northview, but the dangers they faced were like nothing she had ever encountered before.
If it hadn’t been for Flynn’s timely rescue, Molly would have died several times over.
In such a dire situation, who else could she trust if not Flynn?
Flynn nodded, glanced at the room’s rear window, and said, “See that window? I just took a look, and there’s a small ditch right below it.”
“I’ll throw you out of that window shortly. Once you land, quickly move aside and then hide in a concealed spot. Can you do that?”
Outside, ten high-caliber sniper rifles, handled by either mercenaries or assassins, were aimed with deadly precision.
Did they also have something like rocket launchers? Flynn couldn’t be sure.
And whether the building had been tampered with was another unknown to Flynn.
If there were bombs, all three women would die right here.
Although the building seemed secure, it was fraught with peril.
If he were alone, Flynn could play along with the enemy’s games, but with three girls by his side, he had to proceed carefully.
Seeing Flynn’s grave expression, Molly nodded and responded, “Okay! I’ll do as you say!”
“Good!” Flynn, seeing her agreement, looked towards the corner near the left side of the window sill and instructed:
“Pull Scarlet and Rose into that nook, and I’ll handle the rest!”
Without further hesitation, Molly immediately dragged Scarlet and Rose towards the nook.
As soon as Flynn saw the area beneath the window was clear, he quickly moved to the wooden bed’s foot, pressed one hand against the bed frame and supported the underside with the other, then heaved himself up!
The massive wooden bed, weighing a ton, was lifted by Flynn’s arms and crashed against the window.
The room darkened instantly.
The wooden bed blocked the entire front window. Although the gunfire continued, the bullets were now stopped by the bed, and even those that penetrated were significantly weakened.
Seizing the moment, Flynn grabbed the iron door that was leaning against the wall and hurled it towards the back window.
With a loud crash, the entire back window shattered into pieces, falling outward.
“Now!” Flynn sprinted to Molly’s side, grabbed her arm, and flung her forcefully.
Molly flew out the window, hurtling towards the back of the building.
But as she flew through the air, she felt something was wrong. Flynn’s throw had been too powerful, and she felt like an uncontrolled stone, nearly shot out.
It took her considerable effort to regain her balance before she landed heavily on a soft patch of mud.
A crumpled piece of paper fell from her pocket next to her, unnoticed in the urgency of the moment. Following Flynn’s instructions, she quickly kicked off the ground and crawled deeper into the ditch.
The dirt she kicked up covered the paper, burying it halfway.
Once Molly reached the deeper part of the ditch, she looked up and assessed the terrain.
The ditch was narrow, over three meters deep, making it impossible for the enemy to spot her from above.
This place was secure!
Flynn’s keen insight and strategic thinking amazed Molly once again.
Just as Flynn threw Molly, he grabbed Rose and clutched Scarlet.
He strode heavily towards the back window.
Behind him, bullets pierced the wooden bed and embedded in the floor, while ahead lay the moonlit windowsill.
With a leap, Flynn jumped through the window.
He shot through the air like an arrow, tracing a large parabola.
Scarlet, terrified, closed her eyes, hearing only the howling wind.
“Don’t be scared, I’m here,” Flynn reassured, holding Rose and Scarlet close to his chest, one on either side, then plummeted back-first towards the ground.
He was prepared to use his body as a shield to prevent any injuries upon landing.
With a thud, Flynn’s back slammed hard against the ground, but Scarlet and Rose were unharmed thanks to his protection.
Seeing Flynn’s sacrifice, tears streamed down Scarlet’s face.
Though both she and Rose were slender, their combined weight was considerable-around 240 pounds. Flynn, holding them, had jumped from a height of eight meters into the ditch, absorbing a tremendous impact.
Even with his robust physique, Flynn was likely injured.
Seeing her concern, Flynn smiled reassuringly, “Don’t worry, your man is tough! Just obey, and we’ll be completely safe soon.”
After he spoke, he picked up the two of them and ran straight to Molly.
Under Flynn’s trampling, only a corner of the crumpled paper remained visible, blending into the night.
“This place is safe. Watch over them. I’m going to kill those assassins,” Flynn said to Molly with a grin, his roguish charm returning.
He vanished into the bushes behind them immediately after speaking.
For Flynn, Rose and Scarlet were now in a safe position.
This relieved him somewhat.
Freed from the burden of the three women, Flynn was now like a dragon diving into the sea, unstoppable in his freedom!
His moment to inflict pain had arrived!
Harold was completely unaware of all this. He had just heard the sound of breaking glass and suspected Flynn and the others had escaped the building, so he called his squad to converge behind the small building.
This played right into Flynn’s hands.
Just as the Black Mamba squad was quickly moving toward the rear of the building from the hillsides on either side, Flynn made contact with the first man.
“Hmm?” Flynn paused when he saw the black man.
Was this not one of the men who had escorted that biologist to Ostrad and committed numerous murders at the border?
On the second day Mr. Price came to Niarak, Flynn had identified this black man from the photos he provided.
Naturally unaware of Flynn’s thoughts, the black man knew he was facing a tough opponent and immediately drew a dagger, intending to engage in close combat.
“Save it! Stay put, I’ll come over and question you soon!” Flynn grabbed the hand that wielded the dagger, moved behind him, and delivered a punch to his spine.
“Crack!”
The sound of bone breaking echoed.
The black man screamed in agony and fell to the ground, his legs paralyzed.
Flynn did not linger and ran into the distance.
Like a fierce beast shuttling through the forest, he dominated the back mountain woods, ghostly and formidable.
Soon, screams rose one after another, echoing terrifyingly through the valley.
The members of the Black Mamba squad panicked, enveloped by fear.
They had never encountered someone as fearsome as Flynn, who would appear out of nowhere behind them, and they collapsed before even seeing his face.
They were Grandmasters who had successfully completed countless assassinations. Others would run at the mere sight of them, but Flynn faced them head-on, dispatching them as if slicing vegetables?
But what did they know? In Flynn’s eyes, their ferocity was like that of little kittens, posing no threat at all.
If it wasn’t for his need to interrogate them, they would have been reduced to a blood mist long ago.
Soon, the entire Black Mamba squad was incapacitated.
“How come there are only nine?” Flynn gathered the squad members and counted twice under the moonlight, confirming one was missing.
He remembered seeing ten people in the photos last time.
While Flynn was utterly perplexed, his scalp suddenly tightened, and he swiftly dodged.
“Bang!”
A gunshot sounded.
The bullet grazed by Flynn.
“Fuck! Fuck!” Harold cursed softly.
He had been standing in place commanding, but upon hearing the continuous screams from Northview, he couldn’t sit still any longer.
He had stealthily approached, trying to shoot Flynn at close range, but astonishingly, he couldn’t kill him even within a hundred meters.
Harold grew increasingly annoyed.
However, this confirmed one thing for him: Flynn indeed possessed exceptional perceptual abilities.
Without firing a shot, Flynn could sense danger, indicating his martial prowess was terrifyingly advanced.
Flynn’s dodging the bullet was clearly not due to luck.
With thirty years of experience as an assassin, Flynn was at least a Great Grandmaster!
Braiden lied to me!
Hmm?
Where did Flynn go?
He was just there a moment ago. How did he disappear in the blink of an eye?
Boom!
A chill shot up from the soles of his feet, scattering over Harold’s crown.
At that moment, only one thought occupied his mind: run!
However, just as he was about to stand, a slap came flying at him.
“Smack!”
The crisp sound rang out as Harold was sent flying, crashing heavily to the ground ten meters away.
Flynn looked at him and said coldly, “No need to search far and wide, what you seek comes easily, I was just looking for you, and here you’ve delivered yourself to my doorstep.”
“Now that we’re all here, let’s talk about that biologist, Isaac.”
