“Stout, isn’t this inappropriate?” Bob replied, “It’s not right to go back on our word after we’ve promised.”
“But her enemies are too powerful. Helping her get revenge is no different from committing suicide…” Stout continued.
“Shut up!” Ivy glared at him.
“I’m just telling the truth!” Stout muttered again.
“Mr. Billy, are you really planning to avenge the Lady of Heaven?” The Scholar looked at Billy and asked.
“I do have that intention,” Billy nodded with a faint smile. “I promised the Lady of Heaven, and besides, she has done us a favor…”
“Have you considered that seeking revenge with your current strength might cost you your life?” The Scholar interrupted.
“We’ll do our best,” Billy responded. “And it’s not like we have to go right now. Given time, anything is possible.”
“She didn’t misjudge you,” The Scholar added with a faint smile. “In her life, apart from the Enchantress, she had a good eye for people.”
“Senior, do you know much about the other three top-tier forces besides the Enchant Realm?” Casey asked.
“I know a bit about Asura City and Sky Realm, but I’m not familiar with Abyssal Realm,” The Scholar replied.
“The Enchant Realm, Asura City, and Sky Realm all rose to prominence after the turmoil a thousand years ago. The first leaders of Asura City and Sky Realm were originally from the Domain Lord’s Mansion.”
“The first city lord of Asura City was the commander of the imperial guards of the Domain Lord’s Mansion, and the first realm lord of Sky Realm was the steward of the Domain Lord’s Mansion.”
“These two were once the most trusted people around the Lady of Heaven but were both turned by the Enchantress.”
“Are these two still alive?” Azure Dragon asked.
“They’ve been gone for a long time,” The Scholar shook his head. “They both fell within a hundred years after the turmoil a thousand years ago.”
“Senior, isn’t it said that Abyssal Realm also split off from the Domain Lord’s Mansion?” Amber asked.
“No,” The Scholar shook his head. “Abyssal Realm has existed in the sixth-tier star domain for nearly ten thousand years, as long as the Domain Lord’s Mansion.”
“It’s just that it was little known to outsiders a thousand years ago, which led to rumors that it split off from the Domain Lord’s Mansion.”
“Senior, are you not familiar with Abyssal Realm at all?” Azure Dragon continued to ask.
“Indeed, I’m not,” The Scholar nodded. “People from Abyssal Realm rarely operate outside, and my understanding of them is minimal.”
“People today like to compare Abyssal Realm with the other three top-tier forces, but there’s no basis for it because no one knows what Abyssal Realm truly is.”
“Senior, Asura City’s base is in Silent Ruins. Are the headquarters of the other three top-tier forces also in Silent Ruins?” White Tiger asked.
“The bases of Enchant Realm, Asura City, and Sky Realm are indeed in Silent Ruins,” The Scholar paused and added, “But no one knows where Abyssal Realm’s headquarters are.”
“A thousand years ago, the Lady of Heaven specifically sent a team to find Abyssal Realm’s base, but they found nothing before she met her end.”
“Alright then,” White Tiger shrugged.
“Mr. Billy, may I ask if the Nine Dragons Cauldron is really with you?” The Scholar turned to Billy and asked.
“It is,” Billy nodded.
“May I see it?” The Scholar asked again.
“Sure,” Billy nodded once more.
The next moment, with a slight twist of his gaze, the Nine Dragons Cauldron appeared above his head and slowly floated towards The Scholar.
“It really is the Nine Dragons Cauldron!” The Scholar exclaimed after examining it closely. “Human greed is insatiable and can lead to trouble. Countless people have perished because of it throughout history.”
“The Nine Dragons Cauldron contains its own space. If you want to take a look inside…” Billy continued.
“Thank you for your kindness, Mr. Billy, but there’s no need,” The Scholar smiled. “I’m already satisfied just seeing it with my own eyes in this lifetime.”
After speaking, he turned to Billy again. “Mr. Billy, you can’t use the Nine Dragons Cauldron to defend yourself yet, can you?”
“To be honest, I can’t,” Billy smiled. “My current cultivation level is too low for the Nine Dragons Cauldron to acknowledge me.”
“Haha, understandable,” The Scholar also smiled. “The Nine Dragons Cauldron ranks first among the top ten Sacred Objects; it naturally has its pride!”
After speaking, he looked at Billy again. “Mr. Billy, let me take you somewhere!”
“What place?” Stout’s eyes lit up. “Is there something good?”
Everyone else: “…”
Just as Stout finished speaking, an extremely terrifying pressure swept over the manor, causing Judge and Soul Chaser to shiver involuntarily.
From this pressure alone, it was clear that the newcomer was at least in the late Entering Ancestry Realm or possibly even in the Holy Ancestry Realm!
“What’s going on?” White Tiger frowned.
“Senior Scholar, is it your enemy?” Stout looked at The Scholar and asked.
“I’m an old relic from a thousand years ago. Apart from the Enchantress occasionally remembering me, no one else should be thinking about me,” The Scholar smiled. “If I’m not mistaken, they’re probably here for you.”
“Billy, come out. I know you’re down there!” A voice reached everyone’s ears at that moment.
“Boss, it’s probably someone from Asura City!” Casey looked at Billy and said.
“Yes,” Billy nodded.
“Mr. Billy, do you have a grudge with Asura City?” The Scholar asked.
“It’s a minor grudge,” Billy replied and continued, “Senior, I’ll go up and take a look first!”
“I’ll go with you,” The Scholar said and then led everyone into the air.
In no time, they arrived above the manor.
Looking ahead, they saw seven or eight men and women not far away.
Leading them was an elder in red robes holding a scythe-like weapon that was fiery red as if just taken out of a forge.
Billy roughly assessed their cultivation levels and narrowed his eyes slightly.
Three of them were beyond his detection, indicating they were at least in the mid Entering Ancestry Realm or higher. Among the other five, one was in the third-rank Entering Ancestry Realm while four were in the mid-to-late Breaking Emptiness Realm.
“You must be Billy,” the red-robed elder looked at Billy and spoke in a deep voice.
“Asura City? State your name,” Billy replied calmly.
“If I’m not mistaken, he should be Red Reaper, the steward of Asura City,” The Scholar answered for him.
“Senior, can you tell what his cultivation level is?” Casey asked.
“First-rank Holy Ancestry Realm!” The Scholar replied.
“So strong?” Casey frowned slightly, and others also showed signs of concern on their faces.
“Who are you?” Hearing The Scholar’s words, Red Reaper turned to look at him.
“A nobody not worth mentioning,” The Scholar replied.
“A mere avatar reaching half-step Holy Ancestry Realm can hardly be called a nobody,” Red Reaper said in a deep voice.
With his strength, he could easily tell that The Scholar was just an avatar.
“Do you need something from me?” Before The Scholar could respond, Billy asked Red Reaper.
“What do you think?” Red Reaper replied coldly.
“You’ve got some nerve. Not only did you kill so many people from Asura City, but you also dared to kill our young city lord. Where did you get such audacity?”
“You killed Asura City’s young city lord?” Hearing this, The Scholar couldn’t help but look at Billy and ask.
“Yes,” Billy nodded.
The Scholar: Is this still considered a minor grudge?
