“Elder Finley, do as he says!” Isabell shouted simultaneously.
Although she didn’t know Billy’s intentions, she knew he wouldn’t act without reason.
“Alright!” Finley hesitated for a moment, then his eyes sharpened. With a wave of his hand, the barrier outside the City Lord’s Mansion vanished instantly.
“Attack!” Without the barrier, the people outside shouted and charged towards the Phoenix City forces.
“Everyone, don’t engage in battle, retreat quickly!” Billy shouted again.
Hearing his command, the Phoenix City people dispersed rapidly in all directions, including Casey and Harleen.
“City Lord, Elder Finley, let’s go!” Billy looked at Finley and Isabell and quickly dashed out.
Isabell and Finley didn’t hesitate and followed closely. In a few blinks of an eye, they were several kilometers away.
Almost simultaneously as Billy and the others dashed out, a deafening sound echoed through the void.
The next moment, dozens of buildings within the City Lord’s Mansion collapsed with a roar, and deep chasms appeared on the ground as if an earthquake had struck.
Soon, a massive black dragon broke through the ground, soaring into the sky. Thunder flashed in the void, and clouds churned with a destructive momentum.
Many from other forces in Black Dragon City were still hovering above the City Lord’s Mansion. Caught off guard, hundreds were turned into blood mist by the shockwave.
“Is that really a dragon?” Stout looked up into the sky from several kilometers away, unable to help but exclaim.
Casey and the others had shock written all over their faces.
They had seen countless Divine Dragons formed by Chi power but had never seen a real dragon.
“This isn’t a true dragon; at most, it’s a flood dragon!” Shepherd Frost explained.
“Look at its claws; it only has two, and each claw has only four toes.”
“According to ancient books, even in mid-tier star domains where dragons exist, they are just a type of dragon and not true dragons!”
“Only in high-tier star domains are there true Divine Dragons!”
“But aren’t flood dragons supposed to live in water?” Stout asked.
“Stout, why do you have so many questions!” Felicia retorted.
“Flood dragons living in water is just our assumption and legend; no one has ever seen a real flood dragon.”
“Besides, how do you know there’s no underground river beneath Black Dragon City?”
“Alright!” Stout shrugged.
“Elder Shepherd, can you determine the level of that flood dragon?” Soul Chaser asked Shepherd Frost.
“I can’t!” Shepherd Frost shook his head. “But I estimate it’s at least a first-rank Siren Beast!”
“No way?” Soul Chaser exclaimed. “A first-rank Siren Beast is equivalent to a first-rank Entering Ancestry Realm?”
“It might be even stronger!” Shepherd Frost nodded gravely.
“This is trouble!” Soul Chaser and Judge said simultaneously.
As they spoke, the black flood dragon roared and dived towards Billy and Isabell.
Seeing this, White Feather screeched and spewed a scorching wave of air. A fiery dragon surged out with thunderous momentum.
The black flood dragon showed no intention of retreating. It opened its mouth and spewed a cold wave that instantly turned the water vapor in the air into ice particles.
When their attacks collided, they exploded with a bang, creating a massive black hole in the void where ice and fire intertwined spectacularly.
The strong shockwave swept everyone within two to three kilometers away. The remaining people quickly retreated with changed expressions.
The buildings below had no chance of resisting and were instantly leveled to the ground.
Meanwhile, White Feather and the flood dragon were both blown back a thousand meters.
In one move, they were evenly matched!
“White Feather can hold its own? Impressive!” Judge remarked.
“Indeed strong! At this level, even a first-rank Entering Ancestry Realm opponent wouldn’t be its match!” White Tiger responded.
White Feather steadied itself and charged at the flood dragon again. The flood dragon didn’t hesitate and collided with White Feather head-on.
A loud bang echoed as the void trembled, cracking within a kilometer radius.
After one move, neither side showed any intention of stopping. They continued their fierce battle, turning the entire void into chaos.
As the battlefield shifted, the shockwaves had already turned a large area outside the City Lord’s Mansion into dust. Many city residents who hadn’t escaped in time were turned into blood mist.
“White Feather, let me handle this!” Billy shouted loudly, his voice reaching everyone’s ears.
Hearing this, everyone turned to look at him with varied expressions.
“Billy, are you sure?” Harleen shouted.
“Harleen, don’t worry. The Boss has the Heavenly Xuan Array Compass; it should be fine!” Ivy said.
Casey and Azure Fang showed no signs of worry either.
From what they knew, luring that flood dragon into the Heavenly Xuan Space would limit its power to at most early-stage Breaking Emptiness Realm. The Boss could easily kill it with one strike.
Moreover, this would avoid collateral damage!
“Mr. Billy, you can’t! That flood dragon has at least first-rank Entering Ancestry Realm strength!” Isabell and Finley shouted simultaneously.
“Mr. Billy, don’t be careless!” Shepherd Frost added.
“No problem!” Billy replied as he rushed towards White Feather’s position.
White Feather shook its head vigorously at Billy, clearly indicating he shouldn’t join the battle.
“It’s alright. I know what I’m doing. You take a rest!” Billy smiled faintly.
Seeing Billy’s determination, White Feather retreated several hundred meters but remained vigilant, ready to act at any moment.
Billy then flew close to the flood dragon.
Surprisingly, sensing Billy’s aura, the flood dragon involuntarily retreated a hundred meters with a hint of fear in its eyes.
