When they saw the figure in mid-air, their faces turned extremely grim.
Although they had been mentally prepared, they didn’t expect Leo to arrive so quickly.
Richard and Duke Orlis, upon recognizing Leo’s face, instinctively swallowed hard, their faces turning deathly pale.
“That’s the Atrarian, Leo!”
“He’s the one who killed Princes Augustus, Oliver, Nicholas, and Felix!”
Wolfsbane Hall began to descend into chaos.
In the hearts of the Werewolves present, Leo, who had slain four princes, was no different from a god of death.
Everyone in the hall knew one thing: apart from the still-unawakened Wolf Empress, no one in the castle could match Leo.
Hovering in mid-air, Leo looked down at the Werewolves below and sneered, “I didn’t expect you all to gather here like this. It makes things much easier for me.”
Leo’s icy words, combined with the powerful aura he exuded, left the kneeling Werewolves without the courage to stand up.
Raymond’s expression rapidly changed. He seemed to make a decision and looked up at Leo, saying, “Atrarian, I am Raymond, the First Elder of the Werewolf Council.”
“The four princes and many elite Werewolves have been slain by you. Now, no one in this castle poses any threat to you. Do you really intend to annihilate our entire race?”
“Yes, only when your Werewolf race is completely erased from this world will I be at peace,” Leo replied coldly.
Leo had no intention of showing mercy to the Werewolves. If he hadn’t escaped from the Enchanted Realm, the Seven Stars Sword Sect would have been destroyed by them.
Before Raymond could continue speaking, Leo’s Spiritual Power surged, and a massive flaming hand appeared in mid-air before him.
The flaming hand emitted intense heat, turning Wolfsbane Hall into a furnace.
The scorching temperature made it difficult for the Werewolves to breathe, and the shadow of death quickly enveloped them.
Facing such a crisis, the Werewolves knew that surrendering or begging for mercy was useless. Their only option was to transform and fight to the death.
Just as Leo was about to bring down the flaming hand, Raymond hurriedly shouted, “Wait! Mr. Leo, on behalf of the entire Werewolf race, I offer our submission.”
“Moreover, we are willing to offer all our accumulated wealth to you in exchange for sparing us.”
Leo paused his hand gesture and frowned slightly, looking at the white-haired Grand Elder Raymond.
The transformed Werewolves were surprised by Raymond’s words but did not oppose his stance. After all, if Leo accepted their submission, they could survive.
Seeing hesitation on Leo’s face, Grand Elder Raymond continued, “Mr. Leo, if you spare us, we will serve you. You must know that our race has significant influence in Europe.”
Leo nodded slightly, seemingly agreeing with Raymond’s reasoning.
Just as Raymond secretly breathed a sigh of relief, he noticed a change in Leo’s gaze.
With a movement of Leo’s right hand, the flaming hand in mid-air descended directly towards Grand Elder Raymond.
Raymond didn’t expect that even after submitting, Leo would still aim to kill him.
He quickly realized that Leo wasn’t targeting him but the golden coffin behind him!
Leo intended to destroy the Wolf Empress!
Having used up his strength in reawakening, Raymond had no power left to counter the flaming hand and protect the golden coffin.
The other kneeling Werewolves were also too late to react.
They could only watch helplessly as the flaming hand descended.
However, just as the flaming hand was about to strike the golden coffin, a holy white light shot out from within it.
The white light instantly enveloped the flaming hand. After a violent tremor, both vanished into thin air.
Boom!
The lid of the golden coffin suddenly opened and stood upright.
A stunning Western woman lying inside suddenly opened her eyes.
Her eyes were ice-blue, as if they contained the entire ocean.
These eyes adorned her beautiful face like stars lighting up a deep night sky.
An overwhelmingly powerful aura emanated from the golden coffin, making resistance impossible.
Seeing the change in the golden coffin, Leo’s expression grew serious.
In fact, when Grand Elder Raymond expressed his submission earlier, Leo had sensed a strong life force gathering within the golden coffin.
Thus, he directed the flaming hand towards it immediately.
But it was too late.
The legendary Wolf Empress had awakened from her slumber.
Cracks began to appear on the golden coffin.
Soon after, it shattered completely. A figure in a golden gown floated above the remains of the coffin.
The woman wore a golden crown. Her golden wavy hair cascaded over her shoulders. Her flawless face bore no imperfections.
In her right hand, she held a white jade scepter adorned with gold. Her entire demeanor exuded unparalleled nobility.
Upon seeing her face, Leo was momentarily stunned for two seconds.
He hadn’t expected that the Wolf King of the Werewolf race would be a woman-and such an extraordinarily beautiful one at that.
“It’s the Wolf Empress!”
“The Wolf Empress has awakened from her slumber!”
The terrified Werewolves began to shout with joy and excitement.
The awakening of the Wolf Empress meant they no longer had to fear this Atrarian.
Grand Elder Raymond was moved to tears upon seeing her holding the holy scepter and standing in mid-air.
“Great Wolf Empress, two hundred years-after two hundred long years-you have finally awakened.”
The Wolf Empress scanned Wolfsbane Hall with her ice-blue eyes. A cold expression appeared on her beautiful face as she spoke in a melodious yet authoritative voice: “Raymond, you have disappointed me.”
Hearing this, Raymond trembled and quickly lowered his gaze in submission.
“Wolf Empress, please save your people.”
“Wolf Empress, this vile Atrarian seeks to annihilate our race!”
With their leader present, the Werewolves glared angrily at Leo, hoping she would strike him down.
The Wolf Empress turned her gaze towards Leo.
