34-Final Word.
Andy POV.
I woke up with a massive headache, and I was hungry, ice cream, although really good, it doesn’t help with my hunger at all, I’m starving now. I didn’t want to go to Dante and ask for blood, I don’t want to be any more of a burden over his head, one who whines and cries, needing things. I got myself out of bed, I went to the bathroom, cleaned myself up before going out to find my friend Ari.
The problem is even with spending almost a year here, I’m not that good with the directions around here, I do know where Ari’s room is, the playroom, kitchen, Dante’s office, and the back and front door. The rest of the place is a mystery and out of my limits, it’s rooms of the ret, some grown-up room, and I’m pretty sure we have a torture room somewhere around here. For my search, I started with the playroom, and surprise, surprise, I found Ari there with Dante, both of them watching a movie holding each other close.
They were talking, but I couldn’t hear them, not clearly, but I could catch a few words, most of them being about the auction house, Ari is asking about how to buy someone, and if it cost too much, she knows I’m getting sold again. I felt a gasp leave my mouth, I didn’t want to make a noise, but I did, and I was busted, they both turned to me with a smile, inviting me in to join them in the cuddles. I did join, sitting between them both getting hugs from both sides.
“Had a nice nap?” he asks me, I just nod, and cuddle closer to Arianna.
“The baby loves me” she says sounding like her big self, not something we see often.
“Of course he does Ari,” he replies with a smile.
“Can I get a baby for me? Maybe I can steal him from you” she says, making my heart skip a beat, is he selling me to Arianna, I don’t mind that, I’ll go with her.
“No, he’s mine” she says pulling me back toward him, but I whimper wanting to stay with Ari.
“Boss, we need you” one of the vampires says coming in the playroom, Dante kissed both the top of our heads and left the room.
“Love you daddy” I say knowing I’m going to do my plan soon.
“Love you baby boy” he says kissing my cheeks again.
“Ari” I say starting to hiccup, I’m leaving, I have to leave.
“Yes, baby?” she asks me, holding me tighter toward her, I don’t think I ever described her, or how beautiful she is, Arianna, have blue eyes, bum long straight black jet hair, and white skin, she’s a doll for sure.
“I love you, Ari, you are beautiful,” I say making her smile, kissing my cheeks.
“I love you too Andy,” she says, hoping she’d always love me, even after I leave, her being in big space, helped, I can just slip out of the room without her caring much for me to leave.
“Where you going baby?” she asks, trying to cuddle me again, I had to come out with a quick lie.
“My room, I left teddy alone,” I say, making her coo, that worked, she let me go, I don’t go to my room, it’s not mine, to begin with, it’s Dante and he’s getting it back now.
I run straight to the main door, leaving the house, there was some bodyguard standing outside, but I slipped out without them noticing me much, I could leave up toward the house gate without anyone calling me back, but to get out of there is harder. Having the privilege of staying outside in the backyard did help me, I know I can slip out, there’s a little space in the fence that’s open, I don’t think the bodyguards saw it, it’s too small for anyone to slip through it, but I can, and I did.
I crawled outside the fence, getting scratches and bruises all over my body, but I didn’t care, I just kept going running outside. Every time we leave the house it’s in the car, I don’t really know what’s around us, more vampires houses, but I’m one too now, and I decided, I don’t want to go to the auction house, I can take care of myself now. I started to walk around looking for somewhere to spend the night, ignoring my aching body, and my aching heart. I hate goodbyes, it feels like my world is ending, and all of the sudden, I missed my bridge.
