Chapter 1516: Forced Break

“Augustus, it seems they’ve called for more help,” Oliver said, looking at the unfamiliar faces appearing in the Martial Arts Square.
Augustus sneered, “It must be people from WONDER. Perfect timing, we’ll eliminate them all together.”
Oliver nodded and took a blood-red bracelet from his left arm. This bracelet was one of the Wolf Tribe Sacred Items, the infamous Demon’s Bracelet, the most powerful weapon of the Grand Elder Raymond.
The Demon’s Bracelet possessed a terrifying corrosive power capable of eroding everything. Oliver raised the Demon’s Bracelet and chanted softly. The bracelet emitted a burst of blood-red light.
“What is that Wolf Tribe Prince doing?” Harrison frowned, feeling a sense of foreboding.
“Prepare for battle!” Donovan said sternly.
“Unleash, corrosive power!” Oliver roared. The blood-red light from the Demon’s Bracelet rapidly spread, soon covering almost half of the protective light screen. The powerful corrosive force began to erode and decompose the energy of the protective light screen.
The spiritual energy within the Seven Stars Sword Sect surged into the sky, replenishing the energy lost to corrosion. Thus, while the protective light screen suffered severe corrosive damage, it was simultaneously being repaired by the spiritual energy.
The spiritual energy within the Seven Stars Sword Sect was limited. Once it was completely exhausted, the protective light screen would shatter. Seeing the protective light screen begin to fade under the corrosive force, Augustus grinned viciously, “Now it’s my turn!”
Augustus spat out a small metal hammer from his wolf mouth. The hammer grew rapidly in the wind, soon becoming a giant hammer. This hammer was called Wolfsbane Hammer, another Wolf Tribe Sacred Item with immense destructive power.
Gripping the Wolfsbane Hammer with his right claw, Augustus caused it to emit intense electric light. The light spread from the hammer to Augustus’s entire body, making him stand out under the moonlight like a thunder god descending.
The scene made everyone in the Martial Arts Square tremble with fear. Even through the protective light screen, they could feel the overwhelming aura emanating from Augustus holding the Wolfsbane Hammer.
Augustus let out a characteristic werewolf howl, swinging the massive Wolfsbane Hammer enveloped in terrifying lightning towards the protective light screen. With a thunderous crash, the entire protective light screen trembled violently. As the lightning dissipated, a huge crack rapidly spread from where the hammer struck.
Spiritual energy rushed to repair the enormous crack. Under such a violent blow, the protective light screen faded even more.
“Let’s see how many more hits this shield can take!” Augustus snorted and swung the Wolfsbane Hammer again. Another thunderous crash followed by a series of cracking sounds echoed from the protective light screen.
The cracks that had not been fully repaired by spiritual energy expanded rapidly, almost reaching the base of the protective light screen.
Donovan’s face was solemn as he said gravely, “The protective light screen won’t hold much longer.”
“Fight to the death!” Holden shouted, brandishing his Torrential Sword.
“Fight to the death!” echoed the elite disciples, weapons in hand.
As Augustus swung the Wolfsbane Hammer for a third time towards the protective light screen, thirty people appeared in the western forest of Seven Stars Sword Sect. They wore Orientia Ninja attire, distinguishable only by their chest emblems indicating two different factions: the Koken family and Mason family of Orientia.
Upon hearing about the werewolf attack on Seven Stars Sword Sect, they had rushed over immediately.
“Master Yota, werewolf strength is enhanced under the moonlight. The protective light screen will soon be broken,” Byron said respectfully to Yota beside him.
Watching Augustus hammering the protective light screen in mid-air, Yota smirked evilly, “Once the protective light screen shatters, I hope both werewolves and martial cultivators will be severely weakened. Then we can reap the benefits.”
“Eleanor, what do you think?” Yota asked Eleanor nearby.
Eleanor had fled from Enchanted Realm back to her family and consumed Everlife Fruit. Now her strength was just a step away from reaching the legendary Divine Ninja realm. Invited by Koken family to attack Seven Stars Sword Sect, Eleanor, filled with hatred for Leo, agreed without hesitation.
“It’s infuriating that Atraria boy died in Enchanted Realm. If he were alive today, I would make him wish for death to avenge Samson and our Mason family ninjas!” Eleanor said angrily.
After suffering heavy losses in Enchanted Realm, Hojo Clan and Fujiwara family had declined completely, and Mason family’s overall strength was greatly diminished. Koken family emerged as Orientia’s most powerful family. Although Eleanor was unwilling to accept this reality, she had no choice.
Moreover, Eleanor’s strength was inferior to Yota’s, so she mostly followed Yota’s orders during this operation.
After venting her anger, Eleanor continued, “Let’s follow your plan. Once the protective light screen breaks, we’ll first harvest Spirit Medicine from Seven Stars Sword Sect’s back mountain. After Atrarian and werewolves are both weakened, we’ll deal with Atrarian.”
Meanwhile, in the eastern forest of Seven Stars Sword Sect, over fifty figures moved stealthily towards their target-the back mountain of Seven Stars Sword Sect. These people were from True Martial Sect, including Elder Redmond with only one arm.
Elder Redmond withdrew his gaze and looked at Amari and Dylan. “Master Amari, Elder Dylan, werewolves attacking Seven Stars Sword Sect so openly means that Leo is indeed dead.”
“Hmph! Even if he didn’t die in Enchanted Realm, he will surely die tonight!” Dylan snorted coldly.
Gage chimed in, “Sect Master, Master, not only have werewolves come tonight but also Orientians who seem ready to loot.”
Amari said gravely, “Seven Stars Sword Sect can only belong to True Martial Sect. Let them fight each other first; then we’ll kill them all!”
Back at the protective light screen, its surface was covered with huge cracks like a porcelain bowl about to shatter. Most of Seven Stars Sword Sect’s spiritual energy had been depleted; what remained was insufficient to repair the cracks on the protective light screen.
“Jennifer, the protective light screen is about to break,” Violet said worriedly to Jennifer.
