Stella POV.
“Milo get your paw off my bum,” I whined while sleeping, my bum has gone through some trauma, it hurts and it’s bruised, even after it all started healing, it still hurts having Milo touching it.
‘Sorry Lil-star, I meant to touch Jame’s butt,’ he answers me through our bond, since they are both still in their wolf form, I need to use the bond to talk to them.
‘Don’t touch my butt around the little one,’ James says making me giggle.
‘But it’s a nice butt,’ Milo whines.
I turned to James and looked for the butt that was in question, he’s right, it is a cute one, I placed my hand on it and heard James groan at me, I looked at Milo hoping for help.
‘Don’t teach her bad habits,’ James warns him, and I turn fully into Milo’s arms, he hugs me tightly and I sigh in relief.
‘Don’t scare her,’ Milo warns him.
“Did you talk to my uncle?” I asked them, we need to get going, mom was doing the hard job of talking to my dad telling him that we wanted to go visit our mystery uncle.
“I asked about his pack, dad had a chat with his alpha, turns out he knows our pack, and he doesn’t mind having us over,” Milo says shifting into his human form, still holding me tight, most of my bruises are gone, but my body was still sore.
“So what’s my mystery uncle’s name?” I ask him with a side look.
“Raphael, Luna of the pack, his wolf slash alpha’s name is Elijah, they’ve been together for twenty years now,” Milo answers me.
“Mom hasn’t seen her brother in twenty years?” I ask, would he be okay with seeing her daughter after all of those years?
“No, your mom hasn’t seen her brother in thirty years, your uncle is a jerk who made the alpha work for it before giving it all,” James says.
“So he’s okay with having us over?” I ask them again.
“The alpha knows dad and he’s okay with allowing us in, and since the Luna is your uncle and you’re the daughter of his favourite sister, we’re allowed in with no conditions, as long as your mom promises to come and visit when all of this is over,” Milo says.
“Mom is his only sister,” I say with a small smile on my face, turns out this joke is running through the whole family, it’s funny.
“Do you need help packing?” James asks me.
“What do I pack?” I ask them, turning to my closet, getting a suitcase out.
“Clothes, make sure to pack comfy ones, I don’t expect to need anything fancy, but you should pack an outfit or two just to be safe,” Milo answers me.
“Okay,” I say and start checking my closet for clothes, the ones I’m going to take, of course I’m gonna be stealing the boys clothes too, not that I’ll ever stop borrowing theirs.
“Can you take over until we go and get our stuff?” James asks me.
“Sure, mom can help,” I say with a smile.
“We’ll be back in thirty,” Milo says and they both jumped out of the window, they refuse to use the door, and I’m not going to correct them.
“Mommmmm…” I call out to her, maybe she can give me some heads up on my mystery uncle.
“Coming,” Mom answers me, and came toward my room, she had a sad smile on her face.
“Are you okay?” I ask her worriedly.
“You’re gonna see Raphael, you look so much like him,” she says with tears going down her face now.
“Mom, you can go see him too,” I offer her, she could come to the new pack along with me.
“He said not to, not unitl you’re safe,” she says with the same sad look. ‘
“Why did you stop seeing him?” I ask her, why did she stop seeing her brother, for thirty years now?
“He didn’t allow me to, he told me about being a wolf the day they ran away, the day his wolf took him and they left,” she says.
“But why not visit?” I ask still not understanding why they stopped meeting each other.
“Our parents didn’t know about the whole wolf part, they thought that Raphael has ran away, and I wasn’t allowed to visit, growing up, he would talk to me, keeping everyone safe,” she says.
“So now that me and Finny are souls, he’s going to talk to you again?” I ask her.
“Jayden said he’s counting me as one of his pack, so I’m okay to talk to my brother again, I knew having kids had it’s benefits,” she says teasing me.
“I’m never going to stop talking to you,” I promise her.
“And you’re not allowed to allow Finny to stop talking to me either,” she says.
“I’m his Luna, I’ll never let him,” I say smiling and she finally chuckles.
“Do you need help packing?” She asks me.
“No, I just need you to tell me more about my uncle, is he nice?” I ask her feeling very worried about this visit.
“Raphael is the best brother ever, he’s going to love you, no need to worry about it,” she assures me, but I was still worried.
I finished packing, and waited for my brother and the two boys, I wished they’d take longer, sadly it was time to get going, we decided to take two cars instead of one so we’d have an extra one the whole time.
We said goodbye to my dad who thought we’re going to visit my long lost uncle for the whole summer, I don’t know how mom worked her magic on him but he was okay with us going.
“Don’t be worried little one, you got us,” James assures me as he got behind the steering wheel.
“What if he hates me?” I say, I wasn’t worried about being allowed in, I was worried about my uncle hating me, or heck hating Finn! I can’t live or stay in a place where Finn is hated.
“He’s going to love you, you’re a very lovable person,” Milo says.
“You’re my wolf you gotta say so,” I answer him.
“You’re a great person,” James says.
“You too are my wolf, you don’t count,” I say.
‘Calesti, tell Stella what a great person she is,’ Milo says through the bond.
‘You are great girl, don’t worry, if he doesn’t like you we’ll start a war,’ I hear Cici’s voice through the same bond.
“How am I hearing her?” I ask them.
“Milo is acting as your link,” James answers me and I nod, okay.
‘Thank you Cici,’ I say through the bond.
‘Say it again,’ Milo says opening the bond yet again.
‘Thank you Cici,’ I say again.
The drive was long but not long enough, my heart was beating like crazy by the time we got there, we got wolves standing near the edge of their territory, standing guards, they asked about our names, they asked who we are and they took some time before finally allowing us inside their land.
We started driving again, the pack looks like ours, filled with trees and some houses in the middle, where’s my uncle? Could it be one of the wolves that are standing around us? Maybe he’s sizing us up before he starts the fight or kill us all.
‘Princess, enough with the overthinking baby,’ James says.
‘I can’t,’ I answer him.
‘I’m your daddy and I’m telling you, it’s fine, relax,’ he says again in a firmer voice and I tried to relax.
We got out of the car and stood there, all five of us, Finn was placed right next to me while the rest kept us safe, standing near in defense stances.
“Alpha Elijah, nice meeting you all,” a beautiful guy with brown hair and matching brown eyes says coming toward us.
“Alpha Milo,” Milo says shaking hands with him.
“Alpha James,” James says next introducing himself.
“Calesti, Beta for now,” she says shaking hands.
“Boyyyyyyy… you did not just lock me in,” a voice yells from behind everyone, coming from the house behind the alpha.
“Grrr… didn’t I say keep him contain?” Alpha Elijah asks in a growl, four people came out of the house after the first voice, after the one who yelled.
“Alpha, he broke my arm, again!” One of them groans.
“It’ll heal,” the alpha says.
The first voice owner finally made it toward us, a young guy stood in front of us, he didn’t look any older than twenty years old.
“Where are they?” He yells, Milo, James and Cici kept their protection stand in front of us, I was peaking between their shoulders.
“Olivia,” he says looking at me and Finn, he just called us by our mother’s name.
“Actually we’re her kids,” Finn answers for us.
“Oh my god,” he says looking at us like we’re some kind of a dream, his eyes started to get wet and then he pushed all three of the wolves, making them growl but he didn’t care.
He came toward us and hugged us tightly, he did the wolf move of smelling us, but he wasn’t trying to make us smell like him, just hugged us tightly, landing kisses over both of our faces.
“I haven’t seen your mother, my little sister in over thirty years, you two look just like her,” he says.
I didn’t have to worry anymore, looking like mom saved us, I felt relieved and Finny had a giant smile on his face.
“So you know stuff about mom?” Finny asks him.
“I know some very interesting stories, but let’s go in first,” uncle Raphael says.
“Don’t run from me,” alpha Elijah says taking his soul in his arms and hugging him tightly.
“Don’t hold my sister’s kids away from me,” uncle growls at his wolf, would he act like Theo? Is my uncle in troubles.
The alpha’s cold face turned into a sad sorry one, he kissed my uncle right on the lips, making it up for him.
“I’m sorry baby,” he says.
“You don’t have to worry big boy, come on, let’s go in, the food is getting cold,” Uncle says and we were welcomed into their home.
