The moment her voice faded, Rosiley’s face blanched slightly. “You’ve visited Old Chen before?”
“Of course.” Rorey did not even bother to disguise her ambition this time. “since I want to be chairperson of the Group, I must fight for everything that benefits me.”
As expected, she was still a step too late.
Rosiley took a deep breath. “Old Chen said that he won’t be supporting either of us. Was he lying to me?”
