Kylie’s P O V
I sighed and looked at his face and our eyes met. I don’t from where I gathered up the courage but I did. And kissed him hungrily. The way he did a few minutes ago. The bathrobe was long and fell from my shoulders revealing my bare torso. I felt his hands on my boobs. He squeezed them and a moan left my throat.
“You know you can’t meet other men while you are with me right?” he asked pulling away from the kiss.
“Yes,” I whispered unbuttoning his shirt.
“Say that you won’t meet other men or go out with them,” he whispered near my ear. His hot breath fanned my sensitive skin near the neck.
“I won’t meet any other man while I am with you,” I replied back.
“And what about when you are no more with me?” he asked frowning. Really? I was horny like a bitch and he was asking me about my future plans?
“I haven’t thought about that yet,” I snapped at him.
“So you will meet other men,” he said like a statement.
“Can we not talk about this now? I want to please you, Master,” I whined. I wanted him to take me at any cost. I didn’t why I was feeling this, As if I was in heat like a wolf.
“We can’t do it today. I didn’t bring protection and I don’t want someone like you to have my child,” saying that he pulled himself up from the bed. Buttoning his shirt he left me there like a dirty piece of cloth. As soon as the door closed, I burst into tears. What did I do to him to deserve such insults from him?
I couldn’t remember how long I cried before falling asleep. But when I opened my eyes, it was broad daylight outside. I pushed the blanket over me and stepped down from the bed. I opened the bedroom door only to face a hotel staff standing outside my bedroom door.
“Good morning, Miss Kylie. I have served your breakfast. Mr. Smith said that you can choose one dress from here and wait for him. He will take you to the hospital around 11,” she reported and a few staff brought several outfits. From the look, I knew they were from high end brands. I sighed and walked to the breakfast table. I saw one used plate was taken away by the staff.
“Wait,” I stopped her and asked, “Who else was here?”
“Are you kidding with me? Of course, Mr. Smith was here with you. He just left five minutes before you came out,” said the staff girl. Her face had become red with embarrassment. Did she mean Sebastian was in the suite last night? But didn’t he leave in the middle of our….
“I can take care of the rest you can go ahead,” I told her and started my breakfast. I wonder what was going through his mind. Why was he so moody and nut-headed? I didn’t know if I would be able to understand him in this life. I sighed and gulped down the juice. I was starving from last night.
After breakfast, I chose a yellow sundress and fixed my hair. I wanited for him till 11;30, when I received a text from Paul.
‘Mr. Smith is busy in a meeting. He asked you to wait for another hour. He will be there soon.’
Seriously? I was waiting for God knows how long. Now he wanted me to wait for another hour? I was disappointed in him. So I quickly typed a text to Paul.
‘Never mind, I can take of this on my own. Tell him he doesn’t need to bother about me.’
After pressing the send button, I picked up my sling bag and walked out of the suite. I knew he owned this hotel, so the bill must have been already paid. I had nothing to be worried about checking out. I hailed a cab and gave him the direction of the clinic,
When I reached the Clinic it was fully packed with patients. Most of them were pregnant women and their husbands or boyfriends. I felt alone among them. I slowly walked to the receptionist.
“Hello, Miss, how can I help you?” said the receptionist with a genuine smile.
“I had an appointment with Doctor Safian. Can you please check it for me?” I requested her.
“Sure, your name?” she asked looking at her computer.
“Kylie Johnson,” I spelled my name to her. She searched through her computer and turned back to me with a sad smile.
“I am so sorry, Miss Johnson. YOu missed your appointment already. Now you have to wait till I find a blank space for you to slide in,” she explained. I huffed to release the anger that I was feeling. Then smiled to the receptionist. She really was sweet.
“No problem, I will,” saying that I walked to an empty chair and sat there waiting for my turn to come.
It was nearly an hour when I heard my name. I rushed forward to the reception area. I was afraid of waiting for another hour.
“Please, go inside. Doc is waiting for you,” she smiled showing me the cabin of Doctor Safina. I pushed the door and walked inside the cabin. The interior was minimal and of white color, There was an area covered with heavy green curtains. I guess that was the check-up area.
“Please, take a seat, Kylie,” I heard the voice of Doctor Safina. She was sitting on a chair behind the big glass table. I took the chair across her passing a thankful smile to her.
“I thought you were coming with your husband?” she asked while checking some documents in her hands.
“He’s busy..,”
“I am here,” before I could finish my sentence, I heard his voice from my back. I turned my head to meet with a pair of raging eyes. releasing a deep breath he took the chair next to me.
“Sorry for being late. I was a little occupied with some business matters,” he explained to her. Doctor Safina seemed taken aback after seeing him here.
“You are her husband?” she asked after coming out of her stance.
“Yes, I am,” he replied with a smile.
“That’s great news. Does your Grandmother know?” she asked with amusement in her voice.
“She knows I am married,” Sebastian replied. Now it was my turn to be shocked. His grandmother knew?
“Okay, so I checked her yesterday and she seemed to have some hormonal imbalance due to the emergency pills. So I want to suggest you take a depo. It’s a painless method and will last for six months,” she explained. I was a bit afraid, I had a needle phobia. I felt a hand on my thigh. I looked up to see him looking at me. He gave me an assuring nod and squeezed my thigh softly. Okay, I can do it. Taking a deep breath, I turned back to the doctor.
“I am okay with this.”
The rest of the procedure was pretty simple. Doctor Safina took me to the patient’s bed and prepared the shot for me. I closed my eyes in fear. Then I felt his hand on the small of my back. Just like that, I didn’t even realize when the shot was done.
“So, your grandmother knew about our marriage?” I asked walking towards his car.
“I asked you to wait for me. Why didn’t you wait?” he asked pretending not to hear my question. I paused on my way, crossing my hands in front of me. After a few steps, he stopped and turned back to me.
“What happened?” he asked.
“Don’t you know?” I asked back.
“Are you going to answer a question with another question?” he said impatiently.
“I thought you loved doing that,” snapping at him I went inside the car leaving him standing there. That’s what it called the taste of your own medicine. I smirked inwardly. I didn’t realize we were getting easier with each other with every passing day. Was that a bad thing?
