Victor POV.
I couldn’t find her, she’s not in the school, parking lot, with my brothers, I was losing it, where the hell is that naughty little girl.
I called her through our bond asking where she went! She said she had a ride home with her friend, it’s not usual for her to do anything like that. She usually waits for me and we’ll leave together, never alone and never in this secret way.
I was worried about her now, if she said she’s going home then I shoulf go home too. I got on my bike and took off toward the house.
The rest of the pack and teammate said they want to go to this party. It’s not uncommon to have parties in the woods, sometimes my family would join and others not. They needed a permission to do this party and it was granted, but I didn’t plan on going there too.
When I got home I went to our room but didn’t find Sophia there, I went to her old bedroom and still nothing. I started searching for her again, I ran through the house searching for my baby, her scent wasn’t as prominent as it should be if she came by.
But I kept telling myself she might just be somewhere else in the house. My search took me toward the backyard, the woods and still no little one. I asked Sammy her partner in crime if they were up to anything and he said no. Adam was with me the whole time, Alvin was busy on patrols, that only left Kyle.
“Kyle sophia didn’t come home yet, do you know where she is?” I ask him worried about hrr.
“No haven’t seen her since school” he replies.
“Did she say anything back at school? She was overactive the whole day” I ask again, she wasn’t in her little space, I worried more about big Sophia then little Sophia when it came to her missbehaving. The worse little Sophie can do is eat cookies without my permission but big Sophia could do much worse then that.
“No…” Kyle says but he seems to be thinking about something, he had this look on his face that says guilty.
“Kyle” I ask.
“Okay fine!! She asked about the party, I told her she can’t go! And that you’ll have my heart out if I take her there” he says, I knew he wasn’t lying right now, his eyes and voice were telling the truth but right now I knew where my baby went!
Kyle was right, I would have anyone’s heart for taking here there, but I’ll have the princess bum-bum for what she did. Lying to me, sneaking out, going to a party without my permission.
I used our bond to ask her again where she is, if she comes clean, I might take it easier on her. She didn’t reply, it was then that I felt her fear, it wasn’t like the time Adam scared her, this time her fear was real.
I jumped on my feet and took off running, I called my beta Alvin, he hate to be summoned but doesn’t mind when we talk via our Alpha/beta bond. I asked him if he knew about anything going down but my brother didn’t reply, he always replies quickly.
Now that my fear has doubled I ran faster, until I reached the meadow where the party was held. There was a mix of wolves smells and scents, some alcohol, but what scared me the most was the last scent I could identify was what scared me.
“Alpha… we… got a problem” my brother said through our bond, I knew something was wrong the second I reached here but his voice sounded weak, not a good sign.
“Where are you Alvin?” I ask him.
“Had to call dad for help, I’m in the infirmary.” He says makimg my heart drop.
If my strong dominant wolf brother was in the infirmary what would have happened to my baby.
“Alvin where’s Sophia?” I ask but no answer.
“Alvin where’s my mate” I ask him again raising my voice.
When he doesn’t reply I shift back to my human side, the whole fear and emotion’s are having the best of me.
“DAMN IT ALVIN WHERE THE HELL IS MY BABY?” I yell out loud and through our bond.
“I’m sorry alpha they took her” he says with an appolgetic voice.
I drop to my knees and let one long, hollow, filled with all the pain I’m feeling howl.
The rogues just took my mate.
