Chapter 1493: Joining the Battle

The six individuals were from the hidden sect Kunlun Sword Sect, led by the current head LING and his junior brother KUN.
They halted their swift movement upon hearing Nicholas’s piercing scream.
“Senior Brother, that scream doesn’t sound human, nor like any beast,” KUN said, frowning at LING.
“It must be the howl of a Werewolf!” LING’s voice was deep. “There must be a battle ahead.”
“Which faction is fighting the Werewolf?” KUN wondered.
“We’ll find out soon enough. Let’s keep moving.”
With that, LING led the group towards the direction of the howl.
Poor Nicholas, in just a moment, had most of his silver fur outside the Wolfsbane Plate burned off.
After the howl, Nicholas roared, and a gray-black aura burst from his body, extinguishing the blue flames covering him.
The once shiny Wolfsbane Plate was now charred black, with only his blood-red eyes standing out.
Nicholas screamed madly, “Damn Atraria boy, I will tear you apart today!”
After his outburst, Nicholas prayed aloud, “Great Wolf God, grant me supreme power to annihilate these insolent humans who dare challenge your might!”
As he finished praying, the charred Wolfsbane Plate suddenly emitted a golden glow.
The golden aura seemed to possess some mysterious power, entering Nicholas’s body.
Nicholas’s form grew again, reaching an astonishing height of 9. 85 meters.
The Champion’s Goldblade in his hands was also covered in this golden aura, looking incredibly imposing.
Nicholas gripped the Champion’s Goldblade with both hands and slashed violently at Leo in mid-air.
Leo dodged the blade light with a swift movement.
The blade struck the ground with a thunderous explosion, creating a crack over ten meters long.
Leo looked coldly at Nicholas, knowing that Nicholas was at his limit and there was no need to drag this out any longer.
With a flip of his left hand, the Yin Spirit Pearl appeared in Leo’s palm.
With a thought, the Five Elements Necromantic Child Ghost floated out from the Yin Spirit Pearl.
This time, Leo did not summon Maggie because the Necromantic Child Ghost was enough to deal with Nicholas.
After absorbing the small ghost, the strength of the five Necromantic Child Ghosts had greatly increased.
Now was the perfect time to test their power against Nicholas.
The Necromantic Child Ghosts rushed above Nicholas’s head and then spread out.
“Tie him up!” Leo commanded.
“Yes, Master!”
The five Necromantic Child Ghosts transformed into five differently colored ropes, wrapping around Nicholas’s limbs and neck like serpents.
Caught off guard, Nicholas found his hands, feet, and neck bound by the ropes.
Nicholas tried to break free but found that the more he struggled, the tighter the ropes became.
“Burn him!” Leo ordered again.
The ropes binding Nicholas ignited, and the intense pain from the ghostly flames made Nicholas howl in agony once more.
At the same time, Leo raised the enlarged Nine Abyss Suppresses Evil Peak with both hands and smashed it towards Nicholas, who was writhing in the flames below.
At that moment, the six members of Kunlun Sword Sect arrived at the battlefield’s edge.
Among them were two elders and two talented disciples, in addition to LING and KUN.
“It is indeed a Werewolf,” LING’s eyes narrowed as he observed the battle scene ahead.
“Judging by this scale, it seems all of the Western Werewolf elite are here. And those fighting them are…” KUN looked towards Donovan’s direction. “The Coleman family!”
Although Kunlun Sword Sect had little interaction with the Coleman family, as top martial forces of Atraria, both LING and KUN knew about the Colemans’ leader.
“It is Donovan,” LING nodded. “Elder Harrison and Elder Frederick are also here.”
“Senior Brother, those fighting Donovan and Harrison should be the Wolf Tribe Prince and…”
KUN didn’t finish his sentence as he saw the massive Nine Abyss Suppresses Evil Peak smashing towards a huge Werewolf’s head.
If Nicholas were hit by it, even if his head didn’t split open, he wouldn’t be far from death.
At this critical moment, Nicholas had no choice but to damage his own foundation and unleash his bloodline power.
Nicholas’s muscles began to swell, and the terrifying power within snapped the ropes formed by the Necromantic Child Ghosts.
Nicholas raised his Champion’s Goldblade to block.
Boom!!
The massive Nine Abyss Suppresses Evil Peak struck Nicholas’s raised Champion’s Goldblade with tremendous force.
The impact not only sent Nicholas’s Champion’s Goldblade flying but also caused a cracking sound from Nicholas’s wolf arm.
The Wolfsbane Plate on Nicholas’s right arm shattered, and his entire wolf arm drooped due to broken bones.
“That young man is extraordinary,” LING murmured with narrowed eyes.
KUN was also shocked by Leo’s earlier attack on Nicholas. After regaining his composure, he asked LING, “Senior Brother, should we join the battle?”
LING pondered for a moment and nodded. “Although Kunlun Sword Sect has no ties with the Coleman family, as fellow Atrarians, we should lend a hand.”
“You’re right, Senior Brother. I’ve always wanted to face these Werewolves,” KUN said eagerly, having never fought a Werewolf before.
LING formed a sword gesture with his right hand and drew his long sword from its sheath on his back.
Holding the Radiant Blade, a powerful and terrifying sword intent erupted from LING’s body.
“Let’s move.”
With that, LING charged towards Augustus, who was battling Donovan.
Augustus wielded Tess Holy Bow and had fought Donovan with Azure Dragon Warblade for over ten rounds.
Donovan had a minor injury on his left arm while Augustus remained unscathed and grew more courageous as they fought.
“Mr. Coleman, I’m here!” LING shouted as he appeared beside Donovan.
“Master LING!?”
LING’s appearance surprised Donovan. He hadn’t expected Kunlun Sword Sect to enter the Enchanted Realm after being hidden for so long.
Having assistance was naturally welcome for Donovan. He solemnly said, “Master LING, if we can kill the Wolf Tribe Prince today, my Coleman family will owe Kunlun Sword Sect a favor.”
“Deal!” LING laughed heartily.
