AS soon as the security heard the honking of the car outside the gate, he immediately let the gates opened and the Jeep zoomed in immediately, it’s tyres making a loud screeching sounds on the tarmac.
It was Jasira and Mico, they had just returned from the park, they had been driving straight non stop, down to the mansion.
Mico swerved to the right driving into the garage and he halted at once. At the instant the engine died down, Jasira opened the door and got down immediately.
She was shocked and surprised to see Lord Lucario, and some few others standing at the entrance of the mansion and she feared the worst, what could have happened in her absence?
She glanced at Mico, he was alighting, and she briskly walked up to them.
“My Lord”, she bowed on getting to them, “is anything the matter?”, she asked, looking at their faces.
They were all looking worried.
“Are you okay?”, Lord Lucario asked instead.
She glanced back at the car, Mico was now walking up to them.
“Yeah, we are fine, anything?”, she asked.
Lord Lucario sighed.
“We got to hear of what happened at the park, and we are only worried for you guys”, he said and she simpered, shoving her hands into her pockets.
“We are fine”, she said, “we were able to escape before anything could happen”.
Instantly, they all sighed in relief.
Jasira shrugged.
“Come on, we aren’t babies, we can take care of situations”, she said.
“You are my baby”, Lord Lucario replied and she scoffed, making a face.
“Mico?”, Lord Lucario called.
“My Lord”, he replied, bowing slightly.
“Nothing happened? No scratches? No bullet injuries? No car wounds? Nothing?”, he asked and Jasira rolled her eyes.
Mico shook his head.
“None My Lord, we were actually leaving when we began hearing the gunshots, and we hurried into the car, and zoomed out immediately, there was nothing My Lord”, he replied.
Jasira quickly gave Lord Lucario an ‘I told you’ kind of look and he simpered.
“Alright, it is a good thing, everyone, back to your posts, Jasira?”, he called and she looked at him, wide-eyed.
“Come with me”, he said and began heading into the house.
Every other persons dispersed immediately.
“Will catch you later Mico”, Jasira said and immediately went in with Lucario.
“Okay boss”, he replied and walked away.
From the entrance, Lucario walked straight to his study with Jasira, following behind like a lad.
They got there and he breezed in, Jasira followed. Then he walked straight to his seat and sat, Jasira then lowered herself on the seat opposite him.
“It was The Red Buccaneers”, he uttered as soon as she sat and she looked at him, her eyes curious.
“Huh?”.
He nodded.
“Yeah, we got a snippet of the information”, he said and relaxed more comfortable into his seat.
“Okay, we have nothing with them anyways, maybe they had come for someone else”, she said shrugging her shoulders.
“Jasira?”, he called and she looked at him.
“What?”.
“They had come for you”, he said and her eyes widened.
“For me?”, she asked and he nodded.
“Who have you gone to see at the park?”, he asked instead.
“One Mr Scott, I do not know him, he just wanted a job”, she replied.
“What was the nature of this job?”.
She rolled her eyes, not knowing where to start from.
“Well it involves Mr Jeremy…”.
“Mr who?”, he cut her short immediately, sitting up on his seat.
She shook her head, with her eyes widened in confusion.
“Jeremy, Jeremy Petersons”, she added, “well I didn’t accept it, I can’t accept it”, she replied.
“What were you asked to do?”.
“To threaten him to marry Amelia, his supposed fiancee”, she said pulling a sarcastic face.
“I see, so why can’t you accept it?”, he asked and sat back into his seat.
She shrugged.
“Well, because I don’t want to”, she replied and got up immediately, “well dad, I do not want to talk about this anymore, I’m so tired and I want to go and have a rest”, she said.
“The Red Buccaneers are out there for you Jasira, whom have you offended?”, he asked, looking up at her.
“Nobody that I know of, no one”, she replied carelessly.
Lucario sighed.
“You have to be careful, it could also be that Mr Scott is working with them and decided to bring you out to the park, so these blood suckers could get you, just be careful”, he said and she nodded.
“I will, I always am. I beg to take my leave now”, she said and bowed.
“You may go”, he said and she turned to leave.

The glass tumbler smashed on the wall and shattered into pieces, Zach growled, he was in pains, melancholy, severe pains.
He fisted his right hand and punched on the center table for the upteenth time, then got up.
Belinda, his wife sat on the bed watching him display his series of madness, she sighed and stretched out her legs.
“He didn’t only snub my offers, he also restricted all my access to him, can you believe that Belinda, he fucking put a restriction on me, damn it”, he cussed and began walking to and fro the room, restlessly.
Belinda sighed again.
“But Zach I told you, I told you but you wouldn’t listen”, she said and hissed, folding her arms.
He shot a stare at her, fuming rapidly.
“Sometimes I think if you are really in support of me, or against me, how can you say that?”, he asked and she opened her arms.
“It’s obvious, I am not in support, Zach, I am not in support and you know it, you are just so obstinate to listen”, she said and shook her head in disappointment.
“You are stupid Linda!”, he blurted, “all I am trying to do, isn’t them all for you? Tell me”, he barked and she smiled sadly.
“They are all not for me Zach and you know it. Am I the one who tells you to spend more than you earn? You want to have fleet of cars in your parking lot like a showroom, you wanna build mansions, go on vacations like it’s your next room, and now, you have run down the once growing company my father left me, incurring debts everywhere, then use someone else’s company to make up dubiously? How is that gonna work? How?”, she asked, looking at him.
His bloodshot eyes were wickedly gazing at her, if only looks could kill, she would have been long dead.
He said nothing to her instead, let her rant, it was her mouth. As for that little Jeremy, whom isn’t accepting any of his company’s offer, and even went ahead to put a restriction on him, he was gonna see soon.
Thank goodness, he and Lord Lucas are still on it, their next line of action was seriously going to hit the iceberg.
Just then, the phone in his hand beeped and he looked into it, the frown on his face deepened. It was his debtors texting.
“By the way, the women were here earlier today”, Belinda said and he turned to her, “you know what I mean”, she added, tilting her head.
Without saying a word to her, he walked out of the room.
