The room is bright with the sun rays bouncing at the window’s glasses of Arianna’s room, as it is the brand-new day early in the morning in Mrs. Johnson’s house, a day filled with so much duties and responsibilities around the house as the gardeners are outside of the house, cutting grasses with their lawn mowers machine on the gardens of the house, with the noises spreading across the house.
Arianna is on the top of the bedroom’s mattress, sitting by herself while holding the pictures on her hands, the pictures that were taken at the time that she was naked, sleeping besides the man that she is not familiar with as she passes through them one by one.
“What really happened here during this nigh at time these pictures were taken? And how did I end up sleeping with this man on the picture?” Arianna asks herself unlimited questions on her inner thoughts, with agony feeling inside her heart while trying to visualize her memory back to what happened to her which does not exist.
“D. K.-D. K-D. K-D. K-D. K” The sound of the door knock.
As the door is knocked at Arianna’s room. Arianna pauses for a sec with her pictures on her hand, looking at the door with the knitted brows.
“Who is it?!” Arianna shouts, asking the person knocking the door outside.
“It is me, Jane. Open the door please.” Jane replies to Arianna.
“Jane? what is it that she wants from me at this time?” Arianna speaks to her inner thoughts with bewilderment feeling inside her heart.
“Okay, I’m coming.” Arianna says with a louder voice.
Arianna walks towards her bedroom’s door and pulls her bedroom’s draw with popping sound, putting the pictures inside the draw of the bedroom, and then walks straight towards the bedroom’s door after she is done locking the bed draws.
When Arianna opens her bedroom’s door open, she then sees Jane standing outside of her bedroom’s door with the smile on her face which leaves a question mark inside Arianna’s head.
“Hello.” Jane greets Arianna.
“Hi! How are you?” Arianna asks.
“I’m doing great, thanks,” Jane clenches her teeth and continues. “Sorry for knocking at your door at this time of an hour. I know it is quite early for me to knock to your door right now, but I need to speak to you about something.” Jane says.
“Speaking with me? What is this woman up to right now?” Arianna asks herself on her inner thoughts, baffled with Jane’s visit to her room.
“Okay sure! What is it that you wanted us to talk about?” Arianna asks.
Jane releases a breath, looking at Arianna with a down face, the face that signifies the sense of guilty on its appearance.
“Arianna. I know that we have been having a lot of misunderstanding throughout our life, and I have come here to ask you for your forgiveness for all of the things that I have done to you.” Jane says.
Arianna smiles at Jane. “What are you talking about Jane? There is nothing wrong that you have done to me recently, all of the things that actually happened to us before they are all on the past.” Arianna says.
Jane averts her gaze from Arianna, staring down on the ground blankly with the slumped shoulders. “But… I have said a lot of things that are not good to you which I think it is time for me to come and apologize to you.” Jane says, her voice cracking with agony filled inside.
Arianna looks at Jane with pity, patting Jane’s left shoulder with her hand as she tries to calm her down while Jane is staring down on the ground with slumped shoulders, staring down blankly.
“Don’t worry about that Jane? All of the things that happened between us are all in the past. The only thing that we need to focus right now is to build a stronger relationship between us so that we can become good friends.” Arianna speaks with a charming face as Jane is staring down on the ground blankly.
Jane raises her head and looks at Arianna straight on the face with the sense of hope returning back inside her heart.
“Did you really forgive me for everything that I have done to you?” Jane asks, waiting for the response from Arianna.
“Yes, I have already forgave you a long time ago.” Arianna says.
“Thank you so much for forgiving me for everything that I have done to you. I hope this will be the beginning of our new friendship.” Jane says.
“Don’t stress yourself, it is not a big issue.” Arianna says.
Jane unfolds her arms on her back and shows Arianna the box of the chocolates on her hand, leaving Arianna with knitted brows.
“What is it Jane?” Arianna asks, astonished with the box hold by Jane.
“This is the present that I have brought for you from the shop. It is the box of the chocolates which I think you would like so much.” Jane says.
Arianna huffs a small laugh with a smile on her face.
“Jane, there was no need of bothering yourself like that.” Arianna says.
“But this is my only way of showing you my gratitude to you for everything that you have done to me on the past.” Jane says.
Arianna furrows her brows.” What things are you talking about Jane?” Arianna asks, feeling lost towards Jane’s statement.
Jane smiles at Arianna. “For all of the good things that you have done to me.” Jane says.
Arianna nods. “Okay,” And then takes the box of the chocolates on Jane’s hand. “Thank you so much for the chocolates, Jane.” Arianna says.
“No problem.” Jane says.
As Arianna is looking at the chocolates inside the box, with the urge of discovering the taste on each one of them. Suddenly Jane looks at Arianna with mischievous smile on her face while Arianna is looking at the chocolates inside the box.
“I never thought this mission would have turned out so easy. Now it is time for Arianna to pay for every sin that she has done to me three years ago,” Jane nods a little and continues. “Because what she doesn’t really know is that, inside those chocolates I have put some medicines which can make her lose her child.” Jane smirks a little, looking at Arianna with pity look on her face as Arianna is closing the box of her chocolate properly.
