In every sadness a person experiences throughout his life there is a time where hope returns back to a person’s heart after being in so many hardships that he or she has faced throughout his life despite escaping in so many life’s atrocities as David is opening the police door with a beaming face, walking with laden wings as he scans around on every corner of the police station offices, checking on different parts of the offices inside the police station.
As the David is walking inside police station’s corridor, he finds one of the police officers sitting on his chair with his desktop on the top of the desk, typing the words on the keyboard as he proceeds with his normal duties inside the police station.
“Hello!” David greets the officers, walking closer towards the officer’s space.
The officers stop typing on his computer and looks at David with a wider smile on his face.
“Hello.” The officer greets.
David clenches his teeth. “Sorry for interrupting you, but I would love to ask you something.” David says.
The officer nods. “Yes sure, go on. What is it that you wanted to ask me?”
“Uh!, I was looking for inspector Gabriel… Do you actually know where actual he is right now.” David asks.
“Oh! He was here a while ago,” The officer starts scanning around the police station, looking for Gabriel on every corner of the police station.” But I don’t really know where he is right now.” The officer says, unsure off where Gabriel he is right now as he looking across the police station space inside.
At the time the officer and David are talking to each other inside the police station, shortly the police entrance door is pushed inside and then Gabriel enters inside the police station while carrying a file on his hand.
“Good evening, everyone here.” Gabriel greets his fellow officers inside the police station as he walks on the police station’s hall, going back to his office after he finished his assignment that he was working on.
At the time Gabriel is walking inside the police station hallway, shortly then he sees David standing while talking with his fellow police officer at the desk and then decides to go after him.
“Okay officer, but please when Gabriel returns back at the police station. Tell him that I was here-” Before David finishes his sentence, Gabriel arrives towards David’s space as he is standing looking at the police officer.
“Hello David? How are you doing?” Gabriel greets David with a wider smile on his face as he is walking approaching towards his space from behind.
David turns and looks at the officer and smiles immediately as soon as he sees Gabriel’s face.
“Hello inspector, how are you doing?” Gabriel greets and smiles back.
“It is nice to meet you David,” Gabriel waves his hand towards his office’s direction. “Come to my office, there is something that I want to show you inside my office.” Gabriel says.
David returns back his gaze to the officer sitting on the desk. “Thanks for the help officer.” David says.
“Don’t mention it.” The officer replies.
David and Gabriel walks away from the officer’s desk and goes inside the office, leaving the officer typing on his keyboard as he proceeds with his normal duty.
At the time Gabriel arrives inside his office together with David, he then waves his hand towards the coach showing David the place to sit down on the coach.
“Welcome to my office. Take a seat please.” Gabriel welcomes David on his seat.
“Thanks.” David says.
David sits down on the coach as the police officer goes to the nearby chair and sits immediately, looking at David.
“How is your family doing Mr. David?” Gabriel asks.
“My family is doing great, thanks.” David replies.
“Sorry for disturbing you at this very moment. I know that you are in the middle of the huge scandal and this isn’t exactly the perfect time to start this issue.” Gabriel says.
“Don’t worry a about that, it is nothing. When you reach a certain point in the business it is very hard for a person to avoid any scandal on his business.” David says.
“Yes, that is absolutely true,” Grabiel sighs and continues. “So, David. There is something that I want to tell you.” Grabriel says.
David nods. “Okay, what is it that you want to tell me officer?”
“Like i told you before that we have found one of the guy who was involved on the issue concerning the missing of your son Brian, and right now we know exactly who he is.” Gabriel says.
David is taken aback by Gabriel’s words as he looks at Gabriel with a blank face.
“Are you sure of what you are saying officer?” David asks, furrowing his brows as he looks at Gabriel.
Gabriel nods with agreement. “Yes, I’m sure about what I’m saying here,” Gabriel takes his file resting on the top of the table and opens it up, taking the picture resting on the middle of the file and shoves it on the table for David to see.
“Here is the picture of the person that was involved on the kidnap of your son Brian.” Gabriel says.
Gabriel takes the picture resting on the top of the table and looks at the person through the picture as he knits his brows while feeling lost to whom the person might be.
“Who the hell is this guy officer?” David asks, confused by the person he sees on the picture.
“His name is Edward. He is one of the suspects that matches the description that was described by the school matron during the kidnap of your son.” Gabriel says.
David furrows his brows. “So, where he is right now?”
Gabriel sighs. “On recently report that I have received from my fellow officer is that, he has gone to Dallas city this morning with the bus.” David says.
“Please officer I want you to catch him immediately because I only have two weeks left for me to deliver the money that I’m supposed to give them by the end of this month.” Davids speaks with the anguish burning inside his heart as his looks at Gabriel with the grimace look on his face.
“Don’t worry about that David. We have already prepared for his arrival back to the city and that will be easier for us to catch him immediately as soon as he arrives in Austin city.”
“So, what is your plan Officer?” David asks, looking at Gabriel as his face demands explanation.
