In the end, the five Necromantic Child Ghosts smacked their lips, as if the arrows were delicious.
After consuming the arrows, their ethereal bodies became more solid.
“They actually absorbed the energy of the Spiritflame of the Five Elements…” Keso’s face turned ashen.
After digesting the arrows, the five Necromantic Child Ghosts simultaneously looked at the five differently colored fire clouds in the sky, their faces showing expressions of delight.
Maggie kept her eyes on the ghosts, ready to strike at any moment.
Without any control from Leo, the five Necromantic Child Ghosts floated towards the fire clouds.
Upon reaching them, they grabbed the fire clouds like children eating cotton candy, devouring them in a few bites.
After consuming the fire clouds, they smacked their lips again, looking unsatisfied.
Their bodies became even more solid, and they all turned their gaze towards the ghost.
In the next moment, Maggie and the five Necromantic Child Ghosts lunged at the ghost.
The ghost’s face twisted in fury, releasing a surge of dark energy. He wove seals with his hands, forming six giant black hands that reached out to grab the Necromantic Child Ghosts and Maggie.
The five Necromantic Child Ghosts and Maggie easily dodged the hands. The ghosts then transformed into five differently colored ropes.
The ropes moved like agile snakes, quickly binding the ghost.
Simultaneously, Maggie’s sharp nails slashed through the ghost’s neck, severing his head.
Maggie carried the head away as the ropes tightened around the ghost.
A horrific scream echoed through the sky.
The ghost’s body shrank under the pressure…
In just a few seconds, his body disappeared.
The five Necromantic Child Ghosts reappeared, their bodies even more solid.
They hadn’t simply strangled the ghost; they had absorbed him through their binding.
After absorbing the ghost’s body, Maggie crushed his head from a distance.
Thus, the ghost vanished completely from existence.
“My ghost, my precious ghost!” Keso roared in disbelief and horror.
The ghost was his ultimate weapon, now gone.
Without the ghost, Keso felt crippled, his strength greatly diminished.
Leo pointed at Keso and commanded, “Kill him.”
The five Necromantic Child Ghosts transformed into ropes again, binding Keso.
Maggie turned into a wisp of green smoke and charged at Keso.
Meanwhile, Donovan Coleman, Harrison Coleman, and the bronze puppets were locked in a stalemate.
Although the bronze puppets were covered in wounds, they felt no pain and continued fighting at full strength.
Seeing the Child Ghosts and Maggie coming for him, Keso thought of fleeing.
His greatest asset, the ghost, was gone. The bronze puppets wouldn’t last much longer either.
If they fell, he would be in grave danger.
With escape on his mind, Keso didn’t hesitate. He turned and fled into the dense forest.
He abandoned the bronze puppets without a second thought.
Leo wouldn’t let Keso escape after all this effort. He mobilized his Spiritual Power and became a blur as he chased Keso.
Closing in on Keso, Leo summoned Nine Abyss Suppresses Evil Peak, applying gravitational pressure.
Keso felt his body grow heavy. Realizing Leo was closing in, he reached into his pouch for a last-ditch effort.
At that moment, the five ropes formed by the Necromantic Child Ghosts wrapped around Keso.
Startled, Keso controlled his thoughts. The skull earring on his ear turned into a black light and entered his body.
Keso’s body began to swell rapidly, trying to break free from the ropes.
The ropes ignited with five different colored flames.
Under the scorching flames, Keso screamed in agony.
“You can die now,” Leo’s cold voice reached Keso’s ears.
Keso saw a pitch-black mountain descending upon him.
His swollen body was crushed into a pulp by the expanding Nine Abyss Suppresses Evil Peak.
Thus ended Keso, the Hex Mage from Siam.
Finally, Leo avenged Kaen.
Leo retrieved Nine Abyss Suppresses Evil Peak and took out Yin Spirit Pearl to absorb the five Necromantic Child Ghosts and Maggie.
After Keso was crushed into pulp, the two bronze puppets fighting Donovan Coleman and Harrison Coleman stopped attacking and stood motionless.
Seizing the opportunity, Donovan Coleman and Harrison Coleman destroyed the puppets’ heads together.
The battle was over.
Afterwards, members of the East family cremated Kaen’s body on-site and took only his ashes with them.
“Leo, thank you for your help,” Harrison Coleman said gratefully.
Leo replied calmly, “No need to thank me, Elder Harrison.”
“Leo, where do you plan to go next?” Donovan Coleman asked.
Leo thought for a moment and replied, “I want to find those Western Werewolves.”
With Orientian dealt with, it was time to handle the Werewolves.
If they consumed Everlife Fruit and grew stronger, it would be harder to deal with them later.
“Leo, I heard that three Werewolf princes have entered Enchanted Realm. Why don’t we join forces and eliminate them there?” Donovan Coleman’s eyes flashed with determination.
Leo knew Donovan Coleman wanted to help him and nodded without hesitation.
Given his current strength, Leo wasn’t confident he could kill all three Werewolf princes alone. With help from the East family, their chances would be much higher.
Holden Coleman pointed in a direction and said, “While chasing Everlife Fruit earlier, I saw a Werewolf heading that way.”
Immediately, everyone followed Holden Coleman’s lead.
After half an hour of travel, they quickened their pace upon hearing beastly roars and explosions ahead.
Soon, they stopped under a giant tree.
In a clearing not far ahead were seven Westerners. One wore white clothes and had a tall build with a hooked nose and short blond hair.
The other six wore black clothes and surrounded a beast that looked like a cross between a tiger and a lion.
It was a Lion-Tiger Blazebeast.
The beast was clearly injured by their attacks.
“Beast! How dare you fight us for Everlife Fruit? Die!”
The blond man flashed forward. His right hand extended as blades like Wolverine’s claws emerged from his hand and slashed at the beast’s head.
Under his blade, the Lion-Tiger Blazebeast’s head split open like a watermelon. Brain matter and blood splattered onto the blond man’s face.
