“I said get i–”
“Camilla!” Someone called interrupting his order, I suppose.
I looked back to see Beatrice running worriedly to where I was.
I winced at how Lucas tightened his grip on my wrist.
“You’re hurting me!” I grimaced as he leaned closer to my ear.
“Tell your friend to leave, or you get her into trouble, you know what I’m capable of,” He whispered dangerously as he made me crouch.
I know Lucas too well, he’s the merciless dangerous guy who gets things his way and he wouldn’t care if people have to suffer because of it.
“Your choice!” He smirked.
There’s no way I’m letting Lucas hurt Beatrice, no way!
She’s the only friend I have, and I can’t let her get herself into trouble because of me.
“Get your hands off her!” Beatrice fumed as she got closer to where we were.
“Don’t worry Beatrice he’s not going to hurt me!” I lied, knowing fully well that’s what the idiot has been doing me since day one.
“Have you gone nuts?” Beatrice barked with wide eyes as she stared at his grip on my hand.
He tightened it the more, making sure I feel the pains in my bone but instead of crying, I started smiling like a fool to convince Beatrice.
“I’m not leaving you with him!” Beatrice said stubbornly as she held my other hand and drew me to her side.
Lucas glared at me and I knew what those gazes meant.
“Beatrice stop! We just need to talk!” I lied now staring at Beatrice as her mouth hung open.
“Let them be!” We heard someone say behind as we all snapped towards the person.
It was Ben and he was staring intimately at Beatrice.
“There’s no way I’m leaving my friend with your lunatic friend!” Beatrice glared.
“You heard what she said, they need to talk, give them some privacy!” Ben sighed as he moved closer to Beatrice.
What’s wrong with Ben?
I’ve never seen this soft side of his, maybe it had to do with the slap Beatrice gave him.
Beatrice eyed him before she let my hand go and a part of me screamed.
‘Don’t go, Beatrice, don’t leave me with this monster!’ I cried bitterly in myself.
“If he hurts her, just know you’re going to lose your head!” Beatrice threatened Ben as she looked worriedly at me while I only nodded.
“He won’t,” Ben assured as he gazed at me for a while then looked at Lucas.
Is this part of their evil plan or what, God please save me.
“Get in!” Lucas snapped, this time he had opened the door already.
I looked dreadful at the plush seat as I stared at his face which was a blank expression.
The best thing left for me is to accept my doom.
I finally got into the car and he closed it immediately.
It was a tinted class, I could see from inside but people can’t see from inside.
Beatrice was talking worriedly to Ben and that made me wonder if they had a thing.
Was she hiding something from me, she’s in a big interrogation tomorrow but I needed to find how to get out of my plight first.
I watched as Lucas walked around the car and I gulped in fearfully as I sat cautiously in the car.
It was way too uncomfortable for me.
He opened the door and all the hair on my body stood straight as I got struck with goosebumps.
He sat and I stole a glance at him, noticing the milkshake already drying on his skin.
“Belts!” He said calmly as I stared at him.
“Use the seatbelts,” He snapped at me as he gazed intensely at me.
“Oh okay,” I stuttered looking for where the belt was positioned, but couldn’t find it, his car looked so foreign to me.
I felt dumb not realizing that’s what he meant.
He sighed and leaned closer to me, his face almost touching mine as my breath hitched.
I closed my eyes expecting what is to come but all I heard was a click.
I opened my eyes, his face still closer to mine as I caught him staring intimately at my lips.
Why is he just staring at me?
His eyes were the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen but because of the hate I have for him, I considered them dangerously.
He brought his hand to my face making my skin burn at his touch and I saw the Onion slice he removed.
He drew away as his eyes held mockery.
What was I thinking?
A kiss or something, though I would admit it, his lips felt so good.
I never knew someone as fierce and dangerous as he is could have such soft and mushy lips.
‘Wake up Camilla?’ My mind was bored.
I saw Jenny and her puppies running to our side.
I guess she must have seen me entering her boyfriend’s car.
Lucas must have noticed my tensed-up state as he pressed the button close to the steering and the car came to life.
Wow! That’s hot…
He placed his bandaged hands on the wheel and zoomed off.
I turned round to see Jenny and her friends in a shocking state.
We got out of the school premises and thousands of questions kept popping into my head.
Scared was an understatement for me…
The tension of silence became inevitable as I played with my fingers.
I noticed the part of my wrist where Lucas held became red.
I rubbed it gently still feeling pains in them as I winced a bit.
“Sorry!”
My head turned to him in surprise.
Did I hear right?
Or it’s just my imagination hoping he would at least apologize to me for all the pains he caused to me.
I found myself smiling foolishly.
His gaze was focused on the road and I wondered how someone like him could afford such an expensive ride.
‘He’s a billionaire’s son, what do you except?” My mind said in a duh tone.
“Yeah, that’s right!”
He could simply afford anything he wants unlike me, who’s struggling to feed with my mum and sister.
I faced front, wondering where he was taking me to.
Starting up a conversation won’t be that bad, since he hasn’t killed me yet.
“So, what are we talking about?” I blurted out nervously.
“I don’t remember having that conversation with you,” He sneered as he took a turn.
Then I realized my silliness, I had cooked up that lie when Beatrice was trying to stop me from going with him.
“Then where are you taking me to?” I asked feeling annoyed.
I was so irritated in the stained clothes I’m in and the liquid was beginning to get sticky on my body.
I needed a bath.
His sharp gaze had me swallowing whatever thing I wanted to say next.
After 40 minutes of driving, we approached a gigantic white gate as my mouth dropped staring at the mesmerizing carvings and designs.
The horn from Lucas’s car jolted me back to reality as someone opens a small part of the gate to check who it was.
The man hurried quickly and opened the gate maybe realizing who it was, then it finally dawned on me that Lucas brought me to his home.
I glanced at Lucas in shock who still had a cold expression on his face.
He has to be kidding me…
Why would he bring me to his house of all places?
Ahead of us was a magnificent white house that looked like a castle.
I stared at the beautiful trees and flowers that were well cultured.
This looks like heaven on earth.
Lucas finally pulled up in the parking garage where lots of exotic cars were parked.
I was beyond astonished, I’ve never seen so much wealth before.
“Are you just going to sit there and watch?” Lucas’s cold voice snapped me out of my thought.
I stared blankly at him, not knowing when he opened my door.
Now, he’s giving me that cocky smirk of his.
Why did he even bring me here in the first place?
To humiliate me the more?
I got out of the car and his hand caught my wrist but not on the other he injured.
I followed him like his little pet as we got closer to the house.
The pillars were extraordinary, connecting them to large Lion statutes.
Lucas opened the door and we were greeted by a young lady servant.
She should be around mid ’30s.
She gasped on seeing the two of us.
“OMG! Lucas what happe–”
“Cut it, I want no disturbances,” Lucas snapped rudely as he began to draw me up the stairs.
The lady stared at us with surprise giving me a look of pity, while I stared at her with pleading eyes.
He didn’t even give me time to take a mesmerizing look around his home.
We started walking through the passage leading to different Chambers of room.
Fear seized me when I realized when Lucas said he wants no disturbances.
“Please Lucas, let me go,” I pleaded getting scared cause everything seems to get creepy to me.
“Too late!” Lucas taunted.
Then he pushed open a door and dragged me in.
He closed the door, making sure I knew he locked it.
My heart began to ponder when I realized I was in his room.
Sweet heavens…
He took steps closer to me with a flouting smirk.
“Do you ever think I would let you go Scott free and not get you punished for what you did, little sparrow?” He asked with a mischievous smile.
“It was a mistake! I apologized already,” feeling so terrified as I moved backward.
“You should have known me better than this, little sparrow,” He chuckled deeply, his gaze fixed on me.
“Lucas please!” I cried, now stopped by the wall as my heart beats faintly.
“Don’t worry it’s just a little game, you and I will play, you’ll love it, little sparrow,” He smirked.
I knew this was a trick, Ben lied when he said he wouldn’t hurt me and I stupidly fell into the trap.
Now, I was alone with him and in his room.
I think this is the time for me to announce my funeral…
“Strip!” His cold voice snapped me out, as he stared at me with a deadpan expression while I gazed at him in ultra shock.
