Book:My hot kidnapper Published:2024-8-20

We’re here. Ryland grumbled, interrupting my thoughts. I looked out the window to see the large airport approaching us.
Staring up at the busy building, I reminded myself of the reason I was going. That was enough to make me step out of the car and gather my luggage from the back with Ryland.
We then wordlessly made our way into the airport, Ryland’s men following closely behind. I noticed as soon as I walked in, every female in sight turned their head my way as if expecting the president to walk right in. I ignored it at first, but soon I saw some ladies starting to make their way towards me with raunchy smirks.
Now I really wish Sky was here, she would knock out all of them…but I knew she’d only do it for herself, not over me. But nonetheless, I smirked at the thought, following Ryland to the check-in line as soon as I saw him start to walk away. I wasn’t getting left alone with all those females…
SKYLAR’S POV
Alright off to bed now ! I said, getting out of the fort that had been built by Dustin and I. We had tried to get Max to join in on our fun, but apparently he’d rather write a twelve page essay for some assignment he had for college.
I switched off the TV and walked Dustin to his room.
Goodnight Dustin. I said softly after tucking him in.
Night LS ! He smiled back and turned to his side, closing his eyes and dozing off slowly.
I sat there for a while, making sure he wasn’t faking and silently dying out of awe. I finally got up and went back to the living room, planning on watching some chick-flicks.
It was only nine o’clock and I had nothing to do tomorrow, other than being kidnapped. Max had already said he’d drop Dustin off to school so I could sleep in, which was great.
As I walked back into the living room I found Max sprawled out on the couch with some basketball game on.
Aren’t you supposed to be working on your essay ? I asked him, standing in front of the television with my hands on my hips. God I felt like a mother, tucking in little boys and scolding college boys…
It’s already done. He said in a dry tone.
But… I trailed off, trying to find a good excuse for him to get off the couch and let me watch What A Girl Wants or Sydney White.
If it wasn’t apparent enough, I loved any movie with Amanda Bynes. Even if she screwed up her life, got dimple piercings, and was becoming the next Lindsey Lohan.
Yes, move your butt out of the way. He said with an annoyed sigh, leaning right and trying to watch his game.
I rolled my eyes at his lame pun. Look, I’ve been working my butt off since this morning so I would really appreciate it if you moved your butt off of the couch and let me sit there and watch my movie. I crossed my arms as I glared at him.
He instantly glared back. Work ? You’ve been doing nothing but building forts and watching Disney movies. I’m the one who’s been working and I deserve to sit here. Oh and don’t forget, this is my house so I can do whatever the hell I want. He sat back with a victory smirk.
He was starting to sound a bit like Alvin…
I don’t care, I’m watching my movie. I said stubbornly.
Okay. He shrugged.
I stared at him in surprise. Okay ?
Okay. He repeated.
Cool… I trailed off.
I stared at him for a long time.
He finally acknowledged my burning gaze and raised a brow.
Well ? I asked. Aren’t you gonna move ?
Why would I move ? This is the most intense game I’ve ever seen. He mumbled.
I turned to watch the screen. It looked like one team was beating the other by a land-slide.
In the past five minutes. He added with a smirk.
I scolded myself for letting myself fall for that.
You said I could watch my movie. I said, leveling a steady gaze with him. My tone was slightly growing louder and I was nearing my limit of composure.
I know. What’s your point ? He asked with a raised brow.
I swear I’ll shave that brow off in his sleep if he does that one more time.
My point is that you haven’t gotten your lazy ass up off of the couch yet ! I yelled in frustration. Why are you still sitting here ! I added, losing any control I had been grasping onto now.
I’m not stopping you from watching your movie. He shrugged at me.
I was about to yell back at him, before I shut my mouth and turned to the TV.
He had a point. All I had to do was switch the TV to Netflix. And as for my spot on the couch, I had a better idea…
I hid my evil grin and walked over to the TV. I switched it off and slowly turned to see what he’d do.
My brows raised in surprise as he was just sitting there with a bored look, watching me.
I guess he got the message then.
I switched on my kidnapper’s Apple TV, it didn’t surprise me he had one, and went to the Netflix app. I took my time typing in the name of the movie and when it popped up, I clicked on it and turned to the couch.
Now for the grand finale…
I walked up to the edge of the couch, turned, then jumped about two feet in the air before crashing my butt down onto his unsuspecting torso.
I expected him to yell at me or push me off, but was again surprised when I got no reaction. Was he dead ?
I slightly turned my head to see him staring at me with an amused expression instead of instantly getting up like I had hoped.
I groaned in frustration, causing him to let out a small chuckle.
