What Would We Do?

Somewhere far from the orphanage,
“What would we do now?” asked a girl with long black hair.
Aileen’s twin sister looked so worried for the thin young man’s safety that now the head of the opposite sex was in her lap. A young red-haired boy also panicked, especially seeing his friend’s condition, which was so worrying. Sam sat across from Adaline so he could get a better look at Aiden’s face.
“Do not ask me! I do not know what to do. Wait, I will check his breath first,” replied the boy, who had freckles on his face.
That young man, who was loyal to his friend without further ado, put his right index finger on his friend’s nose, and he felt relieved because he could still feel Aiden’s breath there. The other two girls were just as restless as the other two friends. They stared at Sam and an introverted man who was still unconscious. “He is still alive. We have to find a way so that Aiden can come to his senses,” said Sam.
“Thanks, but I am still confused. How do we get him to wake up now?” Adaline asked further. The young girl touched Aiden’s forehead as if to check the body temperature of the opposite sex, which was still alarming.
“I do not know. I do not have any idea, Line.” Samuel answered questions from the other party, but he could not help himself because his mind was confused. The boy’s eyes were still closed as if the young guy was sleeping, although, in reality, he was not at all. Alexa noticed something strange on Aiden’s face. However, the girl could not express this.
“Ahem… excuse me.”
Those words made the three teenagers turn their heads to a young lady with chestnut brown hair. They looked confused, while Alexa became awkward because it had attracted their attention to her, even though the moment was not intentional by her. “Yes? What do you want?” Aileen asked Alexa, who was still silent.
“Did you eat something before you left the orphanage, especially Aiden? Or has he ever complained of pain before?” Alexa answered the question by asking her new friends two new questions, so the three people were silent as if they were thinking about something.
“No, he was not sick. Madame Loiston put Aiden and I in the same room, but he said nothing about his health. Even before coming here, we had breakfast.” Samuel answered all the questions asked by Alexa, so the girl became a little relieved. However, this had not completed the curiosity of the smart girl.
“If that was the case, could it be that he did not sleep well last night? Did any of you bring anything, such as food or drink, as a provision?” asked Alexa to her new friend.
She tried hard to help her new friend, who was hit by misfortune, by asking new questions again, even though the daughter of noble blood was not sure she would be able to do more than that. Alexa hoped that Aiden would be waking up as usual soon.
“For supplies, of course, we brought them. We brought food in this bag. No, Aiden is not short on rest. Last night, we slept on time.” The fat guy looked at Adaline, who still did not know what to do.
A strange woman standing not far from the daughter of the couple, Tristian Varden Writh and Lavena Isolda Keira, flew up with no one knowing. In less than ten seconds, she was standing to Alexa’s left, then whispered into the girl’s ear, “Tell him to lay Aiden on the ground.”
Alexa heard the voice. As soon as possible, she turned around as if she was looking for someone with a confused and scared look. However, the beautiful girl had yet to find anyone. “What are you looking for?” asked Aileen. She started to feel strange with the behavior of that young lady by her side.
“Hm… I… I heard something. But… never mind. Forget it,” replied Alexa nervously. That young lady was reluctant to answer honestly. She turned his attention back to Sam, Adaline, and Aiden. When she heard this answer, a girl with short black hair looked suspiciously at the other person, but Aileen did not want to discuss it further, even though she had a deep suspicion in her heart. It reminded Alexa of a mysterious message that only she can hear.
“Sam, please lay Aiden on the ground,” Alexa begged the two new friends.
The young girl felt bad having to say such a thing but did it anyway, wanting to see what would happen next. Aileen’s twin sister glared as if Alexa’s words sounded unreasonable, as did Sam, who reacted similarly.
“Are you crazy? He could die later!” said Adaline, who could not hide her annoyance.
“What do you mean, asking me to do that? Are you sure Aiden is okay after that?” said Sam, holding back his anger.
The girl who had a height of one hundred and seventy centimeters tall, felt intimidated by the questions that Samuel and Adaline got. However, she could not blame them because it confused the virgin about expressing her heart regarding the instructions to deal with Aiden.
“Ah, I was just thinking, since the head is higher than the body, then it is better to balance it by laying him on his back on the ground.” Alexa’s lips said all these sentences smoothly as if she knew everything.
Gosh, my mouth! Why would I even say something like that, anyway? What if something happens with Aiden later? They must be angry with me. Please, do not remove my new friends because I have never had a friend before, Alexa hoped, who was holding back tears.
These three teenagers could only look at each other. The atmosphere became quiet because they cut the conversation that had been created there. A light breeze hit the four people there as if to cool their hearts so that it would not burn them with anger or excessive suspicion.
A young guy wearing a shabby light brown shirt looked at Adaline, who seemed unwilling. That teenage boy nodded, so we forced the girl who had a mole on her right cheek to comply with the wishes of Aiden’s roommate. “Okay, we will do what you want,” said Samuel, without looking at the other person.
Adaline put the silver-haired man’s head on the ground slowly while Samuel helped straighten his roommate’s thin body. Now, according to what Alexa had suggested, Aiden’s body was lying on his back on the ground. Samuel, Adaline, and Aileen stared at the granddaughter of Sir Elmer Louis Writh. They asked for clarity from the girl who other children in the orphanage had ostracized.
Alexa was nervous and confused because she did not know what else to say to Samuel and the twins, so she kept silent. Adaline even rubbed her eyes a few times, while Aileen could only exhale without intending to say anything. A young boy with many freckles on his face also took the initiative to open a conversation again with the hazel-eyed woman.
“Now, tell us, what would we do?” asked Samuel without further ado.
Everyone’s gazes, minus Aiden, now turned to Alexa completely. This made the girl nervous, but she still tried to stay calm.
“I-”
