How Dare You!

When they heard such a voice, the husband and wife became frightened. The twenty-five-year-old man’s steps came to a halt. They looked around but could not find what they were looking for. After having finished doing this, Tristian and Lavena looked at each other as if they were trying to convince themselves that what they had heard was not a mere hallucination.
“Hubby, did you hear that? Someone was calling our name,” Lavena said, confused.
“Yes, Wifey. I heard that voice too, Wifey. I thought I was dreaming,” said Tristian. The emerald-eyed man agreed with the words of his beloved wife. “How about we go there? That person already mentioned our name, so we were supposed to be there. Who knows? We can get any information.”
“Is not that dangerous, Hubby? We know nothing about that person.” The pregnant lady refused because she felt something was odd. However, her beloved husband did not seem to agree, because the head of the family’s curiosity was so strong that Tristian shook his head spontaneously.
“No, Wifey. If we do not dare to take any risks now, then we will get nothing at all. Do not worry, I still hold you, sweetheart. If something happens, then we will go as soon as possible from this place.” The well-built man remained steadfast in his stance, which made his beloved wife could only exhale, a sign that she did not like the idea put forward by the other person.
“Okay if you said so, Hubby. I myself do not recommend it, but if you really want to know, then do it as long as you do not leave me alone here.” The intelligent lady could not prevent her husband’s desire, so it forced her to say something like that. However, Tristian seemed to ignore it, then began to continue his step.
The light there seemed to guide them, so the man, who had a height of one hundred and eighty-five centimeters tall, followed the direction of the torch. The blonde-haired woman felt increasingly nervous, especially when she saw they were getting further and further away from where they had first found the torch.
Now, the bulging stomach area began to feel turbulent. The fetus in the womb is moving as if she knows the inside of the heart of the mother-to-be who is upset. Meanwhile, Tristian kept walking while still holding his beloved wife. The man’s mind remained focused on a goal, thus ignoring Lavena’s state.
For the sake of Goddess Asiles, will we be alright? I hope so because, to be honest, I am afraid to be here. How can I and my husband be awake from this weird dream? How long have we been asleep? I have to find a way so that my husband and I can get out of here as soon as possible, Lavena determined, while occasionally looking ahead.
“A-”
The man’s steps stopped suddenly because he saw something unexpected. Meanwhile, Lavena, who was staring at her husband’s face, as soon as possible felt surprised, so the bad feeling that was there was getting stronger. She became afraid to look ahead because the pale face of the other person seemed to have explained everything.
“What was wrong, Hubby?” asked the green-eyed woman.
Tristian was unable to answer. Apparently, what the husband of Lavena Isolda Keira was witnessing really shook the man’s heart. Because she had not received a reply, the twenty-year-old woman dared to turn her head to the front. Something as surprised her as her man, so her lips became slightly parted.
They saw a large woman, about two or three meters tall. She wore a long, elegant dress. The mysterious woman had three faces, three pairs of hands, and three bodies. Do not forget the two black dogs nearby, as if guarding their master.
The woman’s four hands are on the right and left, each holding a weapon, and only the other two hands in the middle are not carrying anything. The mysterious woman’s gaze seemed to paralyze the two mortals, still dumbfounded. They could not even speak. The intimidating aura was so pronounced that the atmosphere became even tenser.
Time seemed to pass so slowly for Tristian and his lovely mate. The mysterious woman seemed to grin, which made them even more frightened, but the bodies of the two seemed unable to move.
“Mortals, how dare you to ask Asiles about your condition, especially about My messenger? Did you think that I never knew it? Did both of you forget that I always protect the baby?”
The intonation of the voice used by the interlocutor sounds normal. However, this made the long blonde-haired woman, whom her lovely husband was still carrying, shed tears. Lavena suddenly thought back to the events in the afternoon, in which she and her husband came to the shrine to worship the Goddess Asiles and convey everything related to her pregnancy.
The head of the Writh family could not answer the question, nor did his lovely lady. Even though their bodies were still filled with life, the husband and wife seemed to have become statues. However, their souls seemed to be separated from their bodies.
“I forbid both of you to ask for help from other gods or goddesses because the child in Lavena’s womb is mine. I will handle her and nobody can torture her.”
The red-haired man and the sharp-nosed woman did not respond to the goddess’s words. Goddess Magia noticed such a moment and spoke again to the two mortals. “Call her Alexa. Alexa Jocelyn Heart. Do not think bad about her because I, the Queen of Witches, will always look after and protect her.”
Her right hand, precisely in the middle of the body, began to aim at Tristian and Lavena. After a while, a light came out of it. A husband and wife who would soon be a parent still could not move their bodies, so they could only surrender, hoping nothing bad happened.

“Argh!” Lavena screamed.
Such moments have made the petite woman successfully force herself to come to her senses. She also managed to open both eyes. The beautiful pregnant woman began to look at her husband, in which her beloved man spontaneously woke up from sleep. Their bodies were drenched in sweat and panting for breath as if they had run a long distance.
They looked at each other. In less than a minute, the man with the bushy beard and sideburns embraced his mate with relief, even though their dream was terrifying. The intelligent woman also responded with the same treatment. Tears rolled down her cheeks because she had thought that she and her husband would die soon.
“Hubby, we are safe,” Lavena said quietly.
“Yes, sweetheart. We are safe now,” said Tristian, who was crying too.
The conversation between them stopped. It was quiet again, as if nothing had happened there. After five minutes of silence, the emerald-eyed man remembered something, so without hesitation, he asked the opposite sex, “Wifey, I met you in my dream. Did you have the same experience as me?”
The wife nodded, then answered questions from her spouse, who had been faithful to accompany her for three years. “Yes, Hubby. I did. I met you too there. You were carrying me in your arms. But there is one thing that is strange. How come we can have the same dream?”
“That was what I thought too, Wifey. We got a weird dream. If indeed you also experience the same thing, then who was the goddess in our dream? I could not see her face clearly. I just remember I could not move my body. I was like a statue.” The man about to become a father remembered the terrible moment in his dream, so he shuddered as if he had met a ghost.
“I thought she was Goddess Magia because she came to know, that yesterday, in the afternoon, we prayed in front of the statue of Goddess Asiles. I heard that she was mentioning a name. Does it have something to do with the name of our child who is still in the womb?” Lavena tried to guess what the Magick Goddess meant.
His wife’s words made Tristian shocked. He also tried to recall that moment. “Yes, Wifey. If I am not mistaken, she mentioned something like a name. A female name. I guess it would be our daughter’s name. Did you still remember that name, Honey?”
“As long as I remember, her name was A-”
