Yota Koken inherited the excellent genes of Ino Koken and had an extraordinary talent in ninjutsu. At the age of seventy, he broke through to the Heaven Ninja realm.
“Master Yota, our informant has reported that the people from Iron Sword Sect and Coleman family have left Seven Stars Sword Sect. Should we immediately join forces with the Mason family, Tanner family, and Hojo Clan to attack Seven Stars Sword Sect?” Maniwa Koken broke the silence and asked respectfully.
After Maniwa Koken spoke, Yota Koken’s eyes opened slightly, a glint of sharpness flashing through his pupils.
Noticing Yota Koken’s open eyes, Maniwa Koken and the others felt a chill in their hearts and quickly lowered their gazes.
“Maniwa Koken, has anything happened in the west recently?” Yota Koken did not answer Maniwa Koken’s question but instead asked in a hoarse and low voice.
“Master Yota, something strange indeed happened over the West Sea,” Maniwa Koken nodded. “A massive Space Rift appeared above an unnamed island in the West Sea, with surging spiritual energy continuously flowing out of the rift, and it is still expanding.”
“Why did Iron Sword Sect and Coleman family leave Seven Stars Sword Sect?” Yota Koken asked again.
Maniwa pondered for a moment before replying, “I suspect it is mostly due to the Space Rift in the West Sea. According to our spies, top forces in Atraria Cultivation Martial World have been heading towards the West Sea in recent days.”
After Maniwa finished speaking, Yota Koken nodded slightly, a contemplative expression appearing on his face.
“Master Yota, what could that Space Rift be, and why would Atraria Martial Cultivators go there?” Although the details were unclear, Maniwa’s intuition told him that the appearance of the Space Rift definitely signaled a major event.
Yota Koken glanced at Maniwa and said, “Maniwa, this is not the first time a Space Rift has appeared in Atraria. Atraria Martial Cultivators know very well what the appearance of a Space Rift means.”
“Not the first time?” Maniwa was slightly astonished.
“As far as I know, a Space Rift appeared somewhere in Atraria two hundred years ago,” Yota Koken paused briefly before continuing, “Although I don’t fully understand Space Rifts, the fact that they attract Atraria Martial Cultivators indicates that there must be great benefits within them.”
“Great benefits…” Maniwa’s eyes sparkled.
“Maniwa, we will postpone our plan to attack Seven Stars Sword Sect,” Yota Koken decided.
Maniwa immediately understood Yota Koken’s intention: “Master Yota, do you mean we should also head to the West Sea?”
“Yes, it’s a rare opportunity. I want to enter the Space Rift and see for myself,” Yota Koken said solemnly.
Maniwa had no objections to Yota Koken’s decision and nodded: “Master Yota, I will inform the Mason family that our Koken family will temporarily abandon the attack on Seven Stars Sword Sect.”
Just as Maniwa finished speaking, Yuriko Yamaguchi walked over and handed a letter to Maniwa.
The letter contained only one line written in Orientia: “Maniwa, temporarily cancel the plan to attack Seven Stars Sword Sect.”
Maniwa’s face tightened as he crumpled the paper.
“Master Yota, the Mason family also knows about the West Sea Space Rift,” Maniwa said to Yota Koken.
“I expected that. Besides the Mason family, the Tanner family and Hojo Clan will likely head to the West Sea as well,” Yota Koken said calmly. “Maniwa, there’s no time to lose. Let’s prepare to head to the West Sea.”
Maniwa responded respectfully.
In a villa in Langstel West Suburbs,
Reece Hojo respectfully placed a long and wide redwood box on a low table in front of an elderly man dressed in black.
The elderly man was thin and wiry with a slightly sunken nose and restrained brilliance in his eyes. Even while sitting simply, he exuded an invisible aura of sword intent.
“Igara Hojo, I have retrieved our clan’s treasure from the Tanner family,” Reece Hojo said respectfully.
The elderly man named Igara Hojo was a Heaven Ninja of the Hojo Clan.
Igara’s gaze fixed on the redwood box before him, his eyes shining brightly with barely contained excitement.
Igara extended his calloused hands and opened the redwood box.
A wave of bloodthirsty energy surged out like a cold current, sending a chill through anyone nearby.
Inside the redwood box lay a three-foot-long katana.
The handle was long and dark red with several mysterious runes etched on it.
Igara’s eyes gleamed as he carefully lifted the katana with both hands.
Grasping the handle with one hand, Igara drew the blade.
A flash of cold light emanated from it, chilling to the bone.
Reece squinted his eyes, feeling an involuntary tension.
Igara murmured softly, “Gokumaru Kunitsuna, our clan’s treasure!”
Beside him, Reece first showed excitement but then jealousy flickered in his eyes.
The jealousy stemmed from the fact that to retrieve Gokumaru Kunitsuna, the Hojo Clan had not only given up many precious items but also handed over their second most valuable sword, Chrysanthemum One-Character Sword, to the Tanner family.
As for why Gokumaru Kunitsuna ended up with the Tanner family, it was because Kihachi Mcguire had followed Leo’s advice.
“Igara, people from Coleman family have left Seven Stars Sword Sect.”
Igara sheathed the sword and said, “The secret realm above West Sea is about to stabilize. The Mason family and Koken family have both postponed their attack on Seven Stars Sword Sect. The reason is obvious; we should also prepare to depart.”
“After returning from West Sea Secret Realm, I will destroy Seven Stars Sword Sect myself and use Gokumaru Kunitsuna to personally behead that Atraria boy.”
At Modock Manor of Franke,
The crescent moon hung high in the night sky, casting its cold light over the ancient castle shrouded in mystery.
Inside the grand hall of the castle, lights blazed brightly. A long luxurious European-style table was laden with various French dishes emitting tantalizing aromas.
However, only three people sat around the table.
In the center was Augustus.
The other two were a man and a woman.
The man was tall and burly, even more robust than Augustus, with short blond hair and piercing eyes.
The woman had long orange hair, a high nose bridge, fair skin, and wore a Sapphire Necklace around her neck. Her eyes were filled with captivating charm.
These two were Nicholas and Oliver, fellow princes equal in rank to Augustus and Felix.
“Who would have thought that Felix would meet his end in Atraria,” Nicholas said incredulously as he took a bite of steak and glanced at Felix’s usual seat during their gatherings.
