Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
Without any hesitation, members of the East Coast Guards stormed in.
A fierce battle erupted quickly.
About ten minutes later, the battle was over, and hundreds of members of the Crazy Steer were killed.
Chris Shelby did not linger, leading the East Coast Guards to the next Crazy Steer stronghold.
In one night, nearly twenty Crazy Steer strongholds were swept away by Chris Shelby.
The Crazy Steer suffered enormous losses, with two to three thousand people killed.
News of the Crazy Steer’s encounter with the East Coast Security Company’s attack spread quickly throughout the East Coast underworld.
The entire East Coast world was in turmoil.
Everyone knew that the final battle between Crazy Steer and the East Coast Security Company had arrived!
In the suburbs of the East Coast.
A luxurious villa, the private estate of Ironheart Steer, the boss of Crazy Steer.
The villa was surrounded by training members of Crazy Steer, and the security was extremely tight.
“What are you all doing? Have you still not found Jimmy Cock?” Ironheart Steer cursed at his subordinates.
Ironheart Steer had been in a foul mood recently. Nearly twenty strongholds had been swept away by the East Coast Security Company, causing him great losses.
Ironheart Steer knew that the King of the East Coast was striking from the shadows.
After clearing his own ranks, he would be next.
His subordinates trembled and said, “Boss, we still haven’t found him.”
Hearing this, Ironheart Steer cursed, “You’re all useless, get out!”
“Yes, yes, yes!”
The subordinates did not dare to retort and quickly retreated.
“Ironheart Steer, why are you so angry?”
At that moment, Daniel Williams walked out and spoke indifferently.
“Greetings, Your Highness!”
Seeing Daniel Williams, Ironheart Steer immediately showed a face full of respect.
He frowned and said, “Your Highness, you don’t know. Chris Shelby is already targeting me. If we don’t come up with a plan soon, Crazy Steer will soon be destroyed by Chris Shelby.”
Daniel Williams waved his hand and said, “Don’t worry. What you need to do now is to quickly strengthen your forces and unify the entire East Coast underworld. Then you will be qualified to confront Chris Shelby.”
“Yes!”
Ironheart Steer nodded, not daring to argue.
Daniel Williams looked at Ironheart Steer, his face showing some disappointment.
He had originally planned to use Ironheart Steer to deal with Chris Shelby.
But now, it seemed that Ironheart Steer was incompetent and not up to the task.
It seemed he would have to find another way to deal with Chris Shelby.
At this thought, a mysterious expression crossed Daniel Williams’ face.

“Mr. Shelby, something terrible has happened at Jefferson Village!”
Harold Jefferson found Chris Shelby, his face full of urgency.
Chris Shelby curiously asked, “Harold, what happened at Jefferson Village?”
Harold Jefferson sadly said, “Mr. Shelby, I just received a call from my parents, saying Peter has died…”
“What? Peter is dead!”
Hearing this, Chris Shelby was shocked.
Chris Shelby had not expected Peter Jefferson to die!
The last time he saw Peter Jefferson, Chris Shelby knew he didn’t have much longer.
But hearing of Peter Jefferson’s death now still made him feel uneasy.
Harold Jefferson said, “Mr. Shelby, I want to go back to Jefferson Village with my sister to mourn Peter!”
After all, Peter Jefferson was Harold Jefferson’s mentor.
Now that Peter Jefferson had died, Harold Jefferson definitely had to go back.
Chris Shelby nodded and said, “Okay! I will go with you, I also want to pay my respects to Peter.”
Although Peter Jefferson had wronged Chris Shelby in the past, without him, Chris would have never obtained the two fragments of the Dragon Emblem. Now that Peter Jefferson was dead, he felt compelled to pay his respects.
Following this decision, Chris Shelby, accompanied by Harold Jefferson, made their way to East Coast University. Upon arriving, they found Marie already waiting at the university gates. Aware of Peter Jefferson’s demise, she had taken leave from her studies to return to Jefferson Village with them.
Peter Jefferson had held a respected position within Jefferson Village, revered by all its inhabitants. Now, with his passing, Marie, too, wished to bid him farewell. Chris, driving with Harold and Marie, headed towards Jefferson Village.
On the road, Chris called Esther to inform her of the situation. Upon hearing of Peter’s death, Esther immediately asked Chris to ensure he paid proper respects on her behalf. Two hours later, the group arrived at Jefferson Village.
Upon returning home, Harold and Marie were shocked to find their house had been set ablaze! Harold rushed to his father, Stewart, demanding, “Dad, what happened? How did our house get burned down?”
Stewart sighed, “Harold, you’re back! It’s a long story, ever since Peter passed away…”
From Stewart’s account, Chris garnered an overview of recent events. After Peter’s death, a new village chief had taken office. Jefferson Village had an old coal mine which had been closed by Peter due to environmental concerns. However, the new chief intended to reopen it. Stewart, disagreeing, led the villagers in protest, which infuriated the new chief, prompting him to have Stewart’s house burned down.
Chris frowned, “Arson is a criminal act.”
Stewart sighed, “The new chief holds significant power here, and we ordinary villagers are helpless. He’s completely taken over Jefferson Village.”
Chris asked, “Do the villagers benefit from the coal mined here?”
Stewart replied angrily, “All the profits go to the new chief. We villagers don’t see a dime.”
Angered by the injustice, Chris was shocked by the chief’s corruption. With Peter gone, the new chief had become a law unto himself in Jefferson Village.
Stewart continued, “I’ve heard the mine can make millions a year. We’ve asked for our share several times, only to be sent away beaten.”
Chris assured, “Don’t worry, I’ll handle this.”
Grateful, Stewart said, “Mr. Shelby, with you here, there’s hope for us in Jefferson Village.”
Having already aided Jefferson Village multiple times, Chris Shelby had become a great benefactor to the villagers. Seeing Chris, Stewart knew the new chief was in trouble.
Chris then inquired, “By the way, where is Peter’s body now?”
Stewart replied, “His body is at the ancestral hall, set to be buried in a few days.”
Chris nodded, “Okay, take me there tomorrow!”
The next day, Chris Shelby and others visited the ancestral hall to pay their respects to Peter Jefferson.
