Kseniya entered the lobby and pressed the elevator button, stepping inside as the doors slid open.
The elevator halted at the sixteenth floor.
She knocked on the door of room 1608, standing respectfully in place.
“Mr. Sordoff.”
The door swung open, and Kseniya smiled at the Caucasian man inside.
“Come in,” Sordoff, clad in a bathrobe, said before turning and settling back into the living room.
Kseniya closed the door and followed him.
“I heard that your champion, Alejandro, was crippled during a challenge against an Ostrad expert?”
Sordoff lit a cigar and lounged loosely on the sofa.
After Leander had arranged the room, he had called Kseniya.
Both were from the North Cianica Area. Kseniya’s family, the Bazayevs, started in the underworld, merely considered local strongmen, not oligarchs.
Sordoff had shares in Kseniya’s boxing ring.
Hearing of champion Alejandro’s severe injuries prompted Kseniya’s visit.
“Yes, respected Mr. Sordoff, Alejandro met a tough opponent in Niarak.”
Kseniya spoke calmly, though her heart seethed with anger.
After becoming the heavyweight champion, Alejandro’s net worth had soared to one hundred million dollars, with appearance fees reaching ten million dollars. It was his prime time to earn for the Bazayev family, yet Flynn had shattered his arm and ripped out his tongue.
The thought always pained her.
Sordoff frowned slightly, scoffing, “Alejandro was capable of fighting a Grandmaster. I didn’t expect him to be ruined by a pig in Niarak.”
“They broke Alejandro’s arm and tore out his tongue in a mere contest; it’s clear they meant to humiliate us.”
“This can’t go unanswered. What do you plan to do?”
Kseniya replied, “My father is working on it, trying to bring Brandon to Ostrad, but he’s not interested.”
“However, rest assured, my father has prepared thirty million dollars, planning to talk with him again in the next few days.”
Sordoff shook his head, exhaling smoke, “It’s not about the money. Brandon is at the peak of the Great Grandmasters and looks down on your family.”
“And he doesn’t need to come out of retirement. I’ve brought six Grandmasters with me. Once I’m done with my business, I’ll help you kill that bastard.”
Kseniya was overjoyed.
She had always intended to ask Sordoff for help but hadn’t expected him to offer it proactively.
“With Mr. Sordoff’s help, that bastard won’t survive.”
“But for such a small matter, there’s no need for you to personally travel to Ostrad. It’s too much trouble.”
“Let my father bring your men over.”
Kseniya hurriedly expressed her gratitude.
Flynn, who had crushed Alejandro’s arm with a single punch, must be at the peak of the Grandmasters.
Though Sordoff’s six bodyguards were only at the initial stage of Grandmasters, the six of them together would have no problem against Flynn.
Sordoff waved dismissively, “Your family’s troubles aren’t worth so much of my attention.”
“I’m in Ostrad for business.”
“Business? What business?” Kseniya couldn’t help but ask.
Sordoff frowned, his voice tinged with anger, “Do I need to report to you?”
Kseniya quickly bowed her head, saying respectfully, “Mr. Sordoff, you misunderstand. I only asked to see how many days you’ll be staying in Ostrad.”
“I’m concerned about you being here too long, too lonely.”
After finishing her statement, she glanced around the room, which, aside from his six subordinates, contained no women.
This was unlike Sordoff’s usual style.
A vigorous man, he kept ten female servants at his estate, reveling nightly.
Of course, Sordoff knew what she meant, “This meeting is very formal; I didn’t bring them along. I might stay for a few days.”
“Oh, isn’t that boring? Shall I find a girl to keep you company?” Kseniya suggested, knowing his preferences.
Sordoff scoffed coldly, “I don’t like these pigs. Don’t you know?”
He held a deep disdain for Ostrad natives.
Taking their money was one thing; sharing a bed was out of the question-it would sully his body.
Kseniya shook her head:
“Respected Mr. Sordoff, you misunderstand. I meant a woman from Achela.”
Sordoff paused, visibly angry, “You want to find me a whore from Ostrad?”
“Those dirty things have slept with those pigs who knows how many times. You want them in my bed?”
Kseniya shuddered, rushing to clarify:
“You misunderstand, how dare I suggest such women for you? Do you know Trusova?”
“She’s in Niarak!”
“The one who killed your brother?” Sordoff furrowed his brow, a sharp glint in his eye.
A fierce grimace flashed across Kseniya’s face as she gritted her teeth and said, “Yes, that bitch has fled to Niarak!”
A smile curled the corners of Sordoff’s mouth as he said, “That woman is indeed beautiful, no wonder your brother sought her out.”
“But what puzzles me is, knowing she’s in Niarak, why have you let her live?”
Upon hearing this, Kseniya replied bitterly, “I won’t lie, I’ve tried to trouble her several times, but a man always saves her.”
“That man is the bastard who injured Alejandro! He’s very close to Trusova.”
“Oh?” Sordoff straightened up, placing his cigar in the ashtray, and narrowed his eyes:
“Your brother was good, worked under me, and I liked him.”
“In that case, bring Trusova here.”
“I’ll enjoy her company, then take her away and kill her.”
“As for that man, I’ll deal with him after I finish my main business!”
“Bring her over after 1 AM; before that, I need to prepare some materials and report to Mr. Rainier, who arrives after 4 AM.”
“Mr. Rainier? The head of the Gulowski family!” Kseniya’s portly body shuddered at the mention.
To her, Ladugin was like an emperor, before whom one must grovel.
A single word from him could obliterate her Bazayev family!
The top oligarch of Achela, coming to Niarak!
Though she harbored many doubts, she dared not inquire about Ladugin’s purpose in Niarak.
She nodded heavily and said, “Rest assured, I’ll quietly deliver Trusova!”
“After you’ve enjoyed her, kill her immediately and bury her where no one can find her!”

Riverside Club.
11 PM.
Flynn got out of the car and walked straight in.
Rose was waiting in the lounge on the first floor, wearing a pair of delicate glasses that glinted faintly.
Her long, slender legs crossed, she was intently reading a document, her expression serious, as if deep in thought.
Her long fingers flipped through the pages, casually sweeping her hair behind her ear, not affecting her work at all.
“True workaholic!” Flynn shook his head and sat down beside her, asking, “Have you booked the private room yet?”
Only then did Rose look up from her intense focus, glancing at Flynn.
Her face was soft and symmetrical, her nose prominent, her lips a subtle shade, and her long hair cascaded over her shoulders, stunningly beautiful.
“I didn’t know what project you wanted, so I haven’t booked it yet.”
The two tacitly brushed aside their earlier disagreement.
Flynn shrugged, as if it were obvious, “Of course, the whole package. How could I only go for one thing when I finally get to treat you!”
“How about I find you a few more beauties?” Rose huffed.
“Sure! Sharing massage tips works too!” Flynn joked.
Seeing Flynn wasn’t being serious, Rose’s expression darkened, and she stopped responding, took off her glasses, and started packing away her documents.
“The investment for the Sharp’s Group is from the Gulowski family, fifty billion dollars.”
Seeing Rose unamused, Flynn finally discussed the main topic.
“What! The Gulowski family? Fifty billion dollars!” Rose froze, staring straight into Flynn’s eyes, utterly incredulous.
Fifty billion dollars!
Three hundred billion!
Not just the three-family alliance would struggle, but even the Ostrad conglomerate would tremble at such an amount!
But remembering the Cherry Blossom Inn affair, and that Ladugin was coming, she had no choice but to believe.
What kind of sorcery is this man capable of?
To secure an investment from the top oligarch of Achela?
“Making a fuss over nothing!”
“Alright, I came here to relax. You’ll find out if it’s true or not tomorrow.”
“Hurry up and book the private room!”
Flynn yawned, standing up, only to see a familiar face, his expression immediately falling.
Who else but Dr. Layla?
“How come I run into you everywhere?” Layla, just done with a spa treatment, was also slightly annoyed upon seeing Flynn.
It was as if Flynn was a stalker, or deliberately seeking encounters, which was quite irritating!
