“Yes, we had a fight, and now I can’t find him, and he won’t answer the phone.” Veronica Parker hesitated but still asked, “Secretary Tours, do you know where Nick Cage is?”
Kay Tours became silent for a while and asked, “Do you know the most important thing about being his chief secretary?”

“I don’t know. After all, Mr. Cage sometimes goes straight from the parking lot to his office, and we can’t see it.” Sheila said. “Hey, I hear you’re on SK right now. How’s it going there? Have you seen a lot of big stars?”
“Not bad.” Veronica Parker talked to Sheila absent-mindedly for a while.
Sheila said that she had not seen Nick Cage for a few days, and that she had not heard of Nick Cage’s business trip. ‘So, is Nick Cage still in the capital or not?’

When Veronica Parker walked out of her office she saw Lilac. She approached her and remembered something. “Lilac, I heard your grandfather died? Look, I’m so sorry I’ve been very busy, I didn’t have the time to come to you. You know that if someone dies, they are really gone from this world and they can’t come back anymore. Take it easy, okay? Your grandfather would be very pleased to know that you were so sad about his death. ”
Lilac’s expression became sad and she forced a smile. “Thank you.”
“You’re welcome, or shall I give you a few days off?” Veronica Parker said.
“No. It’s okay. We decided to move on.”
“Yes moving on is the right thing to do, but it must be hard for you to lose a loved one. Don’t you really need a day off?”
“No, thank you, Ms. Parker.”
“I ordered someone to find people to take your place for a while and let you clear your mind and heart first. Since you insisted, okay. Just call me if you change your mind.” After Veronica Parker turned around, her smile on her face was gone.
That night, Lilac obediently worked overtime.
