The elevator opened and he went in first, waiting for Audrey.
Audrey smiled at her boss and shook her head no.
“You can’t do without me- uh!” Audrey was just about to enter the elevator when someone drew her into a hard chest.
“Don’t worry, Russell, she won’t be returning to you,” Alpha Lake said and pressed the elevator button, closing the doors.
Audrey waited for the door to close completely before removing herself from him.
“I don’t appreciate sudden skin-ship, sir, please let me go,” Audrey said, looking down at her wrist that was still held by him.
“Really?” Alpha Lake asked darkly.
He stepped predatorily close to Audrey. As he stepped forward, Audrey kept trying to escape by moving backward, but her back hit the wall and she knew she’d been cornered.
“What do you want now?” Audrey finally asked, looking up at his face.
“You don’t like skin-ship, or, you don’t like it when I touch you?” He brought his face down beside hers and asked lowly, holding her cheeks between his fingers.
Audrey tried removing her face from his hands but he held on tightly, making her wince.
“Please let me go, sir, people might misunderstand us,” Audrey said softly.
Alpha Lake scoffed and drew her by the waist to himself.
“But, you didn’t care about what people might think when you were all smiles and handsy with Russell, why do you care now?” He asked and Suddenly grabbed her ass in his hands.
“What the-” Her words were cut short by Alpha Lake’s lips.
He angrily sucked her lips in a hot fiery kiss, roughly placing his knee between her legs, rubbing it against her core as he held her head in place and sucked her breath out of her.
Audrey was frozen in place and so was her brain. This was never the direction she thought the situation would go.
She felt his tongue between her lips, licking across her lips. His hand grabbed one of her breasts and squeezed it, palming the bouncy softness in his hands.
Audrey was feeling heady and dizzy. She couldn’t stop him now because her brain was all mushed up and his knees between her legs were causing hot ripples to spread from her core to every part of her body.

“Ahem, Alpha, it’s time to go,” Philip announced awkwardly from a distance.
He was afraid he’d be punished for interrupting his Alpha and he also feared he’ll be punished if he let him run late on his appointments with Mr. Mark.
“Mark my words, Kitten, I’ll have you, and I’ll stop at nothing to get you,” Alpha Lake said in a deep, husky voice, hooking a finger below her chin and tilting her head up to look at her face.
“I don’t care anymore about what’s right or wrong between us, I’ll fuck you in the end,” He kissed her one last time before walking away.
Audrey sat silently in the car beside Alpha Lake. She was still trying to process the whole ordeal that took place in his company.
She would be lying to herself if she says she didn’t feel the exhilarating chemistry between them, she was still trying to calm herself down and stop her juices from trickling out of her pussy.
She took a deep breath and relaxed against her seat, closing her eyes. She was scared.
Scared because she saw and heard the determination in his eyes and voice, she knew he meant every word he said, but she feared because she wasn’t sure if she’d be able to resist his tempting advances toward her.
This was not how everything should have ended up. He was supposed to get angry because of her cold shoulder attitude and then decide he won’t have anything to do with her anymore, but, instead, he goes around and does the opposite.
“Thinking about me, Kitten?” Alpha Lake whispered huskily into her ears, placing his strong hand on her thigh.
He noticed she’d been quiet and withdrawn since the car ride, he couldn’t help but want to know what she was thinking about.
Audrey quickly opened her eyes as she felt his hand on her thigh.
“In your dreams,” Audrey sneered and took his hand off her thigh.
“Oh, Kitten, you don’t know what goes down in my dreams…” He paused and leaned in closer to her, his hot breath fanning the side of her face.
Audrey wanted to move away from him, but she had nowhere else to go as she was already leaning against the door.

Audrey didn’t know when a teeny tiny maon slipped off her lips, she only realized it when Phillip and Henry started clearing their throats weirdly in front of the car.
“What do you think you’re doing?” Audrey turned her face to him and regretted it immediately.

Audrey wished the car was a little bigger than it was so she could move away from this sexy narcissistic.
Audrey clenched her fists and opened her mouth to say something, “You-” But Henry interrupted her.
“Alpha, we’re here,” Henry rushed out, he wanted to put an end to the pheromones that were oozing around them.
He felt very uncomfortable and weird seeing their Alpha openly staking his claim on someone, but that wasn’t enough reason why Philip and himself should keep eating dog food!
Henry quickly went out and opened the door for them.
‘Out already’ He said in his head while smiling politely at the couple inside the car.
Alpha Lake lifted the side of his lips in a sexy smirk, “We’ll continue this at home, Kitten,” He lightly pecked her lips and walked out the opened door.
Audrey was flustered to say the list. How on earth was she supposed to face these two wolves waiting for her to come out from the car, Philip especially; he’d seen her in a worse compromising situation earlier in the company,
She wondered what he must be thinking of her.
“Luna, please?” Philip said beside the door, offering her his hand to help her out of the car.
“What, no, please, Catherine… I’m Catherine,” Audrey came out of the car and stood before Philip.
She wanted to make things clear, she didn’t know how she felt being called Luna, but she knew she wasn’t thrilled about it, she could never be a Luna to that Pack that treated her like trash and absolutely wouldn’t become a Luna to that devil. Never.
“Listen, Philip, I’m never going to become your Luna, please refrain from ever calling me that, understand?” Audrey asked.
“Yes, Ms. Catherine,” Philip bowed his head as she walked away.
“Um-”
“Don’t say it,” Henry raised his hand before him, stopping Philip from what he was about to say.
Both of them were thinking the same thing; they both believed that the girl who had just walked away was indeed Audrey. But they dare not say it out loud for fear of offending their Alpha, it was obvious he hadn’t found out ‘Catherine’s’ real identity.
But as wolves, their instincts told them that their Alpha wouldn’t care about her identity when he finally found out, they’ve seen how he looks at her; Only a mate would look at you that way.
Audrey paused at the entrance and looked around in confusion. She’s been carried away by Alpha Lake and didn’t take note of where the car was headed.
She knew the meeting with Mr. Mark was supposed to be held at the Pack, so what were they doing in here… In a club? She’s never been here before… let’s face it, she’s never really been to a lot of places.
All her life was in the Grey Blood Pack, and when she finally got out for a year, she alternated it between the Witch Coven to Mr. Russell’s company.
So, she didn’t know where she was or why she was there.
“Ms. Catherine, Alpha is waiting inside,” Henry spoke behind her as he walked up to her.
He had noticed she had paused as she reached the entrance, he thought the security men weren’t letting her in but that wasn’t the case. She had stopped on her own.
“Oh, um, what are we doing here, Henry?” Audrey asked.
“Ah, Mr. Mark said he had something to show to the Alpha, so Alpha decided we come here instead,” Henry explained.
“I see,” Audrey nodded and walked inside. She was angry.
Didn’t he think it was necessary to let her know where he was taking her to? Instead, he was busy flirting with her. Just because she was acting as his secretary didn’t mean he had the right to take her anywhere he wanted.
Audrey winced as the loud music rushed into her ears. The club was nice but it was nothing like Alpha Lake’s club.
