Ariella Ning could not help frowning. “You’re saying that you’re not the one who released the news?”
“When have you ever seen me writing an article anonymously? Manni is a public figure. She is too careless with her personal life, it’s normal that other reporters stalk her. There are so many reporters in our country, not just me. And there are tons who are more powerful than me. You guys didn’t even check it out and are putting all the blame on me with trumped-up charges.”
Rosiley’s words were powerful and resonating. Her character had always been very daring and responsible. If she had done it, she would admit it. Otherwise, she would definitely not allow anyone to push the blame onto her.
Ariella Ning seemed to also understand what kind of a person she was. However, she still had some doubts regarding her words.
“Could Manni really have gotten things wrong?

One was her good friend and the other was Rosiley, whom she always found difficult to handle. They really made her feel helpless.

What do you mean by we shouldn’t go to the extreme? That night, Manni called for gangsters to kidnap Rosiley. Did she take a step back? Absolutely not!

Ariella Ning heard Yayoi’s extremely impolite words and her expression changed instantly. “Yayoi, don’t go too far.”

“Okay Miss Ning, if you still that I’m in the wrong, I can only say, whatever floats your boat. Please leave! Our conversation today ends here. Manni’s life or death has nothing to do with me. Please don’t come and disturb me in the future, thanks!”
Rosiley’s expression became sullen and she asked her to leave.
She also did not have any good feelings about Ariella Ning. She had already outdone herself by sitting here and talking to her for so long.
“Okay, Rosiley. You remember what you said today. I’d like to see how long you can be arrogant.”
Ariella Ning’s face became dark and she glared at Rosiley. Eventually, she could only leave with fiercely gritted teeth.
