Suddenly, someone knocked on the door. Receiving the unexpected visit, the curve of Max’s lips instantly shrunk.
“Who dares to interfere with my fun?” the man grumbled before getting out of bed. When he opened the door, he failed to hide his displeasure. “What is it?”
“Sorry, Sir. Has Madam taken the herbal medicine?” a servant asked with worried brows.
In just an instant, Max’s annoyance turned to worry. “Yes. Is there any problem?”
The servant’s groan suddenly added to the tension. “Forgive me, Sir. I gave the wrong herbs. What Madam drank is the medicine for my sister.”
“What medicine is that? Can it harm Gabriella’s health?” the man asked wide-eyed.
“No, Sir. It’s just …, it’s used to increase … the passion.”
Hearing the answer, a laugh almost escaped Max’s mouth. However, in order to maintain prestige, the man quickly snorted. “Thank goodness it isn’t dangerous,” he muttered before pretending to heave a sigh of relief.
“I am truly sorry, Sir. I wasn’t careful enough,” the servant said with fists tightly clenched.
“Never mind, it’s okay. Next time, make no more mistakes.”
Getting understanding from the employer, the woman nodded spontaneously. “Thank you, Sir. Thank you.”
With light steps, she turned away from the door. The servant had no idea that the man was secretly grateful for her carelessness.
“Max ….”
Hearing Gabriella’s voice, the man quickly locked the door. When he turned around, his pupils immediately widened. “Gaby?”
“Isn’t this very strange?” the woman asked, fixing the rope that made her uncomfortable.
“No. You look … very tempting,” Max sighed as he approached his wife, examining her more closely.
“Am I food?” Gabriella said as she pursed her lips, hiding her racing heart. The new husband just attacked through the gaze. But, why had she been so tense?
A second later, Max’s hand came into action. The woman’s body suddenly turned on.
“You are my favorite flavor, Gaby. Do you forget?” the man whispered while touching what made his wife gulp. “So, how? Are you ready to be my dinner?”
With a sigh, Gabriella replied, “In what way do you want to devour me?”
A crooked smile appeared on the man’s face. “How about in a very gentle way?” Max asked, tickling his wife’s ON button with a light touch.
“Could it also bring in the Little Prince?” the woman inquired between breaths that began to rumble.
“Yes. I’ll do it very gently and deeply,” the man said without taking his fingers off Gabriella.
“Then, do it properly. Make the Little Prince exactly like the one you drew.”
Max’s lip arch automatically expanded wider. “With pleasure, Mrs. Evans.”
A second later, the man disappeared from sight. He began to inspect the entrance, ensuring the smooth delivery of invitations to the Little Prince.
After a while, Gabriella closed her eyes and bit her lip. Her thin voice sounded different. The surge in the woman’s body was far more intense than usual. If Max thought he would rule, he was wrong. That night, for the first time, the man was overwhelmed with his wife.

“Are you still not tired?” Max asked breathlessly. He had fallen helplessly.
“Not at all,” the woman said, lying beside him.
With a look of disbelief, Max glanced at his wife. “You’re amazing, Gaby,” he complimented before breaking into a smile. The man’s blinking was already very slow. Several times, he almost closed his eyes.
“Are you going to sleep already?” Gabriella asked, forcing her husband to widen his eyes.
“No,” the man lied as he didn’t want to disappoint his wife.
“But, you look very sleepy,” the woman said innocently. She still hadn’t noticed the strangeness in her spirit.
Feeling unable to continue, Max finally pulled his wife into a hug. “Gaby, there’s something I want to ask you,” the man said, letting the woman’s hands play with his body. “Do you want to raise the Little Prince here or in our new home?”
At such a serious question, Gabriella’s blink automatically changed meaning. “Anywhere won’t be a problem as long as we continue to be together. Which house do you prefer yourself?”
While furrowing his brows, Max made a comparison in his mind. “I think he will be happier if he grew up here. He can often meet his grandfather and uncle. The Little Prince will get more love here.”
“Then, we don’t have to go back to the new house,” Gabriella concluded, nodding confidently.
“Thank you, Gaby,” the man said, appreciating his wife’s support. “Later, I will ask Waheed to help send the leftover items and find someone to take care of the house. We can take a vacation there when the Little Prince can run.”
Imagining what her husband said, a beautiful smile appeared on Gabriella’s face. “That’s a really good idea, Max,” she whispered before landing a peck.
A second later, instead of ending the kiss, Gabriella crawled up and again showered her husband with tenderness. Realizing that his wife wanted one more session, Max let out a resigned sigh.
“Sorry, Gaby. I don’t have the strength anymore,” he whispered, making the woman laugh out loud.
“Do I win tonight?” Gabriella asked while challenging what had already conceded defeat.
“Yes. Tonight, you’re so wild.”
Hearing such a confession, the woman smiled faintly. “Do you mind if I do it one more time? I have to make sure that our invitation reaches the Little Prince. It would be strange if he became “she” instead.”
“Right. Let’s put that plan into action so Auntie doesn’t lecture us about expecting a child’s gender.”
With one move, Gabriella re-heated the atmosphere. In the midst of gasping breaths, the woman finally realized one thing, that Max had also become her favorite flavor.

“What are you doing, Max? It’s weekend,” Gabriella asked as she entered the workroom.
Knowing the presence of his wife, the man suddenly backed the chair. “Creating a mockup for the first client. Do you want to help me?” he said casually.
With a smile, the woman sat on her husband’s lap. “I want to, but not right now. I have something important to tell you.”
Getting such a riddle, Max automatically narrowed his eyes. “Did you register for the competition?” he guessed.
“That’s not it,” Gabriella shook her head with pursed lips.
“Is your mission to help Julian win Mia’s heart come to fruition?”
Again, the woman shook her head. “No.”
After a moment of contemplation, Max’s lips curved into a crook. “Did you take the wrong medicine again?” the man whispered while rubbing the cloth covering his wife’s ON button.
“Not there, Max, but here,” Gabriella said, sliding her husband’s hand to her stomach.
In just an instant, the man’s eyebrows arched high. “Is … this about the Little Prince?” he guessed in a low and slow voice.
Suddenly, Gabriella burst into tears filled with compassion. Holding the rumbling in her chest, she nodded. “I am pregnant.”
“Are you serious?” the man said as he was on the verge of laughing.
“I’m serious.”
In an instant, excitement wafted from Max’s mouth. Holding his wife in the arms, he whispered, “Thank you, Gaby. Thank you for perfecting my happiness.”
After a while, Gabriella laughed because her husband showered her face with kisses. “Careful, Max. We are with Little Prince now.”
“Take it easy. He’s strong and tough,” Max said, stroking his wife’s stomach. “I’m sure that Little Prince would be happy if his father expresses love for his mother like this.”
A second later, the laughter echoed again. The couple’s happiness was thick in the air. All the peeking eyes were also tearing up watching it.
“They are the sweetest couple in the world.”
“And also the happiest. They deserve it.”
“Right, Mr. and Mrs. Evans have gone through too many trials. Now it’s time for them to be happy.”
