Finale
Gabriella’s POV
I still haven’t had peace of mind to date, I barely sleep and always wondering about it.
“Hey love, you are here, guess you can’t wait for our wedding that is happening soon,” Nate said holding me and kissing me.
“Sure, I am so happy about it.”
“You look so pale, why don’t you go to bed and sleep, I don’t want you to be stressed in any way.” He advised and I nodded and headed to the room after wishing him good night. I have been trying to see my father but he keeps telling me my father promised to come soon and I don’t know if he is lying or not.
I stayed in the room and I had no idea he followed me, “What is troubling your mind?” He asked.
“Nothing at all.”
“I know there is something going and too bad you don’t wish to share it with me but anyway, I will always be here for you.”
“Thank you so much.”
I felt a strange cold and suddenly felt dizzy and I said to Nate, “I need to sleep now, good night.”
“Good night my love.” He kissed me and I laid on the bed properly, covered with the blanket and dozed off just like that.
I dreamt about the man I daggered, why am I seeing him again?
“Hey, you again, what are you doing here? Are you trying to manipulate my head again?”
“It’s me Nicklaus, I am your mate, remember our first nightstand together at my birthday party? You got pregnant for me.”
Immediately after he said this, I saw some flashes that affected my head and the headache was just too much, I needed to shut him up.
“Shut up please, don’t come in here to mess up with me, I know none of these are real, you are not real,” I said fighting with everything, this can’t be real, why is it appearing so real to me?
“I am real, please my love, I miss you so much, just remember me and your daughter.”
The little girl I saw the other day came out from nowhere and did the same thing, she called me her mom, “Mother please remember me, you promise you will never leave me, why are you not keeping your word, Mother.”
“Keep quiet kid, you are making a mistake, I am not your mother, I lost my unborn child and I can never cheat on Alpha Nate,” I yelled and Nicklaus got angry.
“BULLSHIT.”
“He is lying to you, can’t you see? Everything he has told you is nothing but lies, just try to believe me please, I have missed you truly, my world is empty without you, Gabriella remember us please, remember who you are.”
“I have had enough of your nonsense, get out now,” I said holding my head.
“Gabby.”
“I said get out right now, I don’t ever want to see you here, get lost for good, both of you, look for someone else to manipulate and let me be,” I screamed with all my strength and did a spell when I looked they were no more and I saw myself in tears looking at me and opened her hands, I hugged her and when I woke up the spin going on in my head refused to stop for a moment.
I kept crying out in pain, Nate had to ask Silvia to look for a means to make me sleep so I wouldn’t fall sick and finally, I slept like a baby with nothing disturbing my head and by morning I believed I would be okay.
I woke up and noticed something off, I heard the scream of war, what is happening?
I came out and asked the maids, “What is going on?”
“There is a serious battle Luna, The Blood Moon pack and the witches attacked.”
I decided to step out but they were holding me back, I got angry and didn’t know how the spells came out of my mouth and I was able to leave them.
All of a sudden I started seeing things that were strange, my head was banging and I collapsed on the floor and suddenly remembered everything.
I know who I am, I am not Nate’s lover, I belong to Nicklaus and my child didn’t die, my daughter is alive and healthy and I failed everyone.
“Gabby, please wake up, Gabby.” I felt someone tapping me and he sounded exactly like Nicklaus. I know it’s not real, I killed the man I love and I kept crying.
“Gabby, you need to wake up and remember me, we can do this.” I heard his voice again and when I opened my eyes, it was Nicklaus.
“Nick, is that you?”
“Yes, do you remember me now?” He asked with tears and I nodded saying, “I am so sorry, I don’t know how I lost my memories, I just wanted to see my sister and everything suddenly went wrong from there.” I cried out.
“It’s okay, I am here now, we need to fight together to destroy the enemy, he is feeding on other’s strength, Jessica and Margaret are slowing his witch down.”
“That should be Silvia, let’s do this.”
We stood up and we heard Nate’s voice, “Going somewhere?”
Nate roared shifting into a dangerous black wolf, I shifted at once same with Nicklaus but he was too powerful to take down.
I landed on the ground and he went after Nicklaus, he gripped him when we returned to our human state saying, “You should have stayed dead, now you have ruined my entire plan, I will kill you now.”
“No, get away from him, Xu ale gle tur.” I enchanted a spell and pushed him aside and rushed to Nicklaus helping him up looking for a place to hide.
He was not looking good and he said to me, “Your blood, we need to drink each other blood to be able to defeat the threat, if we fail, our child might end up in his hands.”
“Never will I allow that.”
I did as he instructed and immediately we felt a different flow of energy and when Nate came for us, he said,” Good, I will gladly kill you two together.”
“We are going to take him down,” Leah said angrily taking over and I could feel Nicklaus’s wolf as well like we were now one.
We subdued him immediately and were able to kill him, then all of a sudden, everyone stopped fighting and asked a question about who they were.
I fulfilled my destiny, I was able to restore peace to the werewolf world and succeded in eliminating the threat as well but with the help of Nicklaus, who happens to be the King of all Werewolves now.
“Daddy, Mommy.” I heard Estella’s voice and she rushed to us, I hugged her and begged her to forgive me for I failed to recognize her in the past. We were all happy again.
“Gabby.” I heard Jessica’s voice and she was with Margaret.
“Mom, Jessica, I am so happy to see you all helping me ” I hugged them and it was like a reunion.
“It is done, we can live in peace now and thank you for bringing me to my sister, she is finally free from the Black Moon Pack blood oath of loyalty.”
“Are you not scared she might go crazy again with the kind of powers she has?”
“That’s why we are going to help her.” Jessica said with a smile.
“It’s easy to do, We will do a cleansing ritual for her to get rid of the darkness inside of her and she will just be as good as her sister Jessica.”
“Yes, I am so happy.” I interacted with my wolf and jumped on Nicklaus as both engaged in a deep kiss.
A few weeks later, everything was back to normal, the few survivors of the black moon pack had to start all over again with a new Alpha called David, the former Beta of the pack, they knew where they stood now.
Martins and Jessica came to us at the office saying, “Alpha Nicklaus and Luna Gabriella, we seek your permission and blessings.”
“On what exactly?” Nick questioned.
“We want to get married.” Jessica responded and I jumped in excitement hugging saying, “I am so happy for you both, I knew it, you have my blessings already and I will get to see you always, yes.”
“Thank you so much.”
“You have my permission, your wedding is going to be the talk of the town,” Nick said with a smile.
Still in the mood of celebration, James came in saying, “Sorry to interrupt, Luna Gabriella, some people are here to see you.”
“Where are they?”
“At the garden.”
“Okay, who are they by the way?”
“Your father and your twin sister.”
“What?.”
“Sweetheart, let’s just hear what they have to say, they are still your family and I promise you they can’t hurt you,” Nick said to me and I nodded.
We all walked to the garden and Tracy knelt down saying how sorry she was, “Now you are sorry, when you wanted to kill me? Father, why are you even here? You want me as your daughter because I am the crescent goddess, you used me.” Tears left my eyes.
“I am so sorry dear child, I didn’t know I was been used by the late Alpha Nate, I have been reflecting on everything I did, I don’t deserve to treat anyone in that manner, be it they can shift into one of us or not, I am so sorry. I failed as your father,”
“Mom, dad, I made something yummy.” Estella came to us with excitement and interrupted us.
“Since when did you start cooking?” I was forced to ask.
“Well I think I forgot to mention that part to you but our daughter takes after me in cooking, anyway you wanted a happy ending, give your family a second chance just the way you gave me a second chance,” Nick said and I remembered the dream I had about a happy ending.
My father almost knelt down to plead but I stopped him and finally forgave them and we hugged.
“Estella, meet your grandpa and aunt, you’ve always wanted to meet my family, here they are.”
“She looks exactly like you.” My father said and this is my story, everything went well despite the struggle, unity and love always win and not quite long, my sister’s second chance mate happened to be James and I just confirmed I am with a child, Nick and Estella are so happy about the news and I hope it’s a boy so Estslla can have a brother.
