Nicklaus’s POV
“You actually think that of me? I comb your mother’s hair at times and also hair dry it for her so young lady your father knows a little about dressing hair.” I said and she started laughing saying, “If that’s true then help me out.” She passed me the comb and I smiled.
“Sure, I will give you the best,” I replied but heaven knows I really have no clue about what I am doing right now, I can help her comb the hair properly and after that, I have no idea what to do next. This is so complicated.
“Father, aren’t you going to pack my hair in a beautiful way? You have been combing my hair for about ten minutes now.” She finally took note of it.
“Wow, you look perfect this way and there is no need for otherwise.” I lied and she started laughing. I am glad I was able to make my daughter laugh at this period that her mother is missing.
“You are so funny Dad but thank you anyway.” She replied getting up from the seat and I walked with her.
“You are always welcome my pretty angel,” I replied to her and she smiled at me.
“Father, do you think Mother will be able to take care of herself at the place she might be?” She suddenly asked about her mother.
“Little one, your mother is brave and so yes, I am certain she will be able to look after herself and also protect herself from the enemies as well,” I said to her.
“Thank you father, I really hope we find Mother soon, I miss her so much, I wish she was here.” I hugged her saying, “I will bring Mother home to you soon, just give me some time to search for her, I promise not to fail you.” I added and she smiled at me.
I had to make sure she went to bed since she had had dinner already and when I covered her, I promised again to look for her mother.
I left her room and walked to mine holding the pillow and wishing it was Gabriella holding me and smiling at me at the same time. This place suddenly is empty without you Gabby, everyone misses you so please wherever you are, come back to us, I beg of you, give us a clue on how to locate you.
“Lethal, do you think she severed our bond?” I didn’t know the time I reasoned to that extent and spoke with my wolf fork about it.
“If she is not harmed then probably someone must have done that but that also can’t be possible because she loves us.”
“Yeah you are right, I have no idea why I must have thought of that.” I closed my eyes and I dreamt about a terrible war, Gabby pointing her sword at me.
Gabriella’s POV
What’s that father?”
“You were the reason I decided to form an alliance with Alpha Nate, the reason for it, is you want us to attack the Blood Moon Pack.”
“Good, I had no memories of it but now you have said it, when should we attack those evil wolves.”
I said and I meant everything I said to him.
“Really? You want us to attack them now?”
“Yes, what are we waiting for? I am sorry I delayed, all these happened because of the memories I lost and I do not want any further delay anymore, it’s time to set a boundary and he needs to know we are not joking.”
“Okay, if that’s what you want then I am equal to the task, I will get my men ready and I know your fiance will also get his own ready as well.”
“Very well Father, we attack them tomorrow, they will never expect it, it will sound like a warning to them not to trespass our territories again and do those wicked things they are fond of doing all the time.” I added and Father smiled at me and he tapped my shoulder saying, “I am so proud of you, my daughter.”
“Thank you, Father.” I let out a smile and we continued with other discussion, when it was time to leave, he told me he would be available tomorrow morning for us all to get prepared for the unexpected attack on the blood moon pack though he would not be present in the war but his men.
He finally took his leave and I admired the garden, why does it look like the garden is suddenly empty? Is it because Nate is not here with me? He is busy right now and something tells me who I am waiting for and hoping to see might not be him so what should I do next? I really want to remember everything about me, I don’t want anything else to be kept of me, and I don’t mind having these strange headaches on a repeat, I just want to know everything that took place around me, I want to remember people I know, I must have done some private things that my mate might have no idea about and also must have promised a lot of things which I need to start fulfilling right away.
This is totally a mess for me right now, Moon goddess please help me remember so I can be free with my fiance Nate.
I returned to my room to relax and the maids came in saying,” Alpha Nate is requesting to see you, come with my my Luna.”
“Okay and after you then,” I replied to her and walked gently behind the maids and we entered a place called a war room filled with numbers of strong werewolves and around it, there were deadly weapons as well but this was complicated, if we have access to all these then we should be the ones winning and not the other way around.
“There you are, my queen.” He said and he rushed to hug me immediately.
“Greetings our Luna!” They all said and bowed down.
“You all may rise.” They obeyed and I said to Nate, “What Is happening here?”
“Your father told me you are ready so I had to start preparing immediately, I don’t wish to let you down at any cost.” He said to me with a smile and I didn’t know when I hugged her and kissed him. I thought kissing him would trigger my memories to come back but it was not working, I was still blank like earlier, why is it not working? This is supposed to work with him.
