These years, even though she had been dealing with Rorey both actively and passively, she wasn’t afraid of anything.
However, when she was drunk and locked alone in the bathroom with cold water splashed all over her body, she felt helpless and scared. That made her mind inevitably fragile.
Sachin could feel her shivering. After focusing his gaze on her, he saw Rosiley’s pale face. She was curled up in his arms, looking extremely weak.
Sachin did not speak. He tightened his hug as he walked out with Rosiley in his arms.
“sir Lu, is Rosiley alright? Do we need to call an ambulance?”
Yayoi followed them, extremely worried.
“Never mind. I’ll bring her home. Help me find Corey and ask him to investigate the mastermind behind this matter!”
Sachin looked terrifying. His black pupils signaled destruction. He was like a devil who terrified the hearts and souls of everyone.
Yayoi was alarmed and shocked, nodding her head hastily. “All right.”
After Sachin brought Rosiley out of the restaurant, they returned home immediately without stopping anywhere else.
Rosiley was in a daze. Her eyes were half open and the water on her wetted Sachin as well.
Sachin seemed to not care about that. He initially wanted to place her on the bed after taking her back to their room. However, he turned around and entered the bathroom.
“Darling, let’s clean your body first.”
Sachin placed Rosiley on the ground and whispered to her before turning around to prepare the bathwater.
Rosiley was about to fall when her feet had just landed the ground.
Luckily, Sachin held her upright. He discovered that she was breathing heavily and smelled like alcohol. She was swaying and extremely unstable.
Sachin held her waist and asked in concern, “Darling, are you all right?”
Rosiley opened her eyes slightly but she could not focus on any object in front of her. After a while, she had a clear view of the man in front of her.
“Sachin, fortunately, you’re here…” she whispered as she leaned in his arms with a fragile look.
Sachin hugged her tightly and spoke in an apologetic tone. “It’s my fault for not protecting you well.”
He promised to not allow her to get hurt again. However, she was injured in front of him again and again.
She could tell that he felt guilty, hence she shook her head. “It’s not your fault.”
Sachin caressed her head and said gently, “Let’s change your clothes first. You’re drunk and need to rest.”
“But I am dizzy. I want to sleep.” Rosiley shook her head like a den-den daiko and replied coyly.
“You’re drenched and will catch the flu.” Sachin was patient and explained with care and love.
