“Are you mad, Yunis?”
Rosiley looked at him with bewildered eyes, as she could not believe what she just heard.
“I am not joking! As long as you are willing, we can return to what we were like before.”
Yunis spoke with conviction.
Rosiley looked at him with incredulous eyes before she finally sighed. “Yunis, I originally thought that you were just an ordinary playboy. But I didn’t expect you to be such an asshole. You are so terrifying! I feel so sad for any woman who loves you.”
She spoke slowly and shook her head. Before Yunis could react, she turned around and left.
“This guy… I shall stay away from him as much as possible!”
After leaving Yunis, Rosiley met Sachin immediately.
He wore a black suit today. His formal appearance made him look especially handsome and outstanding. His long slender fingers were resting on the steering wheel. On his body, the cold and seductive vibe was mesmerizing.
Rosiley sat shotgun before tilting her head to examine him, smiling. “Black suits you well. You look elegant and mysterious, very attractive.”
“My darling looks good too.”
Sachin looked at her, complimenting her looks as well.
She wore a black dress today. The unique design accentuated her curvy waist, making a pure vibe that was a little cold. She was like a white lotus blossoming in the morning, ethereal and elegant.
Rosiley compressed her lips and smiled. She then coincidentally saw the flowers in the back seat and was alarmed. “Did you buy these flowers?”
“I have to be a little formal since it’s my first time seeing my mother-in-law.”
Sachin nodded, a tinge of seriousness hidden within his cold demeanor.
Rosiley was stunned. Staring at his delicate side profile, she asked, “How did you know that Mother likes lilies and hyacinths?”
“As long as it is someone important to you, I will know.”
Sachin looked at her. The deep emotions within his eyes seemed to want to trap her.
Tears welled up in Rosiley’s eyes as she took a deep breath, feeling extremely touched.
This man seemed extremely cold as if he wanted to block everyone out of his life. However, he was unexpectedly meticulous.
For her, he would understand everyone around her.
Rosiley had never seen such actions before when she was dating Yunis.
That man never cared for such trivial matters, even if they were important matters to her.
However, Sachin could do it!
After being silent for a short while, Rosiley smiled at Sachin and, suppressing the emotions in her heart, said, “My mother will like you as her son-in-law!”
After driving for half an hour, the car reached the graveyard located in the suburbs of Benin.
The two alighted and climbed the mountain until the halfway point, stopping in front of Mother Tang’s grave.
There, Rosiley’s expression changed to one of sadness.
She didn’t visit this place often every year. However, every time she saw her mother’s photo on the tombstone, she could not help wishing that her mother were still around.
If that happened, she could show her weakness and appear coquettish in front of her. There was no need to face so much backstabbing and fatigue.
As if he could feel her depressed emotions, Sachin hugged her, whispering, “Are you not going to introduce me to my mother-in-law?”
