I have been making sure that I am not only physically stronger but also mentally. I know it will be hard to go back and face that place, but I need to for the women who are still there. After waiting a few minutes, Dr. Lacy came into the room. Luna. What brings you in today ? Dr. Lacy came in and took a seat turning to me.

I also was wondering if you could look and see if I am able to conceive let alone carry a child. I said quickly. I was nervous and swallowed the lump in my throat. Dr. Lacy seemed stunned for a moment before gaining her composure, Why would you think you couldn’t carry a child ?
I prepared myself to have this conversation with her. I took a deep breath before speaking, I am worried that all the trauma I went through might have caused problems. I smiled sadly at her, Well, while I was held captive, I was raped repeatedly. Sometimes multiple times a day. It was awful what they would do to us. I am going to get a sonogram machine and the equipment to take your blood. I will be back in a moment. She left the room before coming back in a few minutes later. She took my blood first and took it to the labs. She came back in with a blanket. I am going to have you lift the gown so I can use this on your stomach. You can use this to cover your legs. I took the blanket from her and lifted the gown before laying back on the table. I was scared of what she might find.
Alright, the gel might be cold. I shivered at the thick gel that sat on my skin. Sorry, Dr. Lacy took the wand and brought it to my stomach. I wasn’t sure what the screen was showing. It looked like a fuzz tv screen to me. I laid there and waited for her to finish.
She was done after a few moments and wiped the gel from my stomach. She turned to face me and tell me what the screen showed her. Well, from what I can tell there was some damage done to your cervix. Your uterus and ovaries look fine from what I can tell. Based on everything, I would see it shouldn’t be too hard for you to conceive but carrying the baby might cause challenges. You wouldn’t be able to overdo anything and would have to take it easy. There may also be problems when it comes to the delivery. Because of the damage to your cervix, you might have to have a c-section instead of a natural birth.
I took in every word she was saying. So, I could potentially have my own children. Thank you so much. I was honestly scared that I wouldn’t be able to have children at all. I sighed in relief. I am glad to be able to give you some good news. Now, the blood test will take a couple of hours, but I will call later to give you the results. I nodded and she left the room.
I got dressed and made my way out of the infirmary and back over to the house. I smiled to myself glad I didn’t have to give Marcus terrible news.
I made my way through the door and grabbed a granola bar before making my way up to the office. I knew I would find him there with the guys. I knocked and walked in. Marcus looked up and smiled at me. Can you guys give us a few minutes ? I asked the other three in the room. Of course, Luna. Everett chuckled before taking Sam and Bryan out of the room.

He kicked them off before coming back over me.
