She said brokenly and her voice was too low to hear. But Sachin Lu heard EVERY word clearly.
His eyes sparkled for a second, “Are you sure?”
“Yes.”
Rosiley Tang nodded with her cheeks flushing like a red rose. She had the refined features that were too gorgeous to describe in words. This woman looked breathtakingly beautiful.
Sachin Lu felt his heartbeat quicken and was flipped, “I had better follow your advice.”
He put down the wine and encircled her waist. Holding her tight, he bent and kissed her.
Boom –
Something was exploding in Rosiley Tang’s head and her mind went blank.
With the aroma of wine, his kiss was gentle and bewitching. He grazed against her soft lips again and again. She completely lost her mind .
With the brain in buzz, Rosiley Tang looked at the man dazedly. She couldn’t describe the wonderful feeling.
She never knew there would be such an intense kiss that was possessive and made of ecstasy.
Poison!
The word came to her mind. That kiss was like the drug. She was drowning and addicted.
Rosiley Tang was not sure how long the kiss lasted. Before she lost her breath, Sachin Lu let go of her.
He looked down at her fervently but didn’t do anything.
Rosiley Tang leaned on Sachin Lu’s chest and was out of breath. After a while, she said, “Thank you.”
She appreciated that he stopped at the right time.
Sachin Lu was fighting back the urge to taste her again and again and said noncommittally, “You are welcome. I’m in no hurry. Good things need to be savored.”
Rosiley Tang laughed, “You are not the same as I knew before.”
“Really? What did you think about me?” Sachin Lu lifted his eyebrows curiously.
“Mysterious and low-key, serious and cool, resourceful and determined, way out of my league.”
“What about now?”
“You are not as unapproachable as I thought.”
Sachin Lu looked at her with deep eyes, “I’m showing you the real me. I give the cold shoulder only to the strangers.”
Rosiley Tang was speechless.
This man trusted her totally.
She would treat him the same way.
“I will also show the real me.”
She made a commitment.
The next night after the wedding night, Sachin Lu and Rosiley Tang took their first step for the complete marriage – share a bed.
They kept a distance and never crossed the line.
Rosiley Tang slept soundly. The next morning, when she woke up, Sachin Lu was not in the bedroom.
Rosiley Tang thought he had gone to work, but he was waiting downstairs for her to have breakfast.
The breakfast was great, including Chinese food and western food, which mostly suited Rosiley Tang’s taste.
Rosiley Tang sat down opposite Sachin Lu. While she was quietly eating the porridge, a call from Rorey Gu came in.
Rosiley Tang frowned in disgust.
“What’s wrong?” Sachin Lu saw the look on her face and asked.
“A phone call I don’t want to answer.”
Rosiley Tang said gloomily. There could be nothing good from Rorey Gu.
She answered the phone anyway. Rorey Gu said aggressively and boastfully, “Hey Rosiley, dad told me you had moved out. My engagement party will be held tomorrow night. You really must come! See you there!”
Rosiley Tang controlled her anger and said sarcastically, “You must be the one and only woman who is so proud to marry an unwanted man.”
Before Rorey Gu responded, Rosiley Tang hung up.
Sachin Lu raised one eyebrow at her, “I didn’t know you had the guts to do that.”
“Thank you. It’s a tip of the iceberg.”
Rosiley Tang put down her phone and continued eating.
Sachin Lu looked at her with interest. He found his newlywed wife increasingly interesting.
“How are you gonna pay her back?”
After a silence, Sachin Lu asked.
He had asked Lane Mu to look into Rosiley Tang and everything about her in details.
Rosiley Tang didn’t mind it. She was not going to hide those things from Sachin Lu.
As she thought of what Rorey Gu and Yunis Ji did to her, she was furious, “I haven’t made the plan. But at least they are not allowed to live an easy life.”
Sachin Lu silently gazed at her with greater interest.
