Autumn broke the hug and said, “I promise I will always trust you and never leave you”
He immediately pulled and claimed her lips hungrily, he kissed her for a few minutes and then scooped her in his arms and walked towards the bed, he gently laid her on the bed and slept next to her, and he pulled her closer and hugged her tightly and mumbled “I just want to sleep peacefully tonight”
Only he knows how he spent those three nights without her, he hardly slept for a few hours, he was working till late those three days to keep himself busy so that he missed her a little less but nothing was helping out.
And now when everything is fine between them he just wants to sleep hugging her.
Autumn knows he loves her and she can see that he is tired, and just in a few minutes, she could hear his soft snoring. She kissed his forehead; he looked so cute while sleeping.
A thought hit her mind how beautiful their kids will be, she smiled. She snuggled in his chest and soon dozed off.
It was not long when Autumn’s sleep was disturbed by the continuous ringing of Edward’s phone.
She slowly sat on the bed and found Edward’s phone on the side table it was Zack’s call, she picked and said, “Yes, Zack”
As if Zack sighed in relief he asked, “Mam, I just wanted to know if President is with you”
Autumn replied, “Yes, he is with me, why what happened?”
Zack is not good at lying so he said truthfully, “Mam, he was not responding my any calls throughout the day, he didn’t came to office today, so I was little worried”
Autumn looked at sleeping Edward whose hands were still wrapped around her waist, she knew where he was the whole day, he must be drinking.
After assuring Zack that Edward is fine she hung up the call and was about to keep the phone back on the side table when her eyes fell on the screen of how many missed calls and messages he had throughout the day.
She saw Amaya’s calls and messages, she could not stop herself from opening her messages, there were many messages from her like, “Edward where are you?” “Pick up my call” “I am waiting for you in the office”
Reading the last message Autumn thought that Amaya might have gone to his office to meet him, she was happy that he had not even read her messages.
She went through his call logs and found that he hasn’t received any calls throughout the day, he just kept on calling her.
She understood that he was drinking the whole day, she had never thought that Edward could become like this, she always thought that he is a very strong person but seeing him like this she realized he is very weak when it comes to her.
And that’s the same condition she has, she had seen too much in life and she was able to survive but when it comes to Edward she can’t stand it.
She knows she was too much this time, so she should have given him a chance to explain himself. She internally vowed that she will not let Amaya or any other girl affect their relationship.
She kept the phone and hugged him again dozed off.
On the other side, Zack turned back and said to Amaya, “Miss, young master is with mistress”
Zack was pissed because she was the one who forced him to call Edward till he responds to his call, she knows that Edward would always receive Zack’s call.
After listening to Zack, Amaya’s face turned black in anger, which didn’t go unnoticed by Zack.
He realized that although Amaya is beautiful, her dirty heart blows away her beauty. He had called Edward in the morning behind Amaya’s back and Edward informed him that he doesn’t want to be disturbed today.
Amaya was behind his life to call Edward again and again and he could not deny it as she is also a family member of Kings.
Amaya was beyond pissed after knowing that Edward was with Autumn, all her efforts of pushing Mrs. King to go to Edward’s house and stopping him from going to pick Autumn and showing off love in front of Autumn when she entered her home everything went in vain.
The next morning Edward was the first one to wake up, he felt so relaxed after seeing Autumn in his arms sleeping peacefully.
He pecked her forehead and said, “Good Morning Baby”. Autumn slowly opened her eyes and smiled saying, “Good Morning, Eddy”
He kissed her lips passionately and slowly lost control and his hands started moving on her body. She tried to push him and said in between kisses, “Eddy, we are at my brother’s house”
Edward replied deepening the kiss, “So what we are already married”
Autumn kept her hands on his broad shoulder and said, “No not here”
Edward broke the kiss and looked straight into her eyes and asked smirking, “That means we can continue this at our home”
Autumn’s face turned red in shyness, she didn’t understand what to reply and luckily there was a knock on the door saving her from this embarrassing situation.
Timothy said, “Baby girl come for breakfast all are waiting for you” poor Timothy was unaware of Edward’s presence inside the bedroom and he called Autumn ‘baby girl’
Edwards’s eyes darkened in jealousy when he heard the word ‘Baby girl’ from Timothy’s mouth.
He gritted his teeth and asked, “Why is he calling you with such names?”
Autumn pushed him from top of her and said, “He is my brother and he had always called me that so stop being jealous”
She was about to get down from the bed when Edward pulled her and she fell on his chest she was about to open her mouth to reply to Timothy who was standing at the door but Edward didn’t let her do that he kissed her so hard sucking out her whole energy.
After few minutes he let her go and he replied to Timothy, “Timothy we will be little late for breakfast you guys carry on”
