The reason that is she doesn’t know how to talk with Yates when facing the phone for half an hour. And she can’t find a topic to make a conversation, feeling so awkward.
In other words, she is a totally fool in love.
In boys’ dorm, Yates is working on the computer but looks at his phone from time to time. The girl still sends nothing to him.
Stopping typing, he turns on the phone with frowning.
He is always a man of few words. He can suddenly realize how Mack feels when he meets Shirley who is more silent.
It turns out that being left out is how he’s feeling like now.
In the end, neither of them text to each other, respectively struggling.
Shirley finally cannot bear anymore so she asks Karen for help with a stiff smile.
Karen takes off the mask and says that she is pleased to give her some advice.
Karen is so annoyed at Lily who is always cocky at any time. If Shirley can frustrate Lily, it couldn’t be better.
So Karen starts to teach Shirley how to get along with men.
Karen keeps talking volubly at first, whose words Shirley cannot understand clearly. But later, she seems to stray from the point…
Karen takes her for example, and bents down to pinch Shirley’s chin, deep eyes with emotions, “When nobody’s around, you ought to know how to use your advantages of women to capture his heart. So he won’t leave you and be by your side always and forever.”
Saying so, Karen’s hand slowly caresses the side of her face, and then slowly moves down until her hand stops at her chest…
“I regard it as a man’s pectoralis for the time being.” Karen also pinches shamelessly.
“What are you doing?” All of a sudden, the other roommate comes back and happens to see this, eyes wide open.
Shirley turns red and pushes her aside.
Karen smiles awkwardly, and explains, “Just role-play, you know. It’s about a role of CEO whom I’ve watched recently.”
Shirley tucks into bed, feeling so shy and embarrassed.
What she doesn’t expect is that this joke scene will be published and spark a heat discussion in school’s forum.
The comments reaches over ten thousands overnight.
“Shirley Mok, you shameless. I never expect that you are a bisexual!”
“Disgusting! Psychopath! Bring Yates back to me!”
“We can’t allow this kind of psycho to destroy our Yates!”
The comments are almost opposed to Shirley and Yates being together.
Yates feels so puzzled because they didn’t do anything wrong. Why everybody is buzzing with this news?
Mach gets near to him, “Buddy, you see, the girl is a bisexual. You’d better date someone else.”
Yates utters nothing with firm eyes.
Mack knows him very well so he doesn’t say more about the topic. He just hopes Yates could change his mind one day.
Tomorrow is Saturday. Shirley doesn’t come back home. However, she types and then deletes on the phone, which shows that she is very contradictory.
Even though Yates announces their relationship, she is still chicken-livered and concerned.
Suddenly, her phone buzzes so that she can’t hold it due to the fright.
She picks up the phone gingerly. A clear and bright voice comes to her ears, “Come downstairs. I’m right there.”
He hangs up, not waiting for her to utter a word.
Shirley doesn’t know what to do, feeling so distraught and anxious.
Karen gives her a gesture to encourage her, and whispered, “Remember the stuffs that I taught you last night. You will succeed if you capture his heart.”
